Description
We've made improvements to the Business Mobile app so that now you can see your account balances and transactions.
You'll still need to use the app when you set up on Internet Banking:
- New recipients for UK payments
- New standing orders
- New recipients for international payments
For extra convenience and security, you’ll also be able to set up both fingerprint and Face ID log in if your device supports it.

What you need to use this app
You’ll need to be a TSB Business Banking customer, registered for Business Internet Banking and have a device running iOS 8.1 or above.

Logging in for the first time
When you use the app for the first time, you’ll need to enter your User ID, password and three characters of your memorable information. You’ll then have the option to select a number to get a call back or an SMS with a code to activate the app.

This app won’t run on a jailbroken handset

Vast improvement, but...
A vast improvement on the previous version - now allowing viewing of your business accounts, as well as the authorisation of transactions made through your browser.
Still a long way to go though to make this a properly useful app, and crazy that in 2019 TSB are lagging so far behind its competitors by not giving us the ability to carry out full transactions via the app.

New to business but boy what a shock
I really can’t see how anyone can manage a business using TSB, I set up new business account , took me a day and 2 phone calls to actually set up as just wasn’t working only to find the app has no use whatsoever other than produce security access number for transactions. That’s right no transactions, nothing . So I log onto the full site which is very longwinded only to find I can’t transfer to my other accounts as they aren’t available. So I have now set MYSELF up as a new payment recipient in order to move money to myself, makes sense . Goodness if I didn’t know better I’d think it was all a bad dream.........

Just useless
The screen it says I should have when I log in for the first time doesn’t exist. It says I have to finish registration on the website but there is nowhere to do that. Can’t access my money, absolutely useless.

Do not do business banking here
In the ridiculous position of not being able to log into the app because they have an issue with their OTP generation - texts that should be immediate are taking 20+ minutes to come through and once they arrive are not recognised. Don’t think that logging through a browser will save you though, as you have to generate an OTP from the app to authorise your payment in the browser and guess what... 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

Absolute joke is this bank... it’s hampered my day to day runnings of the business... I can’t set up new employee or supplier through online banking as you got to use app which doesn’t work to approve

Utterly appalling
So without telling me TSB now require me to download an app I don’t want to use in order to authorise a crucial tax payment I could previously do perfectly safely. Despite TSB’s total incompetence with IT, like a good, obedient customer I grit my teeth and download it. However can’t use it to authorise a payment as TSB have lost my mobile number, so the app won’t work. With all my heart I urge any potential customer to use any other bank, loan shark, gangster or convicted fraudster for their banking needs, but under no circumstances should you use TSB

As always with TSB a complete and utter shambles! Works fine for about a week and then you get the ‘unexpected error’ and you have to go through and change all your log in details again.
What with this and all the other troubles with online banking TSB should bite the bullet and put themselves up for sale so that a better bank can take over. Utter utter rubbish and incompetent! If I ran and treated my customers like this I wouldn’t be in business. January we are moving all our accounts to another bank. Yes we are jumping before the ship sinks which shouldn’t be long!

This app very rarely works, TSB do nothing about it. Makes running a business very difficult, we will be moving banks in the new year. TSB are a truly awful bank.

I have both personal and business accounts my personal App is so easy to use for transactions pay bills in fact all the banking facilities we take for granted unfortunately my experience of the more important business App isn’t as good .. the authorisation app is ok but not used often all I want is my business App to mirror my personal banking App easy log on easy and quick payments at the minute I log on via website which more often than not blocks me out at the security passcode stage of imputing 3 characters from my security code please sort these issues out as I’m losing patience and you’re losing customers

If I could give no stars I would. Why can’t you fix the issue where once you have added a new payee and authenticated them you then can’t add another straight away? Refreshing the app doesn’t help. I have to wait 5 minutes to add the next new payee. A waste of time and incredibly frustrating.

Do not use this bank
There’s no way to view transactions, make payments, or really do anything with this app. Their service is riddled with issues and they have zero ability to provide timely customer support. Your only option is to sit on hold for an hour and pray you get through to someone who can actually solve your problem. Moving off as soon as I can transfer all my regular transactions to a new bank. Try Starling instead.

Not what us required
I’ve got the TSB app for my personal account where I can check balances , make payments, or check my credit card. I expected the same from this business app, but all it wants to do is authorise payments that I haven’t made. I haven’t made a payment because this app can’t do it. I have to go through my browser and make a payment in the old fashioned way.
What a pointless app. TSB, you’ve had long enough to get this right.

Always problem using this. Have to wait in a que for 10 mins for them to say delete the app and then redownload . This ha happened every time I try to use this system. Poor and time consuming. I would say 1 star is generous.
