2.5 crashes on open
Since getting this latest update it just crashes on launch, v frustrating, get notifications ok but on opening the app crashe. On latest iOS 12.4

Useful and simple app overall, but live scored take ages to update for some reason. The game against Newcastle just finished, both goals are shown in the table, but the scoreboard shows 1:0 still. Got to be fixed, not the first time score takes ages to update! COYI ⚒

I rely on the app for updates and live match commentary- has worked perfectly until now has suddenly stopped functioning and crashes as soon as opened on both iPhone and iPad ...

Good App, one issue
One issue is the auto play in the videos section. Can this be amended to avoid a blast of unwanted noise when you open that section? We can then open the videos we want to watch.
Other than that, it’s a very decent app.

Wish I could see the first team squad within the app!
I love the app it’s amazing but I wish I could see the first team squad within the app that’s why I have given it a 4 star, when this change happens I will give a 5 star!

Agree with other posts saying it needs updates for the womens matches.

Misses a lot of the action
I have to switch between this app to the BBC or SKY app to get a real feel for the match. Great at telling me when the game has started and fairly good when a goal is scored, but dreadful for info in between and especially poor at the end of the game.

Not bad, Could be better!
I’m a season ticket holder and would like to see the KO times of the games within the Match Centre. It’s rare that we have 3pm KO on home games so times would be very useful.

It’s a pretty good app but not very customisable and doesn’t actually show me what I got it for - should be called West Ham Men as that’s all it is. I just got a Women's season ticket and wanted to see the fixtures but there’s nothing in there. I’d have expected at least a setting to add the Women’s team news in, especially as they’re in the super league now.
