I’ve had my money stuck in the app for a few days now. I have been trying to swap my WNT for ETH and the app keeps saying unknown error. I have tried everything under the sun including all the support suggested and still hasn’t worked.

After testing the features of this app it has major problems. The app has not updated the balance in the last 5 hours and manually refreshing the app doesn’t work. It is stuck with the same old balance on two devices. Also, this not a self custodial wallet as they do not let you see or export your private keys. That means if the app disappears you could never have access to your assets again.

Very disappointed in Apple and Trust Wallet for removing the dapp browser. I understand the need to remove the list of dapps (who really cares!) but without a browser, Trust Wallet is now almost useless. Wallet Connect barely works and is only really for partnering with a separate desktop… this is not a workaround!
On a side issue, Trust Wallet rarely makes any improvements… it’s halfway through 2021 and we still can’t do custom networks. So, no MATIC network, etc. Seriously?!
Apple, you got this wrong. Or you have double standards as lots of other wallets still have browsers. So…back to MetaMask for me until you fix this.

You can no longer access some of the staking platforms through Wallet Connect as it gets stuck on a connection page. Been this way for 3 days now so through the recent crash I was unable to access 50% of my entire my portfolio so I’m not very impressed.
Pancake Swap works every time but Beefy Finance, Blizzard Money and Pancake Bunny get stuck on the same page.

I only set this up to use Pancakeswap, but tested and found I could happily transfer between Pancakeswap and the Trust Wallet, as well as Binance and Trust Wallet, which were obviously my main concerns in the circumstances. My funds were stolen right before my eyes, £4,500. If it wasn’t for my quick reactions it would have been closer to £12,000.
I haven’t shared my seed phrase, been careless with my wallet, nothing, I do it all by the book.
I work in software, have traded crypto for a long time and never had issues. 5 weeks of using Trust Wallet and my funds were stolen. I’ve read quite literally hundreds of people’s stories of how their funds were stolen. The same scenario as mine, experienced traders doing it all by the book. So that begs the question how funds can be stolen - work it out - duff software or a scam.
Do yourself a BIG favour and buy a hardware wallet, keep clear of software wallets, especially Trust Wallet.
I’m now going to fight them with everything I have, I’ve read too many sad stories to sit idle and do nothing.
Incidentally, when people report stolen funds, they have a 6 point stock answer - an absolute joke and insulting.

Completely unethical platform that hides the extent of the network fees involved. Sent money to the wallet for a swap and I was charged an approval fee. Then after the swap was approved, I was asked to pay another fee to execute the transaction. This fee was more expensive than the intended swap. Then I tried to withdraw the money I had put in, but the fee for that is almost as much as the funds I have stored. I’ve effectively lost hundreds of dollars on Trust Wallet. The customer support gas light complainers by castigating them for not doing research into fees. If Trust Wallet was clearer about the fees and didn’t bury them in small print, no one would touch them with a barge pole. Do not use this platform. It’s a predatory venture to line the pockets of crypto miners.

I’m upset that the fees were not made clear enough before I sent my small amount of crypto. I sent 25 coins, it charged 1 to send and then 20 disappeared to activate the account. I’m now the proud owner of 4 f!#?>#g coins! I may have missed this but the things that should be made clear are fees!
Im happy with the interface, it’s “user-bility” and how the application looks and works. I’m new to the space and worked it all out reasonably quickly.
I’m just upset about those fees! A notification on a “fee due” wouldn’t go amiss or even a fees pages which is easily accessible. I don’t know many people who want to sift through small print and I’m definitely not one. Give us the option to pay the fee, how we pay and when. I spoke to a Reddit account claiming to be Trust Wallet Support that later deleted their account, and when I finally received the crypto from the third-party company, Trust Wallet itself actually transferred the money OUT of my wallet and into an unknown one!
This app has literally robbed me of £200. Don’t use it.

My transfer has been pending for over a week now and as it’s only £50 no one wants to process it, as transfer fee is low. Looked into support and nothing they can do about it which is a joke. So if you are not investing hundreds of pounds don’t bother with this app as you will only lose money.

Can’t send Ethereum . Error 504. Gotta increase fees manually but I get no indication of how much higher I should set it. Don’t want to overpay so the wallet should tell me like some other wallets do.

Beware not to purchase Bitcoin Cash when you want to send bitcoins. I made that mistake. This app will not be able to retrieve lost currencies if sent using bitcoin addresses as the recipient did not get the transaction yet my account states the currency was received. I have now deleted this app and informed my credit card company of this deception as trust it is not. I will now have to go through the long process of claiming on the credit card insurance. This cannot be good for the value of Bitcoin and their associates.

If you want a great wallet this is the one, it’s very safe to use and easy to buy coins through exchanges, I use one in the uk, you just copy the address of the coin you are buying, go to the exchange enter your details and paste the coin address in to their box. Once your order goes through, with in a short time you receive your coins. To make life safer you can place a passcode on to this wallet. If for some reason you lose your wallet, you just download the app again, when you register you are given a 12 words, you must not lose them, best to write them down and put them in a safe place. Trust wallet asks you to place your words back in the same order has you were given them, then you will get your coins back.

This app is great, instead of unlocking MEW (my ether wallet) on pc I can down use my MEW account on my phone and send all my coins etc with one press of a button, amazing!

[UPDATE]thanks Devs for response. the new slider is better but I still can’t input decimals and I should be able to choose the exact gas amount myself. Please update the numerical keyboard input so it has a decimal point and do not presume to force limits on your users.

This is so great on the whole. However one really frustrating bug is the custom gas limit adjustment: slider is too sensitive especially at the bottom end, and when I’m putting manually the keyboard forces numerical entry but the decimal point is missing from the keyboard so there is no way to choose exact figures in less than while steps. Please fix this for more stars and happy smiles!!!
