No SD card recording anymore !!
I have a full 64gb sd card as I have for a while and everything recorded to it as it should, then an update came along and it seems to have disabled it and they want you to pay for cloud ! Which I don’t want to as I have perfectly good sd card installed. Please reinstate this option thank you

So many annoyances...
I wish this app would just do what is necessary and do it quietly. Unfortunately, quite often, when something happens in the field of view of one of my three cameras, they fail to activate. They are all set to be at their highest sensitivity yet on one occasion in the middle of the night, without going into great detail, there were two flashing vehicles and six people coming and going in, out and around my house (all within the field of view of all three cameras) for an hour and not one camera picked anything up. It is just lucky that my house wasn't being burgled. Other times, I look at the alarm footage and the tiniest moth has triggered a recording or sometimes seemingly nothing at all.
Plus, there is a click through mini-tutorial every time there is an upgrade. After the latest upgrade, there we upgrade nags on every screen which, due to the number I have seen (at least ten including one on each camera screen and one on each camera alarm page) seem to recur. I'm not interested in upgrading - please take no as my answer - a permanent and decisive NO.
Finally, I should perhaps mention that between them, the cameras have fried two SanDisk MicroSD cards - one completely fried and the other unable to record over files nor be re-formatted.

Bug update needed desperately

App will not retain settings.
I can set up all the settings I require after re-installing my cameras. They hold for only a short time before they revert back to most settings as need setting or they simply will not hold my settings. E.G. Recording shows as not not set. Press the button to switch on. As with other buttons when I move from the page to change another setting . I find when I re-check the buttons have moved back to OFF. Again other information is not available. Battery percentage shows as 1% when they have just been re-charged. The list just goes on. Useless app!

Comparable to more expensive alternatives
I had no issues pairing two video doorbells and setting up the App on two iPhones. It does exactly what it said it could do.
Mine is a busy house, so I have to remove them to recharge the batteries every few weeks, but that’s a small price to pay.
I’ve tried to buy more doorbells to add on to the system but sadly they don’t seem to be available any longer. Personally I’m glad I didn’t pay twice the price for Ring versions when this system does all that I want it to do.

Nice, simple and easy to use interface. Like the optional notifications for each person.
Recording is quite late, camera activates but recording misses the person or just catches their back at the bottom of the driveway. Latest version has sound on despite microphone being off, tried restarting etc. also tried getting support from this page but unable to log in to their website :( It was nice and easy to set up all the family for both the doorbell and security camera. Update May 2025. Used to be very good at recording when something moved (including people) and notification on closer humans detected. Sadly now seems to record all day (though Nouse Detection is toggled off) and only correctly detects humanoids a fraction of the time. So camera is overworking and there's no distinction between human and not, no fast forward so no way to check for people activity.
Also privacy settings are now suspicious, to store a recording in Photos, Full Access has to be enabled!! I have had battery drain caused by background activity from the app, there's no valid reason why this app would need Full Access to read Photos content.

Excellent video doorbell and app
Upon arrival of this new video doorbell I was impressed with the quality of it, the instructions were clear and very simple to install, the image quality is very good during the day and night, there are a lot of different settings to personalise your requirements including different voice settings and you can record a message to the visitor should you not be able to answer, I get a lot of deliveries so I recorded a message where to leave packages or to deliver to a neighbour, the doorbell is very secure and has a tamper switch that will sound an alarm should anyone try to remove it, there is absolutely no delay when the doorbell is activated I instantly receive a notification on my phone weather I’m at home or at work, it can also be used like a cctv camera to monitor the area and with motion sensor it provides great security and peace of mind knowing my property is safe. I have installed a 128gb memory card which gives me the option to view previous events without the need to subscribe to the cloud service which is optional. I like the indoor ringer device and I can put it anywhere and it can be used with batteries or a usb both are supplied in the box however the memory card isn’t but if you follow the instructions in the manual you could get one absolutely free. For the price this has to be one of the best video doorbell available.

Could be so much better
So had this camera for about 18months .. setting up with Home network was not straight forward ( really it was tedious ) Anyway once set up all seemed ok .. The internal ringer provided is sketchy at best , Vistors would ring the bell 3-4 times before the ringer would respond ( not great ) Brand New batteries So no excuse .. The Camera is Very good Visually and responds when needed .. BUT with the internal ringer issue it is a major Flaw in the product .. Software updates are not regular or cure any issues the System has .. Again ( Re:Title ) Could be So much better if Company address the minor details ..

It’s probably better than Ring?
I know this will be a bold statement but I genuinely think it’s just that little better, okay the distance is a bit iffy when using the walk by sensor and can get very annoying especially when my front door is right on a main road and get pictures of everyone’s car that drives by but it was cheaper than a Ring, has an internal rechargeable battery, I couldn’t seem to connect my old Ring with my Alexa/google home but this you can (you can have a lot of fun with this bit) and picture and signal quality is amazing! Which my old Ring couldn’t pick up the WiFi but this can!
All in all, much cheaper than a Ring, better WiFi than a Ring, same quality or better than a Ring and can have funky doorbell sounds!

Alexa compatible
As a disabled customer with difficulty using my hands MS. It would be wonderful to be able to operate the camera via the home. Assisted app to pan, tilt et cetera with the use of my voice. At the moment I can just about navigate the app, but it is becoming increasingly difficult. Whilst I can turn the camera on and off via my voice to be able to change, the angle and viewpoint would be much more beneficial if it is possible. Otherwise the cameras excellent and very good value.

Great app but could be a little better
I installed cameras at my house after I had to get a restraining order out on someone and I have to say they’ve given me a great piece of mind over the last year. I’d have given the app 5* but I find it’s not very user friendly, it’s hard to find the settings you need and I’ve had to make a second account because there was no way of changing the internet settings, or at least I couldn’t find them! Lol so I think the app would benefit from having the settings laid out a little better such as notifications and internet settings so you can update passwords etc.
The only other thing is the cameras connection can lag a bit but I’m guessing that’s because it’s on 2G and not 5G. Maybe make the cameras 5G compatible.
Overall great product and I’m very happy with it. It’s given me the security I needed at home again!

Camera picture is fine, detection is a bit slow to trigger the recording, no matter what function I use the light wants to come at night so there fore by the time the lights come on an the recording has started what ever was there has no gone. Worked great, through the day and night, until I purchased the year subscription to detect pets and cars, after a week it failed to detect, no recordings, no notifications. The help desk can’t help figure what’s wrong and just keep constantly telling me to reset the camera, from my review you can tell that’s not worked. I’m not sure if they don’t understand the issue I’m having or if they can’t be arsed to help. There’s not much guidance on how to use the app, although the app is great once you work it out. The live function is great and you can record live, the point of having the camera was so I didn’t have to keep looking as I’d be alerted if something was a miss, unfortunately this camera DID help with this but then it decided to stop recording. If your looking for something to have a play with and a bit of fun this is the camera for you, if you want reliability and a bit more security for your property etc DONT choose this one.

So easy to install and internal customer service on app. I have 6 cams now
Absolutely so surprised by this brand and cameras. I initially got an outdoor one for back garden and it’s brilliant. Battery hasn’t been charged since installing it 2 weeks ago. (Will be getting a solar panel charger next week for it)
Then got 5 internal cameras. Install was so quick once did the first one, like super fast. Fastened to the ceiling really well for upstairs ones and can just flip the cam. It remembers it’s position when plugged in and unplugged. I have one in kitchen, living room, landing, befroom 1, bedroom 2 and outdoor.
I sent feedback in the app on a problem I had with one of the initial camera’s and surprised that I had a response, which was very helpful from a human not automated or nothing.
What a fantastic little company. Highly recommended. I am buying my front garden one next week witg the solar panel chargers

Excellent camera
Really happy with the camera. No monthly fee, installed it myself. Set up to send me notifications and turn siren on so when I am not at home I get notifications and can see what’s happening. It gives me a piece of mind and makes me feel safe. It is also set to detect human activity so it is not set off by the neighbours’ cats. Solar charger is great not had an issue at all and no need to drill holes in the house.

Fantastic for the price point
I’ve had blink cameras for the last two year and they are ok I’m the day but are let down at night .
So recently bought this camera 2k upgrade wifi model and I’m so impressed, the features of the camera are brilliant also the user interface is one of the best one seen . The set up is so easy I can’t recommend it enough .

Great doorbell camera with good night vision
This is such a good buy and would recommend you buy it asap. At a very reasonable price this device will give you everything to good detection day and night. Bought it in September and just charging the battery which I think is responsible. Good communication with the postman and delivery drivers when doorbell is ringing when I’m at work and they can hear me with my instructions.

No good since recent update
It worked for what we needed the solar camera to do.
Problems since last app update
1. Slow or no respond when using the onscreen buttons to move camera angles.
2. Date and time isn’t always on the screen when viewing through the camera.
3. Unable to see any data at all for the current day and previous week for the charging of the battery from the solar panel.
4. No data at all for today or previous week for Wi-Fi signal strength.
5. When logging in to the app on another device it logs you out of the previous device. Means unless we’re together to view on one device we can’t on 2 devices. This never happened before. We could both view on our individual phones without being logged out.
6. In general the app is now slow.
To reset we had to take down the camera from our outside wall. Then put it back up. The reset did not make any difference

Hi to you,, I’ve had this smart camera now over a year and I keep sending Messages through the app regarding I’m not getting or receiving notifications I’ve done everything from resetting to deleting and restoring but no one‘s replying or doing anything about it so I thought I’d write a review and put it in the view for everybody to see.. this app “icloudEdge” needs to be updated and keep checking for any updates because all my other apps like “what’s app” and the”BBC news app has an update every day or every other day now iPhone has gone up to “IOS 15.7 or 16,, how came you have not updated your app?? Great little addition to my home given us extra security knowing who is at the door and knowing we have audio visual on our door now with auto motion detection and with an additional card easy recording for those just in case moments great camera well worth the money. No need for subscription if you have a memory card installed or for extra security you can subscribe to the cloud to have the data saved there overall great buy definitely recommended

It’s good but need improvement.
The layout of the app is fairly intuitive. I would give this 5 stars apart from one flaw which I am almost sure is the apps issue. When I go to watch the history of my camera it says no video avaliable. It did work for a bit fine and now doesn’t work at all unless I clear my SD card or reset my camera which I can’t keep doing. I’m sure this is an app communication issue and my internet signal is 100% so if anyone can help it would be appreciated and then I would consider upgrading to 5 stars.

I had left a review before and had mentioned that I didn’t receive any recordings anymore for almost a week I had tried everything that was advised to solve the problem, without success. The next morning I woke up of the sound of the alert. It has been working fine ever since. Only when I needed to update my iPhone it stopped recording and it resumed after installing the update. I’m a happy person again.

Good for price
I like this doorbell a lot and would give it 5 stars except the range for motion detection is a bit spotty. As an example it’s aimed at my gate about 10 meter’s away and beyond that about 50 - 60 meters away is a road, scene set!
The motion detection does not pick up visitors opening my gate & walking directly towards it until they are just about to hit the doorbell - however - in the afternoon with light shining through the trees if a bus passes it is picked up by the motion camera. So it must have the functionality to pick visitors up sooner but with the settings available being pretty basic I haven’t found a way to fix the false flags.
To reiterate though the camera is crystal clear day and night if you use the live function and you can set to record manually if required. The intercom is also useful if you are unable to get to the door for a delivery as you will have seen for other similar products on television.
Overall a pretty good bit of kit with multiple functions and it’s rechargeable (my previous one had me buying 8 of the good black & gold batteries almost weekly so I am a big fan of the rechargeable power pack I have found the battery lasts a couple of weeks before getting charged but I am obviously boring and don’t get many visitors since I am writing this big review on a Friday at 22:00 so if you are popular the battery may run down faster I don’t know if that is the case or not!

It’s ok but could be better
So you have a video doorbell, which can also use as PIR motion detection and watch live. You have an app to do all that and also send you alerts when you have someone ring your doorbell GREAT! You can also have an alert sent to you when someone sets off the PIR. After getting 50 alerts a day you think, it would be nice to just have doorbell alerts and not PIR alerts but still get the PIR recorded for 30secs as you’ve set it up to because if you did need that PIR because say someone had broken into your home you’d like some images. Unfortunately no you can’t do that, it’s all or nothing. You can’t switch off alerts for one function and not the other. Please CloudEdge developers look at being a little more flexible with this. Also there is motion detection sensor gauged 1-5 unfortunately this doesn’t seem to make any difference to as what is recorded. Playback and recording the playback, unfortunately if you need to record to your phone a certain episode at your door it very hard to start recording right at the very beginning of the recording. I hope the developers read this and make some adjustments to this app to improve it to make it a pleasure to use in conjunction with my doorbell cam 😊

Keeps me feeling safe
Having a camera like yours makes where I live more of a safer zone. It’s such a clever piece of technology with so many functions that I’ll most likely be buying another one for the back of my flat. The app is incredibly responsive and being able to choose the area in which the camera can pick up movement is amazing. You’re doing people a world of secure good. Thank you.

Simple to use, problem free connectivity
The only problem is that you end up needing to buy more because they are really good and I need to cover more areas. I took a while looking at cameras and after I while took the plunge on this one and I am glad I did. The light is handy, the picture is clear and the ability to set the alarm area allows you to cancel out those problem areas reducing if not eliminating false motion detections. It connects to my iPhone easily and I have never had any connections issues whether inside on the network or out and about. The ability to speak through the camera, move the lense remotely and light up the area is just great.

Wish we’d got these cameras sooner!
Pretty nervous tbh about choosing cameras and fitting them. Eventually chose these as good reviews. Found the installation easy and the app set up straightforward. The app I find easy to use. Picture quality is pretty good imo, certainly good enough for most users I imagine. Spent less than £300 for 3 cameras plus 3 128gb SD cards. Well worth the money especially since the solar chargers work extremely well. Would recommend 100%

Door bell/camera & security
Having had an intruder on the drive in the early hours, we decided the fit a camera/doorbell.
I could not be more impressed at the ease of installation, quality of recorded images and the sound quality.
I wanted a descent camera with recording to a disk and so far 2 months of camera activation are all accessible on the card or through the app.
A quarter of the price of a ‘Ring’ doorbell and no subscription charges!
My only slight issues are the doorbell comes with a wedge to adjust the angle left or right but my door is 450mm (18”) up three steps, a wedge to angle it down or up would be useful! Subsequently the neighbours outside lamp glares in the top half of the screen at night.
Overall i would rate the quality and ease of use 5/5.

Shocking app
The camera doorbell I bought is pretty good so far, but having to use this app with it is an absolute nightmare. Leave aside all the spelling and grammar mistakes in the text, which are a sign of shortness and lack of care. (E.g. when it thinks, wrongly by the way, that someone has tried to tamper with the alarm – just because I went into the settings, see below – the message says ‘someone tried to demolish’. LOL)
There are so many bugs I don’t know where to start. For example, why does the tamper alarm go off with a big shriek every time I simply go into the settings? Why do I have to scroll through all the history, with all the videos, just to get to the latest clip? Why can’t I just access the latest video history without having to scroll through the whole day‘s video? Oh, and why are supplied screws for fixing the bracket to the door so thin and fragile that they both broke when I tried to attach them to the door? I had to get stronger screws to fix it in without breakage. All in all, the hardware is pretty good so far but the app is terrible and should be rebuilt from the ground up.

Excellent app - does everything I want!
So far so good. Easy to set up, very well built and works as it should. Of course it is only the first day and I have yet to set up the second camera but I am really pleased with it. Sometimes it is the little things that matter - for example, the two spare thumb-screws in case of a loss. I am also pleased that I can charge up the batteries without removing from the wall. I charged up initially using an Anker power block, so that’s convenient.
The app works really well, although I had a bit of a glitch with the fact that the clocks go back in the UK and the app didn't deal with the history very well because of the change in times. I logged a support call with CloudEdge and the service I received from them was amazing, they wouldn't let me go until I was happy with them. I can't thank them enough!

Great But Could Be Better!
When I first purchased this doorbell/camera I must admit I thought it was amazing. Being disabled and stuck in bed a lot of the time it allowed me to see who is calling, speak through the intercom and tell visitors to give me time to answer. However as time as gone on I find that there’s a delay in receiving notification’s.. sometimes long enough for my visitors to think I’m not at home or asleep. It’s quite annoying. I’ve tried updating and nothing changes unfortunately. That said, I think it’s great, but it could be better for the reason’s mentioned.

Could do better
This software is always so laggy, it freezes all the time plus by the time someone has gone past its too late once the camera comes on, it could be such a good app but it’s missing things to make it a really good piece of software, the only reason I use it is because it’s the only app for my door bell video, the latest update has taken away the percentage of battery power left, yes there’s a battery showing you how many bars but no percentage, thats quite frustrating now. There are things missing that I can not use anymore since the last update, I can not change the intensity of how much or how little my doorbell picks up passing people/cars, I can not alter that anymore, I can not change the chime & it’s volume on the bell, these are both missing on the app, please get them back on, my doorbell is not picking things up much & I can’t alter it because it doesn’t exist any more! So basically my doorbell is useless unless a person is stood directly in front of my door, all notifications don’t work anymore & it’s frustrating because there are so many missing things now in settings, it’s no longer possible to do anything to change anything now, I had 1 notification yesterday, that was my postman, this app is actually useless now

So far so good
I think this camera is brilliant very easy to set up takes a few mins. Easy to use app. The only thing though it keeps telling me to update the app to 3.0 version when the version is on 3.0.4. So why does it keep asking me to update??? And one more thing can anyone tell me weather the battery will run out as it’s on 27% do I need to keep taking the camera down to charge the battery or does it self charge while it’s on???

Good but needs more functionality
I’m writing this review in the hopes that the dev team read these and make changes.
The app is overall good but could be improved by faster loading times. I have to wait a while for the live feed to start which isn’t an connection speed issue.
The other thing which is more important than any other is it needs to have a low battery warning notification. My doorbell runs out of batteries and I don’t notice for days. This it quite vital and needs to be added ASAP.

Does what it says on the tin…
Via app very easy to use and use quick guide manual as a reference if you’re not sure on any specific function.
Easy guided setup via app and pretty slick.
Cloud storage is a paid option…you can’t setup to use your own subscribed cloud storage like iCloud or Google Drive from what I can see. Use an SD-card. Great you can view local stored video/photo remotely when in mobile phone 4G.
Other than that very good👍

New bell
It looks very small in the box very smart outside the box very smart on the door just took me about four hours to set up for some reason it wasn’t very clear at all and I wouldn’t sound completely ignorant on setting up devices but this one did get me baffled at times at the end of it though all worthwhile very clear picture when looking at it live ringtones could do with a bit of improvement but overall a very good device

Needs tweaking
Great app overall, but while it shows a percentage figure for Wi-fi signal it does not for battery level which would so useful. Instead you have to navigate through various menus to get to it one of which is the live video view and being a solar powered CCTV camera you want to avoid unnecessary live views as much as possible.
Also, the battery level does not always show the charging symbol even though it shows that the solar panel is providing charge.

Impressed until pairing chime
We brought this device as a security feature. The doorbell and camera are excellent quality. We brought this with a chime, been trying for 24 hours to pair the chime with the doorbell to work. We did not get the instructions booklet for the chime. Searched the internet but to no avail. Very frustrating as we brought it as we were going away and now only have half the product working. For the money we paid I’d have expected it to be less stressful for us

Not convinced yet
The app I think let’s it down, this evening I had to wait 9 minutes for the notifications of a doorbell ring the wireless chime only worked on set up and has not rung once. Unless you have the app physically open on your screen can you be assured it will alert you. Video quality is good and sound is ultra sensitive to the point you can here what is going on behind the door ! I think this sensitivity is the cause of a tapping or popping noice you can hear in the background too

Potentially a good product, but,
No web access for pdf user manual, the printed manual in the box requires a powerful magnifying glass to read. The ZS-GQ2 camera cannot be connected to a MacBook or pc computer for real time monitoring to see who is at the front door, one cannot keep your iPhone permanently set up for this. Very confusing info about where video is stored. Portrait and landscape mode unpredictable. Data stored on your own hard disk via WiFi? Probably can but no info to indicate this? No clear info about edge cloud data storage pricing. Serves me right I would rather pay 4 times the price and get a more user friendly device, but difficult to find !! What is the photo album request all about!!! ??? No info or help.

It just Works!
Finally, an App that works very well from the moment you open it’s guiding you through the process, 10 minutes and my household is secure with the functions needed. The camera will need charging via usb I before first use, enough time to read the instructions which are clear. Then make sure to follow the positioning advice on both solar panel and camera. This App makes my camera a very good buy, very happy it does what I want it to do! iPhone

Excellent all-rounder
Tried this in various places and heights, works very well everywhere. Easy to configure, mount and reconfigure, the history section runs through the footage automatically. Notifications work nicely on iPhone, audio and picture are crisp.
One improvement would be to allow manual input of the WiFi network and password, this would allow me to use my mobile phone as a hotspot.

Difficulty logging in
Once you are logged in the app works well. Unfortunately, logging in is a nightmare. I have set up an account using my email address. When I start the app it is not possible to enter my email and password. The screen appears a bit jumbled, and I can’t type anything. I have to try to log in using my Apple credentials, which fails, and sets up another account for me. I delete the new account, then a login screen appears with my correct email address and password. The only other complaint I have is that finding clips in history could be made easier. It is difficult to zoom in on the time you are interested in. I would give it five stars if these issues are fixed.

Garbage
My main issue with this is that it only calls you when you’re actually on the same network as the bell! If you’re away at work, out for a walk or in a friend’s house et cetera you get no notifications. Other issues include ones previously reported i.e. a big lag between pushing the bell and sounding bell in the house. Also it doesn’t call my phone at all now even when I’m in the house. I have to open the app and when I do it tells me I had a call two hours ago! The charge for the battery is now drastically reduced. I’ve only had it for six months and now already the battery only lasts a couple of weeks and then it’s drained with hardly any use at all. As I said in my headline, absolute garbage! Do not buy.

Not a security camera
The only good thing about this camera is the picture. You can’t record - and I say this as in when you need it to. If you’re lucky enough to connect to it you can record. The motion detector works at random, and when you look at the recording it’s too late. By that I mean if it was fresh snow, the camera realises someone has just walked by, but it’s too late to record. All you see is footprints in the snow. And despite no interval gap in recording, when they walk past the other way the camera either doesn’t come on at all or when it does they’re so far away it’s just useless. It’s completely unsuitable for anything other than a door bell. If you don’t subscribe to them the camera won’t work at all after 7 days.

Good App
The only thing that leaves a sour taste in my mouth about this app is the fact that it is Chinese.
Unfortunately if they were not under authoritarian rule I wouldn’t have any issues with it but I cannot wholeheartedly trust it.
Despite that all functionalities work and work better than most out there. I was able to connect my camera to my dual-band mesh system which means my phone can stay connected to the 5G bandwidth which makes me happy.
The cloud storage offered is by far cheap than any out there and the alerts you receive are initially in screenshots - with the actual “movement” or “individual” or thing or whatever it is that trigger the motion detection - you get in all in a single frame screenshot which is sent with the alert.
It’s day one and I have just recently installed and so far it does what it says on the box and more.
I plan to amend my review if my opinions of it change.

Works - ish
It’s very temperamental regularly dropping and takes forever to load which is especially frustrating when someone rings the bell and your trying to answer them before they leave which can take up to 3 minutes in my experience and by that time they’re gone! This issue isn’t just on cellular it’s when I’m connected to a strong stable WiFi. Another issue (which there seems to be more issues than advantages) is that when you do finally get to connect and answer a call the audio that comes from the caller is crackled and distorted. I would love it for these issues to be ironed out because barring that it’s a very well set out app with a lot of appealing features.

Great hardware but....
I love the size and the practicality of the doorbell. However I find the response rate is pretty slow. It’s not as fast as I expected. When the bell is pressed it takes 4/5 seconds before there’s notifications my phone. Then the chime doesn’t go off until 6/8 seconds later. When accessing the doorbell via app, it takes another 5/6 seconds to load up then 2/3 seconds to engage with the caller, at which point they have either left or the system crashes. We can never seem to speak to the caller via the app with Bluetooth earphones. When we try the app crashes. So speed/response time could be much quicker and sort out the Bluetooth issue. Apart from that sound!

Excellent
This is the third CCTV I have bought.
The first two sounded good but on receipt that’s as far as that went.
I then saw this Camera and it seemed to be exactly the setup I wanted?
I bought 2, one for the front of my house and one for the back.
There are 2 types of fittings.
The first is a strong magnet which I use at the back of my house as I don’t need it to be at an angle (when I tried to point the camera downwards and at an angle so I could see the front door and my drive it wouldn’t as the magnet was too close to the wall!) the second is a fixed one that protrudes away from the wall which was perfect to align the camera to show the drive and front door!
The detection system is great!
It detects people (but as of yet, not cats or dogs)! You can set it’s sensitivity easily.
When something/someone is detected you get an alert on your phone (I have an iPhone and an iWatch so it buzzes on my watch as well)
When movement is detected the camera takes a picture (this is what you see first when you look on your phone at the alert!) and also takes a video (the length of which you can choose!).
You can then use the camera as a Live feed and even talk with whoever has triggered the camera!
As in the Ronseal advert, it does exactly as it says on the Tin!

Geree wireless video doorbell
So pleased with this. I originally bought a Ring doorbell but within a month it had stopped working. After answering loads of questions they eventually gave me a new Ring doorbell. Again within a month it stopped working. I bought the Geree and although it is battery powered it is so easy to use. I change the rechargeable batteries in seconds. I definitely would recommend buying this bell.

Works OK
I find it works well with my doorbell camera except for the blurry still images when the motion detector is on. I know this is the camera itself and not CloudEdge, but if CloudEdge recorded a few seconds of motion I would have a better likeness of the people or bugs setting off the camera.
Could you please add the feature to record as in video at about 60 frames a second, then people could be identified easily?
Still photos are only as good as the camera lens.
Motion sensor of the camera, is not sensitive enough but again that is not CloudEdge's fault.

Great App with the amazing hardware
I looked for ages to find the right wireless camera & app combination as it’s not just the cameras features it’s the ability to work seamlessly with my phone without constantly having problems with connectivity or ease of use. I really couldn’t be happier very easy to connect my 3 cameras name them & formatting my micro sd(s) as I went through the seemingly daunting task of setting up our home security, every app to camera functionality is superb and setting up on family members phones was simple quick & painless , even though my instruction manual made it look a task , the reality was easy quick reassuringly effective at setting up 3 cameras to 5 mobile phones & 2 iPads. With notifications in seconds and the intercom system is perfectly clear and audible. Apps are usually are the falling point for a lot of these wireless camera door bells security cctv etc but this certainly isn’t one of them .

Doorbell muted
I’ve had the doorbell for a while and although, generally it does what it should do, the microphone has now stopped working. People can hear me but I can’t hear them and I’m not sure when it started but I suspect it started with one of the recent updates. I’ve reset the unit, deleted and reinstalled the app etc and nothing seems to work. I like the doorbell but the reason I got it was so I can speak/see who it at the door!
Will there be a software update to correct the fault or will I have to resort to lip reading?
I’ve read the other reviews and I suspect I won’t get any answers.
