- Dave and Ava’s app is a subscription-based product that offers two membership options: $3.99/month or $29.99/year
- You can have unlimited access to everything that our app offers while the subscription is active
- You can cancel online anytime – there is no cancellation fee
- The app offers an auto-renewable subscription at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Your credit card will be charged automatically through your iTunes account
- Payment will be charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Cancellation will not go into effect until the end of the billing cycle
- This app can be used on multiple supported devices registered with the same Apple ID
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Click on app for 7 day free trial and was charged £27.49 straight away. No happy as wanted to see if my son liked it first. Want refund.

The problems
The app itself is fine but it’s a shame it dosent have all the Dave and Ava games just numbers and alphabet. There is no adult section to adjust any back ground sounds or do anything. so during the video songs you can still here the background music playing.

It ok but we can’t pay my sister will not be able to learn beacause of the lockdown of corona and each video each letter in the alphabet and the games u have to pay better than this are those coco melon rhymes

Zero customer service
I bought this for my son who loves the YouTube programme. I have to say, it is a great little app BUT customer service is none existent. I originally downloaded this app onto my iPad, we have since bought a tablet for little one but there is no way of signing into our account to transfer the purchase (despite it advertising family access).
I emailed customer services asking how to do it and have had no response. Not even a thank you for your message, we will get back to you.
There is no log in option on app, not contact us option, no feedback option...they really do just want your money.
I have cancelled the subscription but again there is no option for a refund, I can just access the app for 12 months.
A good app but customer service doesn’t exist. Very disappointing.

Sadly Not worth the free trial or the amount a month,
I am very disappointed with the app, for 27.99 a month even though I was on the free period , I was expecting an amazing app filled with fun activities and games that are great for the little ones, But it is not worth it so I go to get it deleted from my device and cancel the subscription only to find out I have already had the first payment taken out, not impressed at all. Will not be getting any Dave and Ava apps again.

Started taking payments months after cancelling
Be wary of signing up to this subscription, I cancelled the subscription successfully months ago and no more payments were taken. However I’ve received an email saying that they’ve taken a subscription payment again, without my permission. Absolutely no way to contact them on their site to complain or get my money back.

Just purchased the app and it’s so confusing! It doesn’t show you how to get to any of the nursery rhymes. It just takes you to a bunch of silly games! Which are puzzles! What a waste of money. No

Family can’t share subscription
This app is pointless without a subscription.
Only allows one account and therefore only phone to use with the kids. Do you really expect both parents pay for a subscription ?

Sound sync issue

Good app but had original Dave & Ava app which was a one off purchase and can now no longer be updated as removed from UK App Store.
Appreciate that it is costly to develop new tunes but this is a radical change in direction especially when nursery rhymes could be viewed on YouTube for free
