Pretty angry now
Played this game faithfully and I’m on season 7. Game now won’t load, can’t contact support. Have uninstalled and reinstalled- nothing. I’ve spent money on this game and have really enjoyed it so far. Absolutely seething.

Actual gameplay is fine but…
The actual gameplay of this game where levels are completed are all fun and innocent but I am absolutely mortified at some of the storyline and cut scenes that this gaming platform classified as child friendly because they are not.
There are some very explicit dialogues that even I as an adult felt uncomfortable with. And the thing is it doesn’t start this way straight away it’s just something that develops as the story goes on. I think it goes without saying that this is obviously dangerous for children since they could already be too attached to the game to stop by the time they come across such parts of the game which can lead toto unhealthy curiosity so: PARENTS WANTING TO DOWNLOAD THIS FOR KIDS, BE AWARE!

Really fun game!
I really like this game, i think the story so far is really interesting and i love the design.
The game itself is really fun too. I find a lot of games like this can be stressful when they get more difficult but i like the fact that its always quick and it automatically knows what you are serving.
The only thing i would say that is frustrating is how expensive it gets to upgrade things, however, i have found out as long as you do your daily tasks, this can help a lot and the higher you get in the level, the more you receive from them so i suppose it does even it’s self out.
I personally find the game is generous with the diamonds and i haven’t yet had to spend any of my own personal money which is also a bonus.
All in all, this game is super fun and addictive :) x

I was in love with this game, by far the best cooking game I have ever played! But this afternoon the game updated and now it won’t load or download the content so I can’t play anymore! Totally gutted!

This becomes unplayable without serious cash spend once you hit season 2 episode 2. Also, the recent update introduced rampant ads everywhere- no longer opt in for extra credit, but forced on you constantly. I suggest you guys roll those back!

Used to enjoy this game - recently purchased a pack which cost me £10.99 and the items weren’t delivered in game. Tried contacting the developers via email and via the game itself and have been ignored with the items still undelivered. Absolutely appalling service!

It’s a shame you changed the bonus money from being your earnings for that day, to a measly few hundred. It’s taken the fun out of the game and made it virtually impossible to move forward in the game without paying up for diamonds, which I’m certainly not doing

Please could you let me know why an advert plays soon as you finish a level.
Previously after finishes a level u had the choice to either skip or play ANOTHER video for double coins.

Too many ads
Started playing this game a couple of months ago and very much enjoyed it. Then they introduced pop up ads that appear after each level. Oh, and you can’t play this game if you’re disconnected from the internet, so there’s no way to avoid them.

Going downhill fast
First the daily challenges became pointless without winning coins - the only thing that kept me playing while waiting for new levels. Now ads popping up all the time. And presumably no new Emily games while this is chugging along… running out of steam I think.

Way too many ads
It was a great game until they allowed ads to be played after each level. Before this you be could voluntarily watch ads to double the level rewards which made more sense but now you have to watch ads every time after your finish a level and you can’t play this game without internet to avoid this. I will probably delete the app if this keeps going.

Fed up of this game. It won’t allow me to give no stars. It got to the point where it was impossible to get past a level, even when buying extra coins etc. The developers are just making it harder now. I deleted the game. Not the same
I loved this game when it 1st came out. But after an update it’s just not the same. It’s based more on you needing to spending money to pass a level now which it wasn’t before. It’s a shame as it’s a really good game but find now I don’t want to play it.
Why did you change the bonus levels? You can’t earn enough money now unless you spend hours playing the same level. Or you can buy diamonds.

I really liked the game at first was enjoying until I got to the 2 or 3rd chapter you earn all these gems at the beginning then suddenly no matter what you do you can not beat the level & get the key you need to go to the next chapter even if you serve all the costumers with 3 hearts on time they want to to spend the gems you earn in the beginning then when you run out I’m assuming it’s the same on the every chapter so kinda forcing payouts for their gems

Was a great game
This use to be a great game and I have played it for a few years now but the level I have got to us now impossible to succeed in without spending money. The relationship that I loved between Emily and Patrick has disappeared and the game writers have changed the gameplay so that the daily challenges are now just cash: before you could get diamonds, and other fab prizes to help you get on in the game but again, just to make more money, the developers have changed this. So it is with a heavy heart that I give up on this game as it has lost its way and fallen foul to greed rather than fair gameplay

Spending money is inevitable
Obviously it’s a high quality game but the levels get to a point where the only way to pass is to spend money again and again and again. It sets you up for unavoidable failure. I really enjoy the game but I don’t want to play a game with the inevitability of repetitively spending money.

Love this game
I’ve been addicted to playing this game ever since it’s come out. The storyline is terrific and I’ve laughed and cried along with Emily and all the other character she comes into contact with. Frank is one of my favourites as he always makes me laugh.
I only have one quibble that I find so frustrating, it’s the new addition to beating levels. It’s the need to collect enough combos to complete it. It makes me go into a panic and makes me mad. I wish you hadn’t added this.

I donot know that the issues of log-in are just me or all users in mainland China. Possibly, chinanet should be blamed. Yesterday, it took 14 hours to successfully update an episode (29M only) but today I cannot even log into the game. Admittedly, the visual effects of Emily world are authentic. Free to play and no annoying pop up ads 😍 you can watch ads for double coins if you wish though. I have not spent any game gems on anything yet or any real money as it is not needed to progress. Anyone who plays these games knows you can replay old levels to get extra coins for upgrades, you can use these to upgrade the restaurant ahead of difficult levels and then they are easy 😊 I haven’t even used boosters yet. The characters are so cute and the storyline is intriguing 🧐 love it so much 🥰Although you can spend money if you want to, it is definitely not a necessity to progress.

Latest season download keeps crashing
This is a great game that I’ve enjoyed for quite some time. But since this new season download I’ve had a lot of game crashes which never has happened before. On restarting the game I also lose a couple of levels of progress. Probably will stop bothering with the game if this continues. I’m playing on a new iPad mini 5.

Waste of time and money
I have enjoyed the Emily games for a few years, and downloaded this one as it seemed like an interesting insight/background to the storyline. However, it won’t let you past some levels without paying your way through.
Yes, I’ve paid my way on some but enough is enough. Either make the levels easier or don’t charge as much/anything to help us progress. I won’t be continuing the game and felt the need to share my disappointment.

Mostly a good game, with some negatives
This is a great game as it is addictive and the storyline is intriguing but as you keep playing the levels get almost impossible without having to buy boosters. If you do not want to spend real money on the game, you have to keep replaying past levels to get more virtual currency and this can get quite boring. I would suggest adding a way to easily and quickly add money or diamonds, maybe by watching adverts or through bonuses or more weekly tasks. Overall, fun to play.

One of the best games out there
This game is so addictive! It has a good story line, which is also quite funny. The game progression is great, diamonds are easily earned compared to other games that leave you with no option but to make in app purchases. I had some issues with gameplay and the customer service team were quick to rectify the problem, they credited me with some complimentary diamonds and contacted me a couple of weeks later to check if my game play was going alright. I would highly recommend this game.

Good game, but...
I’ve reached “alll” the way to season two episode 1 level 39. I’ve maxed out all the upgrades, served every customer perfectly and still not earned enough for the next level. Short of buying more customers what am I supposed to do? I know that’s the point you are trying to make me buy more customers, but it’s infuriating and I’m more likely to delete it than buy them.

Most Addictive Game I’ve Ever Played ❤️
Okay, so usually when I play any cooking game, obviously I love it at first but then I get bored of playing the same thing and serving the same food over and over again but this game is completely different! You get stories between each level, you have seasons and episodes of the story of the girl, who’s name is Emily, travelling from country to country in attempt to find and someone she’s looking for. She meets people along the way, cooks different foods in every single episode, you have achievements to complete, daily tasks to complete or change if you want to. I’m literally never getting bored of this game, it honestly deserves more than 10 stars let alone 5. I’ve never had a single issue with this game whether it’s the game being annoying or the app crashing at all. I would never recommend any other app/game as much as I do this game. Right now, I’m just over halfway done with the 4th episode in Season 2

This game is really addictive and awesome but the levels get very difficult as you go on . I an on the third restaurant and it is annoying me as I don’t have enough coins to make more food at once

Problem with internet
Great game love it but and there’s always a but lol my game keeps disconnecting with with face book and every time i try and reconnect it wont and i seem to loose all my gems and takes me bake to levels at least 5 stages away I reboot it its worked on occasion but not on this or many occasions so a little peeved as I consider to spend quite a few pennies on this so id appreciate it if you could look into it and fix the problems it seems to show.

As usual, a money making exercise
I’ve had it with these types of games ... they start off relatively easy but then make it just hard enough that you need to pay money to progress. I’m normally quite good at these kinds of games but I’m getting stuck on levels quite early on already that I should be able to get past. That doesn’t bode well for the future as they never get easier.
It appears greed is good when it comes to the game developers and I’m no longer going to play these money pit games. It’s a shame as the gameplay itself is quite fun and if the developers hadn’t shown their greed quite so early on, I may have kept the game a bit longer but as it is, I’m deleting.

Love this game but
Love this game and all other Game House games but it’s really annoying when every level you play you have to be shown how to play the level rather than you just being able to get on with it, and I dislike that your forced to get upgrades at the beginning it should be a choice if you wanna upgrade. Something that needs to be looked into for future games

Good but not great !
I am very disappointed with the producers of this game .
The game consists of Episodes and within the episodes are the levels that you play , like all the Emily games .
You only have two attempts to pass a level . If you fail after the second attempt the whole game is locked. You can have two more attempts if you ;
1) Pay 50 diamonds that you have earned during gameplay.
Or
2) Pay with real money to buy diamonds
Or
3) Wait about 30 minutes to have two more attempts
Having to wait 30 minutes , gets very tedious . And any enjoyment you may get from playing the game disappears very quickly !
I believe the owners of this game think people will spend real money so that they can progress in the game . But they are mistaken as the game is not that good. It is very repetitive and so gets very boring .
The graphics are appalling too. They are of very poor quality.
I have all the Emily games , Angela, Dr Care etc and really enjoy them ! But this one is pretty rough! And a money spinner. What a shame and rather disgraceful of the owners to try to get people to pay especially kids !

Great game and customer service!
Been so addicted with this game and I think it’s incredible. It’s really not hard to earn gems and yes, as the levels and episodes get harder, the more money you’ll have to earn to buy for kitchen and restaurant upgrades. But the return on your investment is good also so I don’t mind working hard to pay for the expensive upgrades in the game.
After giving the app three stars, as it froze after working so hard to pass a certain level, so I lost my double coins and progress, the app developer responded to my review and asked me to contact them via the app. I did that and it took them less than 24 hours to get back to me and they have been so helpful. They replied with tips on how to prevent the same problem from happening and also gave me some diamonds so I could repurchase my item and carry on with the game.

Keeps crashing
It is quite good fun to play the game, however it is annoying when the game crashes at least once or twice a day when it loads one of the stages, and it uses up one life, which can be super annoying when you are only left with one and then can’t play on as when the game reloads, it uses up thsi one life.

I love this game, it’s fun to play and has a story I’m really invested in. I would give it five stars except that I’ve bought a new iPad and all my data for the game has been lost and now have to start again from scratch. I already paid money occasionally because it was impatient to continue the story and now I have to start again?? No thanks. My other Emily games have not lost my game progress so iv no idea why this one has. Huge disappointment.

So addictive!
I am so hooked on this game it starts out very easy in the pancake chapter but it progressively gets harder and harder and it’s just so much fun! 10/10, can't get enough. I think for kids it might be a little too challenging at times but then you do occasionally win boosters that can help you and you earn gems every day and at every stage so you can use them to help you as well. In all I’ve been playing for a couple of months and have never spent any money just hours of fun and occasional frustration with how challenging it can be!

Generally very good
I’m enjoying the game and on the forth episode of season 1. The episodes keep things changing which stops things getting too repetitive.
My one negative is that there can be an awful lot of levels to get through to open up the next episode and that can get boring. The third episode in particular required 40! Levels completing to unlock episode 4. It jumped up from 10, to 20 to 40 which seemed ridiculous to be honest. I hope the rest are more reasonable.
I also have no idea what the chefs hats do!
Feedback on that would be great.

Great game!
I love the story, animations and the fact you can access all of this for free! I’m really impressed by the intricacy and the different aspects that the game introduces such as the bonus levels and daily tasks, always keeps it interesting even if you are stuck or in the process of obtaining large numbers of coins.

Delicious world
I really like the game, it’s easy to play, great storyline - possible just a little bit too repetitive. I am slightly confused with the storyline and characters. I assume Frank is Francoise? Frank and Patrick’s personality is a bit different to what I am used to in the Emily series. Also, this game is a spin-off of Emily’s series where she is young however, the storyline follows Emily not seeing Jean-Pail for years and receives his letter - did this not happen in Delicious Emily True love? Slightly confused. Overall, fun game

Amazing-so fun and addictive!
this game is so perfect! It’s a great mix between actual fun gameplay and cut scenes that want you to keep playing to find the story! The graphics are great and it hardly ever glitches, the storyline is intriguing so far (I’m on episode 3 🤣)This is a great game 10/10 recommend you try, ESPECIALLY as its FREE!!! The game is free and doesn’t require in-app purchases at all or anything which is so good for such a good game( developers please don’t charge lol) 💗 overall, great game I love ittt

Delicious world
When this game first came out I really did not like it and I told you so. I have all the Emily games and all her friend and family game, so when I had completed all the game that was out there I thought I would give this game another try as it was the only one left that I had not played. I have to say I am now hooked I find it very addictive that when ever I have a spare 5 mins I pick up my iPad and have another go. But could you tell me when your playing the game in the left hand corner there is a pink heart with a number on it WHAT IS IT FOR as I can not see anywhere to find out. Thank you

Far too addictive
Great game. I have been disappointed with some of the games lately but this has kept me entertained for the last couple of weeks. Interesting to work out strategies to use your collected gems and coins effectively

Good game
This is a great game pretty addictive but I will say some levels are unnecessarily hard I’m currently stuck on a “garden of Versailles” level I’ve upgraded about four things to try and reach the coins goal and it’s still not enough ! All other levels complete too so can’t earn anymore to upgrade something else , which leaves me feeling like it’s a trap to make it so hard that you have to spend more money

Good but
I really love this game it is so fun, I was working through the levels on season 2 and the levels are just to hard, I’m 15 and if it was meant for kids it’s to difficult I’m stuck on the levels let alone people younger than me. Overall a good game but sim of the levels need to be made easier because they are impossible!

Lots of fun ... but
Lots of fun and I'm really enjoying playing - probably too much as it's quite addictive! My comment at this stage, though, is that I have a tons of coins from Season 1 that I can't use in Season 2. Some of them were earned through daily tasks after I'd completed the season and had started Season 2 but which required returning to Season 1, which seems a little unfair.

I absolutely love this game and have been playing the original version for many weeks however I’m incredibly frustrated, when are you going to add more content to episode 2? I’ve saved up all this money and have no way of spending it.

This game is insane, only bought it today but it’s really shown its uniqueness, definitely recommend but I would like it if every time we played we could have all three stars available to get then would be fantastic, other than that it is a great game, definitely reccommend

Wonderful!
I am in love with this game! You could easily say I’m addicted, given I’ve gone from Season 1, Episode 1 to playing Season 2, Episode 2 (which as I’m typing this, is the last episode up to play so far) in a matter of just under 2 weeks. The only issue I have is not knowing when the next episode will be aired/relaesed.
