glitchiest app ever, cant save anything to favourites because it never shows up

Poor usability
Promo code functionality doesn’t work, you enter your code and nothing happens.
Reset password functionality is also poorly thought out, you enter your request and it disappears into the ether, leaving you to refresh your emails repeatedly wondering if it’s been received.
Even the checkout doesn’t work as all details were entered only for it to take you straight back to the first part of the checkout process. Infuriating.
Never has an app left me so frustrated that I feel the need to write this review and then DELETE it.

I LOVE Beauty Bay so much, honestly if I want something that I can’t get from the drugstore, Beauty Bay is my go-to place. It’s so easy to search for stuff and order and the deliveries are so quick! Love it.

Promo not registering
I downloaded the app to use the “APPY10” promo code and it wouldn’t register. There was no error or expiry message either so not sure what was happening...

This app won’t load the products , takes ages and ages in fact gave up, can’t see colours or items had to go to web site to see them not good at all !

Klarna didn’t work it froze
The app is really good and easy to use, however I tried to slice it with klarna and it completely froze. So had to pay in full which wasn’t ideal.

Trying to reset password doesn’t work and on the rare occasion the link they do send works and you so change it the app will still tell you the password is wrong

Have always used beauty bay! The brand has never lied or gave me false timing of arrival for my parcels. If they are late they always send an email apologising and to explain. I find the products on here are much better then the ones you get in shops. Just to add they do American brands too! So I’m not missing out on anything!! As a makeup artist you need the best possible brands and quick arrives. With beauty bay, you get that!
I would highly recommend using this app, if your very experienced in makeup and know what to use for your skin/hair etc. However, you can always find makeup on here even if your starting out! They give you a description when you click on the item to tell you what it does!!! They do everything on here ranging from high quality makeup and brands to brands that you may never have used before!
I must say, the skin care products on here are spectacular, always work and never faulty! Beauty bay really is the best of the best!!!!

Normally great and I’ve used it lots and it’s been good. However since whatever the most recent update was the app doesn’t work at all! For over a week every time I open the app I am just met with a white screen that never loads into the usual app! Not sure what this is!

Keeps Crashing
The idea of the app is good, and it is really helping me with Christmas gifts and shopping, but the app itself is very unstable. An example, after using it for a couple minutes it will start glitching and will gradually become more laggy until the screen blacks out and i am forced to re open the app. Otherwise would recommend if need good makeup ideas as it has a good range of products, its just held in an unstable app.

Amazing. I can buy all my favorite YouTube beauty guru collaboration palettes from here. My recent purchases are the Jeffreestar x Shane Dawson conspiracy palette collection and the mmmmitchell palette which is my favorite by far. I also love how there is a blog section to read about the products. It’s fun!
