Poor poor poor!

Very poor game, basic moves, know looking round, clunky movements, certainly not worth paying for. I have plaid many more games like this that have terrific graphics and test your thinking this one will not! I want my money back.

Incredible game

Such an immersive game, definitely one of my favourites. Such a wonderful story as well and intricate levels.

Great game but over too soon

Really enjoyed this game but was surprised it was over within 2 hours! Not quite worth £2.99 but nice graphics & still entertaining

Bad hint system

Why after paying for this game do I have to use a walkthrough on line as the hint system makes you wait ages to work again.
I’m disappointed as their other game Bigfoot had an amazing hint system.

Challenging & enjoyable.

I enjoyed this but found it much more of a challenge than the other games by Fire Maple. Very imaginative puzzles and loads of places to explore. I do wish the hint button recharged quicker, but I still enjoyed it.

Overall very good game

The usual high standard graphics and interesting locations, and the Hint feature seems greatly improved in that it actually gives hints that are useful at your point in the game, plus the option of further help in the form of a solution. However, there were less puzzles to solve and a lot more trudging round trying to find stuff to add to what’s already in your satchel so it will work. Also, this is the first Fire Maple game where I’ve had to be slightly mean to a sentient being in order to progress, which detracted from my pleasure in completing the challenge.

Enjoyable

I love these games and really enjoyed the others that this developer has made. This one was good though not as good as some of the previous ones. The artwork is still beautiful though I preferred the designs in the predecessors. Again, the puzzles are pretty whacky and don’t always make sense but I thoroughly enjoyed working them out anyway! Hoping for more where this came from.

Still fun to play but lost a little sparkle

I am a huge fan of fire maple games - i have played each of them countless times and the puzzles have been great. I’d say grisly manor 2 topped the lot. It was superb.
Thickety Creek feels rather short and samey and lacks any really interesting puzzles. This ends up with trudging backwards and forwards around similar levels without really feeling like you are being rewarded even when you solve something.
Having said that there is a shocking shortage of these type of games so I do want to put the developer off! Keep em coming but focus on what made the previous games great!

Another good effort

Puzzles just at the right level, although the game was a little short.
Graphics were a little bit juddering at times, but this didn’t detract from game
Will definitely look out for the next game!

Good fun!

This was, like its predecessors, a good game to play and I worked right through it during the holidays.
Maybe not as cerebral on the puzzle front, but nonetheless tricky and challenging on the combination one, making you think in more detail about this factor than you may have in previous adventures.
I had no trouble playing right through it on my iPad 2, though it was a bit juddery to start with and I presume the latest bug fix has ameliorated any problems on this front.
I like it and it makes a good addition to my Fire Maple stable.

Hint Feature has broken

Love everything Fire Maple Games have brought out and have played each game multiple times! This game seems like it could be amazing, but I’m currently having an issue where I am quite far into the game and the hint feature has broken.
It keeps giving me the same hint over and over, even though I have already completed the part of the game the hint is relating to.
The hint reads: “You need to use the piece of wood from screen 7 the set the correct nail positions on the back of the small toolchest from screen 25.### IMAGE”.
I can carry on without the hints, but I worry there may be something else wrong with the game that won’t let me progress any further.
Please can you resolve this issue so I can get back to playing this great game?!
