Faulty firmware / software
Hi All,
Elite 65T is one of the best headphones I have ever had. I was a happy user for around 3 months.
Out of the sudden my left bud started fading away few minutes after recharged. When I put them on it was working beautifully for minute or two and gradually the sound volume of the left bud goes down until it completely stops. After a charge it worked fine so it is not a hardware issue. The app showed them both fully charged even when the left fails. To me that’s a clear software or firmware issue.
Anywho.. I read in forums people experiencing the issue mentioned that after exchange with new pair as long as we DO NOT install that app or UPDATE the firmware they work fine.
My pair was exchanged with a new one and I’m scared to install that and “fiddle” with their firmware or software with that app. I’ll just use them with their factory setup. So far they work great and they are much louder than the faulty one.
Cheers .. no offence Jabra but you need to work harder when you have £160+ taps out there!

Where is hear through adjustment bar???
Sound quality is ok but not great. Those earbuds disconnect
From time to time when in call. The case is not magnetic so the earbuds are fiddly to put in and they can easily fall out the case if you not careful when opening it. All over I am disappointed ,I was expecting more premium product, clearly this is not the one.

Don’t look elsewhere, I have.
I love that the app comes with an equaliser. With a bit of practice, you can make the product sound like more expensive rivals such as B&O e8. I have tested lots of truly wireless earphones with their apps, and I have to say this is the best so far. However, I have heard many people complain about the volume level gradually decreasing over time with this product. This is because of the earwax building up on the earphones, so a cleaning should fix it.

Hear Though not working.
Just purchased a pair of 65t’s and there seems to be no way of adjusting the heat though level on the app any more. This was one of the main selling points and for it not to work at this prices is irritating.

Unable to locate my Jabra elite
It’s sad that the app doesn’t really help you to locate the device. It gives an approximate location (with a huge radius)and not the exact location. Also the app doesn’t enable the the device to make some kind of sound/noise, which can help to find the device. Bose earphones has this feature that if device is lost, it makes sound using their app. If I am not able to locate my Jabra then definitely I am moving to BOSE earphones. It’s a shame that we spend so much money on these devices but can’t locate them, if lost.

Volume earbud imbalance
I’ve had the Jabra Elite 65t for 3 months and they were the best wireless earbuds. Only a couple of days ago, my right earbud started playing music at a low volume while he left volume would be loud. Occasionally, there would be a “hissing” sound through the right one. Idk if the earbuds are damaged or there’s a fault in the software. I’ve checked online and there’s a lot of people complaining about the same thing. Please look into this because I love these earphones and it would be a shame if this issue wasn’t fixed or clarified by the developers. Thanks :)

Not Working
I have down loaded repeatedly but it only tells me how to pair my earphones. It does not do anything else, no idea why. Unable to find help on line. Like the headphones but wanted the app to work.

Great app and headsets work on both phone and Mac
I constantly use the headsets both for music and in a semi-professional manner, connected to a MacBook laptop. The ability to be connected at the same time to a Mac and an iPhone is really nice. However, when I am connected to both, the audio stutters sometimes. I will give it 5 stars anyway; try to fix the occasional stuttering if you can and you are looking at the perfect product.

Latest update broken
With the latest update my earbuds are stuck in an infinite update loop and Bluetooth connection has become unstable. Was working perfectly before this. Will leave it a few days but if not fixed have to sadly return.

Awesome!
I like the app so much because it’s so simple but still gives me a lot of options, especially the equaliser, very handy on iPhone. The only problem I found is that when the update was available for my Elite 65t it seems to stuck in one place. I mean I assume that the update went through, led stopped flashing on the charging case, but as soon as I take the earphones out of the charging box the app says “your headset is being updated” but when I click on the “Check the progress” all it does is downloading the update again and is trying to update my earphones again, so at the end I don’t know if they are actually updated or what’s going on.

Fantastic wireless earbuds!!
I absolutely love these. After finding the right fit within just a couple of minutes, I can now comfortably listen to top quality technology working to give me the best sound. The features are excellent and they look great. Thank you Jabra!! :)

Great app but needs Apple Watch Support
This is a great app but really needs Apple Watch support for sound etc as pressing the in ear button can make use uncomfortable. With this I’d give it and the earphones a full 5 stars

Great App for Great Headphones
Works great with the Jabra Elite 65t’s .. they rival the Apple AirPods and in some ways improve.
Only issue is the connectivity seems to have gotten worse with this latest release, not improved as suggested ... connection now breaks when Wi-Fi or cell signal switches ... and / or in crowds

Great once working
I couldn’t get past the onboarding.
I pair my 65e with my iPhone 7 without any problems but it is not recognised by the app.
Followed the in-app instructions to the letter, even resetting the Bluetooth preferences, but no option to progress past onboarding is given following pairing, so the app is useless for me.
I would welcome a developer response as the app potentially looks good.

The Jabra Sound App has been improved. Thanks.. my review has changed simply because the developer has listened and the customer service is second to none. Thank Jabra for fixing the issue. My 65t’s are giving me hours of pleasure!!
