Description
myIRIS - A safe new way for you to receive, view and keep your regular payslips all in one place, from IRIS. You'll need information from your latest payslip to register and start using the app.
Payslips are published to a secure payslip portal then seamlessly distributed to your smartphone quickly, effortlessly and securely.
All payslip information is taken directly from IRIS's Payroll software and displayed exactly how payslips are usually seen. You can access them anywhere there is an internet connection available.
If you wish to use this App your employer must be a user of IRIS's Payrite payroll software. Ask them to contact us.
1 Year Payslips subscription is available for £1.99 annually and will be charged to you iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. This subscription will auto-renew 1 year after purchase. Within 24 hours prior to the renewal your iTunes Account will be charged £1.99 for subscription renewal unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours beforehand in your Account Settings.

This is missing basic features and looks weird on modern iPhones. You need to login every time, with no 2FA, password managers can’t fill in the login boxes and it doesn’t support faceID. Overall a frustrating experience.

I have not been able to view my payslip on this app. Confusing. I use apps for everything and never have I ever had soo much trouble logging in. It’s been months. Where’s the customer support to help?

Ok. So I am sure my employer uses this vendor, as their name and logo appear on the Web portal I can log in to and see my payslips, all that. But on the App Store there are (at least) two apps that look like they belong to this platform (plus a zillion others that match the search “epayslip” - what a good idea that was!) But neither of these apps recognise me, and they refer to ‘reference numbers from your payslip’ or ‘if your employer has subscribed to this service’. This is pointless - these days it should be *trivial* to find and use an app for a service you already use on the Web (that’s the case for every financial product I use, for example).

When logging in to view my payslips I’m told that I have to pay £1.99 for a 1 year subscription to see them. This is outrageous and surely it must not be legal to charge for access to payslips.
I’ve seen other reviews mention the same problem. The developer response seems to go along the lines of ‘well we send you email copies as well so this is all legal’. The only problem is I can’t find these email copies. The only emails I can find from this company are monthly emails letting me know my latest payslip is available online and comes attached with instructions on how to log in.
AVOID THIS PAYROLL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. PAYROLL IS NOT HARD AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES THAT DO THIS WITHOUT RIPPING OFF YOUR STAFF!!

Have to change my password every time I log in as it never seems to work. Today when I did this I discovered my free trial period has ended and I am expected to pay to access my payslips. How is this even legal? Shame my employer uses this, I would absolutely not use this software given the choice.

I tried to register in the app but need registration code from my last payslip but there is no code and attachment is password protected. My employer told me to contact u coz they got nothing to do with it. Totally useless and so annoying way to register when tried to get help i was totally lost on ur web. Had to do it here and thats why so low rating as cant see my payslip and its so frustrating as my other half done it long time ago but now its not possible.

I had to pay £1,99 to print out my last year's payslips and when I log in still saying I have to pay because my free trial has expired. All the time says the same. I had turned off my device, re-install the app, but nothing changes.....I contacted the developer and everything was sorted out very quickly and smoothly. Thanks!

It is complete and utter useless, I have to change my password every month, and still I can’t see my payslips, just a grey screen, bring back paper payslips any day, I think it’s an infringement on our civil liberties to not be able to receive, retrieve or have a paper copy of our payslips, this website needs a major overhaul, even 1 ⭐️ is way to much, would’ve given it a minus score if I could, this has been going on every month for 6 months now.

Paid for the app, but I keep getting the alert that my free trial has ended. When I hit continue, an alert informs me that I already paid for the app. Subscription shows as active on the iPhone. When I dismiss the alert, the app says I have not paid and cannot access my information. It’s an endless cycle of frustration. Worthless app.

I have to print my wage slips every month. There is no option to print. I have to send to my email and print from there. There is no company title on the top and it’s so small you can hardly see it. Absolutely terrible!

I have subscribed and received a payment confirmation.
Nothing wrong with the password. It logs me in then asks to continue for subscription. It keeps showing loading in progress for ages and nothing happens.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled again, still didn’t make any difference.
I would like to cancel if you can’t fix it for me to use.

I installed this app on a free 3 month trial.
It worked really well, so I decided to subscribe after the free trial ran out.
I payed the fee through the App Store and the money was deducted from my Apple account.
I then had some issues with the App not working properly, so I contacted the support team.
After a few emails they sorted out the issues I had and it all works well now.
