Just crashes out
I guess the fact the last update was 3y ago suggests this is a dead product. Shame as it’s a nice concept. Clunky when it worked and seems incompatible with newer iPhones / iOS releases

Waste of money do not download don’t work
This app seemed a great idea but after I was charged the app would not recognise my log in. I tried two different email address and received no confirmations of account on either. App keeps crashing out when I choose any option phone message anything. Please refund my money I have cancelled subscription.

Has Potential
This app really does have the potential to be terrible but the fact it’s a subscription based glorified satnav is pathetic. If it was a onetime purchase I would be tempted to buy it but the features are bad and I really don’t see this as an upgrade to using the maps app. Why would I pay £17 a year to listen to music from Spotify while I drive when I can do that with maps??. Pointless

The app opens but doesn’t link to my screen, I lose navigation part my through my journey. It the. Won’t reappear on my car screen. Totally useless

On the surface seem like a great idea and with some work it can be,
Google maps don’t work, everytime you try to enter a location it just opens up google maps app and and will not work you on the caros,
Spotify stops playing after one song,
Overall terrible if I’m honestly, regret paying for it

After recent iOS iPhone software update this app no longer works. Was going well and I had an annual subscription which was due for renewal, safe to say I won’t be renewing.

Pointless App
Basically unable to use the features it shows/advertises unless you subscribe. Youre basically paying for an app to open up Maps/Spotify apps for you rather than do it yourself before you set off on a journey. Waste of time and money

The greatest idea, the greatest disappointment
Thank god they offered a free week trial only I would be incredible disappointment if I had paid for what is basically another Home Screen to your iPhone, there is no native integration, you click a app icon and all it dose is takes you out of CarOS app and opens the normal iPhone app, I could do that myself, DO NOT PAY FOR THIS! Is there are changes made to how the app work then I would be interested but not in its current state

I love the app it would be brilliant if I could use the app with incotrol the Landrover system as your app is way ahead of their system radio which doesn’t include Apple play and there are hundreds of users out there.crying out for incotrol apps to accept your app

Great concept but ...
I was really excited to find this app as I cannot get CarPlay in my old car. It seemed the perfect answer,but it doesn’t work. I set some radio favourites but none of the ones from outside the UK worked.

Great idea, but....
Why does this need to be a subscription based app. Providing an interface similar to Apple car play is pretty neat for driving, but subscription based apps need to be offering continually updated or dynamic content, I can’t see that this app offers that.
Changed to a one off payment (that is reasonable) and it’s probably a solid 4 * if not more.

No possibility to add your app shortcuts on screen.
I think a full Waze integration would make this app much better.
Have a portrait mode also.
I’ll see how this app develops over the year as I have now paid for a year.
I hope the devs listen to customers.
Take a leaf from Waze. Your customers will let you know what they want from your app.

Asking for a subscription of £17 per year suggests that the app had something to offer that demands being continually updated. Like they offer a service of some sort.
Well this is not the case. It’s a container app. Which runs other apps in side it.
At most this app is worth £5 one off payment. That’s it!!!!

The app is good for not only cars but go carts, but can we please have the option to not have the emergency screen appear if my phone shakes too much? I have a terrible mount so my phone shakes and activates the emergency screen. This is annoying. Please let us disable the feature to show the emergency screen if our phone shakes too much. Thanks

Good concept but crap app
This would be a good app if it worked and was compatible with the apps that they advertise shocking really no real effort put into this at all, clunky and very child like programming, the rendering on the home UI screen is fine the rest is rubbish and really not worth it if I’m honest, I’m deleting it now.

Telephone dialler
It works on my iPhone X. However, when you dial a contact the screen switched from carOS landscape to my portrait contact phone caller. carOS would be much improved if the caller was fully contained within the app and maybe included my favourite numbers, or at least 10 favourite numbers.

Every time I click on the Spotify icon, it loads my Spotify app, goes to return to the Car OS app and then crashes and shuts down

Doesn’t allow you to use your own apps as their website says.
So you are stuck with Apple maps and iTunes.

Great concept
A much needed concept for phone users, however this version still has many bugs preventing it from being useful for day to day use. I wish developers would fully test their apps before releasing them or at least not charge for them until sorted. For example the return / home button doesn’t always appear or work with some apps and Spotify doesn’t default to landscape unless you rotate the phone! The app would be perfect if these glitches were ironed out, and It’s connection with existing apps improved.
