This app helps your child get to grips with addition, number bonds and other key number skills. Find the hidden Numberblocks, add them together and see what happens.
● Every time you get to Ten, you win something new to play with.
► Play hide and seek! Tap on the Numberblocks when they poke their heads out.
► When you have found two Numberblocks, drag one on top of the other to start the number magic.
► Predict what will happen when you add them together - if you don’t know, take a guess.
► Make the number magic happen yourself: drag both Numberblocks into the white shape. Watch the number magic happen.
► Keep finding more Numberblocks and adding them on until you make a Ten.
► An animation plays to celebrate every time you make Ten.
► You will also discover a new interactive plaything in the park. Try playing with it!
As you keep playing, the sums get gradually harder and the Numberblocks try out new number shapes. This helps children get better at recognising amounts on sight. If a Numberblock looks unfamiliar, try counting their blocks!
Keep going to fill the park with playthings. After discovering all 20, you can restart the game and play again. Repeat play is a great way to get better at your number bonds and predicting which Numberblocks you will make.

The problem that recent reviews have complained of has been fixed (for us at least). My 4 year old enjoys this game, but he (and I) prefer Teach Your Monster Number Skills. It covers similar ground but is more engaging and more challenging, when your child is ready (but also good if they’re just getting started with numbers)

My 5 year old loves the Numberblocks. I purchased this game for £2.49 and he plays it for about 10 mins gets to the same pet and the game cuts out and the screen on the game goes black

My son is autistic as is currently obsessed with numbers. When the app constantly crashes at 10 it is causing a meltdown. I note that other reviews have commented on this as. When will this matter be resolved otherwise I want my money back?

My grandson loves the Numberblocks apps but especially the Numberblocks games buried in cbbc ( caves, mountains etc).. Anecdotally, I think that should be developed. I feel that this brand is only at the foothills of where it could be, like buying a car with only one gear!

I’m not happy after paying £2.99 for a game my son wanted and has now twice got through it until the trophy at the end and then it re starts! There’s no game play to add your own numbers and play around with sums, it’s really not worth paying for, I’m extremely disappointed. I’d like a refund

This could be lovely but it’s not as good as the free Numberblocks game on go explore which my son loves. It’s worrying that the first puzzle, 1+1 is wrong and displays as 1+2=1. In addition it really frustrating that the new playground apparatus bring up an advert for a new app which has put my son right off and now he won’t play any more. A really shame.

Because we met the Numberblocks 21, 22, 25 30 etc, I need to ask you something, when we met those, why did you miss out 23 and 24? When on Facebook, you said we need to make designs for them cuz we haven’t met them yet, what does that mean?

Great app. But too easy to complete. Should be up to date with some of the trickier concepts explored on the show. Numbers to 20, Tens, multiplication, subtraction etc. Zero isn’t included either.

It’s really really good however this morning, instead of going 7+3=10, it went 7+10=3. Please fix that and everybody’s saying that it needs 11 to 20 so can there be an option that if you want to do number bonds to 10 or number bonds to 20?

This app is adored by our almost 4 year old. She has completed it numerous times and still loves playing with the Numberblocks.
In combination with the TV series this has taught her all her number bonds to 10. And she is doing well with subtraction as well!
I’d recommend this for any parents who’s little one would be interested in learning more basic maths!

Unfortunately there are only 20 sums and then it takes you back to the beginning. My 5 year old had competed it in 40 mins. As others have said, needs a lot more for a paid ap. Shame as the graphics and idea is good.
