App Great, Subscription System Appalling
Have tried this app a few times, and to become a VIP member and use the high resolution output, you have to register your mobile phone number, and the pay via iTunes / Apple, but unlike 99% of other apps on the App store, it doesn't work. Just paid another £1.99, and no VIP subscription.......think twice before purchasing.

For me, almost a great app.
This app really has everything that most people would want. My only problem is that as an oil painter, it would have been great to have the choice not to have a border in the frame.

Brilliant app.
Love using this app to frame my paintings. Would be great to have the choice to have just the framed picture to share rather than having to use a room background. I end up cropping the framed pic from the room in another app, but it’s an extra step I’d prefer not to have to do.

All good and easy to use only for me one suggestion would be some plain backgrounds with no tiny such as pure white and be able to turn shadow on frame on and off.

How do I download the framed image in high res? I pay for VIP but it downloads in rubbish quality
Really disappointed with this. The frames are great, but even though I keep having to pay for vip membership over and over again it never lets me download in high res, they’re so blurry. Help!

Not working well
This app is brilliant to make frames and matting for art works....but only when it’s working! Even though I’ve subscribed to the app several times due to persistent difficulties, thinking this would finally solve the problem, I still cannot get the VIP access that I paid for. Every time I try to create something, you ask for a verification code which never arrives. I’m very frustrated as it’s a potentially good app but with major ‘log in’ problems that won’t allow you to proceed.

A great app which is so simple to use and offers a wide range of free frames, mounts and wall colours and an even wider range to buy. The room choices are excellent and it’s so easy to resize the picture when it’s on the wall. A well designed, intuitive app.

Found this extremely useful for my work.
Suggestions:
Cant find a delete or back button to go back on mistakes. Seems once you've clicked on a button you’re stuck with it.
On the rooms when placing the picture, a cross comes up as soon as you touch it which doesn't go. Second touch deletes picture. Hmmm. Annoying.
Guess you are needing a quality controller to run thru and iron out little bugs.
Great idea tho. Glad I found you.

Lacking vital settings
Can’t always see the room measurements due to font colour and background, also unable to remove the frame for Unframed canvas representations.
If the app had better adjustments options it would be a five star product.

App seems good but I can’t register so I can’t use the pictures , just times out . If I select ‘ tourist’ it says network anomaly:-(
