I hope somehow someone will fix the app. Is not opening anymore and it’s seems I’ve lost my money!!! I purchased 3 items on Friday 29th October and I didn’t receive any confirmation email plus passed 3 days and the items weren’t shipped even. I’ve waited a lot and every time i was logging, i was able to check the items that were still in “pending” but about the money they were so fast to take them. After that every time till now that I’m trying to log in, is just a blank page with no way to enter inside the app. What this does mean? Please make something! Wether fix the app that it’s seems everyone is complaining about or refund us the money asap!!! (Update of 26/12/2021) I still didn’t get back my money, Vova ended up being a fraud! It was a nice App and was selling nice stuff but seeing how everything ended up, well what a disappointment!!! I don’t even know if i will get back those money back or what. What a disappointment!!! At least if you were nice people you could’ve had contacted each people that ordered in that period to give them back the money and to explain that you were forced to close everything because of failure but nah! Instead you preferred to be silent and to steal people’s money…such a nice gesture!!!
(Update of 27/12/2021) What a wonderful surprise i got! After all i won the dispute and my bank got me back my money, if wasn’t for my bank I would have lost my money and never seen them again, thank you HSBC!!!
I advise everyone who ordered goods with Vova and didn’t receive anything yet, don’t try to contact them because they will never respond, try instead to start a dispute with your bank is the only way to get back the money!

Hey so I thought I’d write this review to help
Some of you out !
Basically i downloaded vova and there was a lot of things for sale normal non branded , designer etc .
I bought a few things designer which arrived and some items did not .
Recently I was messaged by one of the sellers on WhatsApp and they explained that vova has prohibited the sale of designer items .
I later went onto the app and all designer was removed and normal non branded was still there and about 2 weeks later the app is not working now it doesn’t start up .
My best guess would be the app is no longer working as there was many sellers that all sold just designer . This is not a bad review I did love the items for sale on the app but most of their sales was through designer .. so they might have closed down the app due to fast extreme fall in sales

The app used to be so good!
I’ve had this app for over a year, and I never seemed to have any issues with it. However I haven’t purchased anything or even really used the app for about 6 months or so. Just recently I opened it up and there are literally no items. Everything in my basket and wish list have completed disappeared as they were all dupes of branded items. The app takes so long to load and when it does, it says there’s no internet connection when the internet is perfectly fine. I’m so disappointed with it; what happened??

A long way from perfect ...
I’ve purchased a few things and happy with most. However just lately I’ve had 3 orders cancelled a good week after the items were supposedly sent. Clearly the Vova Logistics tracking number was a complete lie. Curiously those items then get marked as “customer cancelled” not “vendor error”.
I’ve also had Hermes fail to deliver something due to damage in transit but can’t generate a refund within the app because they initially marked the item as delivered. I now have to email Vova separately to resolve the issue. When things go wrong it can be a hassle getting your money back.
Lastly, the search function could do with a major upgrade as it doesn’t really work. But I’ll hang in here for now and hope things improve.

Ordered lots of designer style items which arrived quite quickly and quality is ok... however when I wanted to return some boxer shorts that arrived 5 times too small fit for a toddler it was denied, I asked for a refund this was also denied and the reason was in Chinese so I don’t know why... very disappointed and my money wasted. I guess you win some and you lose some with this site!

Missing / Glitched Wishlist & Shopping Cart?
I have been using this app for about a year with no problems, I’ve always found it easy to use and whenever items haven’t arrived I’ve always received refunds, but I’ve noticed after the recent update my cart is showing I have 23 items but only 5 show up, specifically only those with the buy more than 3 to get free shipping category. I am Unsure if this is a glitch / errors on the developers end, it’s a shame because there’s loads of lovely things I want to purchase but I’m not able to. Would be nice if someone could look into this matter as it’s ruining the experience, but apart from this it’s a great app

TERRIBLE PRODUCT & EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
AVOID AS THEY ARE VERY UNHELPFUL IF SOMETHING IS WRONG!!! I ordered two pairs of trainers from here, the quality was not great but I could have lived with that. My main issue was one pair was the wrong size, I ordered a UK 11 which when you add it to your basket it adds it as EU44 which when they turned up was a UK 9 so that pair was unusable but also although I ordered grey, white and black they actually had PINK around all the edges which the picture on there website did not, as these were for a father and son as you can imagine they didn’t want trainers that had pink all over them when they were expecting grey white & black! Despite me uploading pictures of the size tag and the pink on the trainers they are saying I can’t have a refund and they would like more evidence if I don’t agree!!! Tell me what more possible evidence could I give? You sent the wrong size and misrepresented the colour! Discussed and I’ll never order again!!!!😡😡😡

Fake Promises
I purchased one item worth of 67£ , when it arrived i was waiting for the cash-back coupon on that amount. Instead they sent me 10 coupons with the amount i spent divided (some coupons on 16.8 £ some of them 3£ ).
In order for me to get that 67£ discount i had to spend another 267£ minimum.
I managed to find an email to contact the customer service, they said they will contact with their seniors or forward the case to give me a solution. I waited for a month to get an answer after all those coupons already expired and all they did was telling me they can still give me those coupons where i spend another 300£ and i can get that discount from my first order.
Highly highly dissatisfied!! Dont fall for it!

I like this site, I’ve had a few nice items, some a better quality than expected for the money. Word of advice though, read item description carefully, you literally do get what u pay for, especially items pictured as multiple items actually only turn out to mean 1 supplied, I’ve been caught out with this a few times. Postage wise I have received a large majority of items ordered and those that haven’t are reimbursed with out quibble after a set time period.

After seeing how cheap it was and peoples reviews I thought I give it ago o ordered 10 pairs of shoes witch only 5 have turned up so far all of them are sizes way smaller then I asked thought it was a mistake the first time in but now I’m just realising there incompetent at there jobs and don’t really know how to run a company plus when I’ve tried to get a refund they are saying that Cos I haven’t got proof ( after sending them loads of photos of the trainers) been going back and forth with them for months trying to get my money back for items they sent wrong. pretty nice stuff
everyone’s quite decently priced. you have to dig and ensure to check reviews on products and make sure there’s a selection of reviews to ensure the product is what it seems. i’ve ordered a few bits and made sure to check the reviews and spent £6 total on a UV lamp, base, top and colour gel polish. they’re yet to arrive but from what it seems they should be exactly as described and it’s free delivery. there’s an option for express delivery but to be honest that’s also really decently priced. very happy with this app.

Fake mobile phones being sold on this app.
Last year I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9+ for £140. I thought this was a great buy seeing as how they were going for £800 in stores in UK. I sold the phone for £500 and it came back along with the police and I was charged with selling counterfeit goods. As a S9+ runs off a certain software and the software on this phone was older than the actual phone itself. It was confirmed by police that it was fraud and I had no comeback.
So just remember guys, if it’s too good to be true, then it probably is!
Beware and extra careful what your buying off this site!

BEWARE! Scam app! You will loose your money!!
When this app first started out it was great, if your stuff didn’t arrive there was no argument they refunded straight away, NOT ANYMORE! If your stuff doesn’t come you will spend weeks trying to get refunded, even going through PAyPal, they keep asking you to “wait another week” etc etc and please don’t pay extra for quicker postage because it’s not quicker, I paid extra for quicker postage & it took two weeks before the item even got posted, and the tracking info for my item is still on “posted” 7 week later!!!!....with NO refund!....just don’t use the app as you’ll be wasting your money!

Handbag - Great quality and arrived quickly.
Belt - Received but not as appeared on the image. The item had high ratings and I carefully selected the product. The item appeared very different to the image.
Socks - Good quality. Happy with the product.
Hoodie - Never arrived. The app updated the status to say the item had been delivered. Due to Covid 19 and lockdown I have not left the house. The item was never delivered. When requesting a refund Vova refused and have since stopped replying to correspondence.
Scarf - Said it would be delivered no later than the 20th July. It is now August and I haven’t received the product. The delivery status has been the same for weeks and I am doubtful I will ever receive my item.
If you order from the app, be prepared for disappointment. The management don’t seem willing to help, nor do they bother replying to queries. Overall a bit of a shambles.

I would not rate this shopping platform at all. I purchased trainers on 22nd May this year and it detailed they would be delivered on or before the 8th July. They still have not arrived. I contacted customer service on three occasions and no reply until I asked for a refund a reply came within 10 minutes saying it was unsuccessful I then hit the refund button again and stated why I wanted a refund as I did not have the product I had paid for. There customer service is shocking in comparison with other shopping platforms nothing takes that long to ship and deliver.

Avoid this lot at all costs. I placed an order for several items and all but 1 of them are the wrong size. I ordered trainers and selected ‘UK size 10’ on their website. I even cross referenced the size guide on the item that states UK 10 is the equivalent to EU 43. The shoes arrived and were size UK 8.5 but the label also claimed they were EU 43. So I requested a refund and was told Your ordered size 43, the order is correct.’ They send them wrong size then refused to accept any responsibility. They basically rip you off. If you want to buy cheaper stuff there are plenty of better/more honest websites than this. I only gave 1 star because you have to.

Not at all happy with this app I ordered 5 items. 1 was cancelled as out of stock got an immediate refund but no notification. 1 I received 2 weeks after latest delivery date, the other 3 I still have not received a month and a half after latest delivery date and find where my order option is useless. Try and request a refund and there is no option for not delivered so you select other but still have to add a photo?? Requests are individual (understandable as probably from different suppliers) but when you try request a refund on another product the site freezes!!! Over all I am one very unhappy customer and once my refunds have been processed I will be deleting the app!

BAD MANAGEMENT OF SITE AND COMPANY
This site is awful in every way!!! I ordered 4 pairs of trainers in March of this year, 3 of them have turned up but all 3 of them are sizes smaller than I ordered so it doesn’t take a genius to work out none of them fit me.
I requested a refund on all 3, as part of the refund request I submitted photo evidence of all 3 pairs being to small, I did this by sending a piccy of the labels that display the sizes. You could clearly see the incorrect sizes on the labels on all 3. Within 48 hours I’d recurved a man answer informing me my request for a refund was unsuccessful in all counts because i didn’t submit enough evidence or a good enough reason to warrant a refund, oh and just for good measure I’m still waiting for the 4th pair to come.
I’ve emailed customer services a couple times and have not even had a reply. I am presently going through my credit card provider to resolve things, and the probably will do but it shouldn’t have to come to me having to go through all this hassle. I’m dreading to see what size the 4th pair will be if they ever get here, I’m not holding my breath. Stay away from buying from this site, you can only get a reply from them when ur getting a refund application refused!🤬🤬🤬🤬

I’m really unsatisfied with the service I have got from Vova I have emailed them to get a return address to send back the t shirt I have purchased through Klarna. The fact I need to ask if I can get the refund in the first place does not sit well with me. If I had known this I would never have bought through them. So I have “requested “ my refund and now I want to return. The t shirt was very cheap and far too small for a medium. Not up to my standards for clothing anyway. So I want my refund and an address for them to get it back to them please. This is just hassle I don’t need for online shopping!!

A Crook company
Very disappointed with this company I bought an extra large top it was the size of small or even medium it was absolutely no good and they refused a refund to me my review to this company is going to be appalling not happy at all I would never buy anything from this company again.
I am now putting in for a second refund for this top if it is refused again I will put some bad reviews on Facebook for this company I found their advertising on Facebook I downloaded the app and bought some stuff so I will be contacting Facebook I hope many people read this and understand not to buy anything from this company

Items not received wouldn’t Evan give 1 star but had to
Placed an order at beginning of March. Their policy very clearly states full refund if not received. They gave a date saying if its not received by 12th June a full refund will be given. When 12th came and went I went to apply for refund only to see they had changed the date to no later than 21st came and went and applied for refund. They refused saying they have extended delivery time now to the 17 off June !! So, what they actually put on their website about refunds are lies. It lies like they keep extending delivery every few days to avoid refunding your money. Total con merchants. Never had a problem with Ali Express or Wish. But avoid Vova like the plague. They are scammers.

Don’t be fooled
Save your money, I ordered a good few items, everything arrived approx a month later, the quality on every single thing I got was awful! I asked for a refund and they said no on every item, I suppose if I order a pair of large shirts and they just about fit my 8 year old boy it’s my fault!!! I suppose if I order a goal net and it arrives made of wool or string that will break if it gets wet instantly, it’s my fault, no refunds. I ordered Ralph Lauren t shirts, on the pics when I ordered them they were all stitched perfect with a nice label on the back of shirt, when they arrive I got a t shirt with a Ralph print and no label on the back! Come on Vova sort out your suppliers! Everything I ordered is going in the bin!! Waste of time and money!

Got this app last week ordered few items at a very good price and hopefully the quality is good when I receive items but I have won an item from auction yesterday went to pay and it’s out stock so not able to bid in auction because I still had item there to pay, went on auction today won another item same thing happened I have emailed ,Facebook messaged and also commented on 1 of the posts and still no reply on how to fix the problem I don’t even know if I will be able to buy the items when they go back into stock, I don’t know why items that are out of stock is still in auction

Good and bad
This app is honestly one of the greatest apps for purchasing low priced materials and things you need. But I haven’t given five stars because I purchased something that hasn’t come but still they didn’t give me my refund back. The seller - I don’t even think he knows that I haven’t received it. The communication is horrendous because they cannot really help you as much. So it’s hard to trust this app, though other things I’ve brought were good except the jeans that I brought were leggings- very low quality and not even jeans😂. Also the tracking details don’t even work properly tbh. They just show you until it leaves the country and then doesn’t tell you much after.

Rubbish - do not shop!
At the beginning the app seemed great, items arrived on time and the quality was rather good. Then, during the coronavirus they came out with ‘pay extra to receive your goods via express shipping 15days’ this does not work. I spent over £30 in items and over £15 for the ‘express ‘ shipping. The items did not come within 15 days. Some came over a month later and some have not come at all. For the items that did arrive, I requested a refund just for the express shipping as I paid extra. No clear answers were given to me. Only mumbling about how the coronavirus does not stay on the items !? For the items that did not arrive at all, I requested a full refund. Now they asked me to provide pictures (of the stuff I do not have?), another one told me to go and deal with Royal Mail as they’d supposedly have my items, I was not very pleased with the fact that I have to go and speak in post office about the stuff which I ordered to come to my house, however I asked if I could have a tracking number which would make it easier for me. Instead of giving me the number they asked me to provide pictures?!?! Again! And they marked all my items as received!
Waste of money, energy and time ! Never again will I shop at any of the Asian shops to save my pennies!

Cannot Fault this App
I love this app. So far I have purchased two things from it which I was confident in purchasing thanks to the reviews available. The first arrived and I couldn’t be more pleased with it, I purchased another which didn’t arrive, I can only assume because of the current climate. But when I informed Vova they processed the refund the same day and I received it the same day!
Very confident in shopping in the future and a very happy customer!

Utterly useless!!
Tried 3 times now to order a pair of trainers. The first pair arrived - after 3 weeks...wrong size sent! My refund was initially rejected by Vova, until I complained vehemently that the shoes were not fit for purpose if I couldn’t wear them- got refund. Placed another order, these hadn’t even left the seller after 4 weeks!! Refund received after complaining. Thought I’d give them 1 final chance...received an email to say the trainers were in London awaiting dispatch to me, yeah finally! But no, just received an email from Vova to say they’ve cancelled the order and they’ll refund the purchase price in 7 days.
This company is less than useless- BEWARE!!

Fake.
So obviously everything they are selling on this app is fake. But some fake things are actually quite convincing I’ve had a few things from Vova and was quite impressed until I ordered a balenciaga jumper that has got to be the worst ever jumper I have ever laid my eyes on. It looked nothing at all like the picture advertising it the balenciaga printed on it had the i missing from it so it said balencaga instead. I requested refund for it being such poor quality but it was declined even though they state full or partial refund if item isn’t as described. I won’t be ordering anything else from vova they are just a con. If I could rate no stars I would but I’ll have to settle with one.

I have used this app for about 2 month sadly will not be buying anything else as the jewellery isn’t as explained they say silver and its plated even when they say solid. Some silver items were Cast, and broke very easily I also tried a limited quantity deal ( bad idea) I gave money and lost deal never got money back they say it comes back in coupons which is on a time limit which I didn’t know about and time ran out before I found out they were there. So that was £13 just gone. Never to be seen again as I haven’t been able to find anyone to complain to about it, no admin. This is just my input.

The prices are good and no worries of postage being added to them like some websites.
My issues are with the self serve as there are not enough reporting options to cover my needs.
A for instance is the system declaring an item delivered when it most certainly has not and only being given 2 choices: request a refund or wait longer!! There is no way to contact a speaking person.
I have an item that in orders says delivered but in tracking says ‘in transit’ and I can’t complain..anywhere!!

I was loving this app at the start and brought lots of goods I spent good money with you but now you have upset me cancelling all my orders that are Christmas presents and can’t get any reply from you as to why your doing it. SCAM
Saw this app at facebook and downloaded the apps co I saw that their products are cheap and looks good. So i placed my first order just for me to try, In ordered cordleas earphone on October 20, 2019. Then its said delivery of items will be on the 23rd of November. But last October 31, got a message from Vova apps that the item already delivered on that day but I didnt received any. So I try to contact customer service but if you open their website you only found there a question “have received the item” and theres only two answer you can click on which is “No” and “have received” but if I click the no answer I cant make it, you can only click the have receieved. So tried looking for sme option to follow up but theres is no other access. So be aware of this SCAMMERS.

Not worth it
I writing this to give people a warning. I suggest people do not go to this app. I feel that this app is a scam. I participated in the $1 gift worth of £1000 and over. Before I participated they said I can get a refund if I am not happy so went ahead. I paid twice but did not win. They gave me coupons. However you can only receive the coupon when u spend £90 and over and I previously just said £9. So they are telling me spend more then I need to? This is what I mean by scam. I am okay with not winning but would like my money back the couple is not worth it. It’s impossible to contact them when you want to ask them a question. I am still waiting for a response from them.

I have yet to receive my things I have ordered being a total of 4 items. All reasonably priced, seem to have good reviews. I am excited as I was recommended to this app by a friend. The only issue is why I haven’t given it a 5 star is that the search barely works. You can search for something and it doesn’t really take note of what you’re asking for so like “Transparent bag” for example you’ll just get loads of regular normal bags it’s not categorically organised the way it needs to be to find exactly what you’re looking for. I have tried numerous searches and there isn’t any filters to minimise the amount of results that come up so after awhile of scrolling the app will start to lag and it makes it harder to view/shop. You get what you pay for.
I see a lot of complaints about this app. But to be honest it’s a good cheap alternative to many other apps. If you check the reviews for the items you wish to buy, you won’t have a problem as you get what you see/pay for. When you buy blindly then you might have a problem. Really easy to use and so far has been very reliable for me.

Absolutely fuming
I have contacted this website regarding my account as ordered two items. Which I have paid for through PayPal which I received confirmation from also confirming items were paid. When I went back onto my account there was no items showing on my account yet I had paid for these already. Also I never received confirmation email from this company too say items had been purchased. I have tried numerous times to contact this company to no avail I have also sent u my transaction ID confirmation from paypal which is proof of purchase. Absolute disgrace of a company taking people’s money then saying u haven’t ordered anything seriously. Seems like there scamming people once they get payment you get nothing and can’t even get a reply or talk to someone which is a joke. BEWARE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SCAM U AND THEN DON’T HAVE DECENCY TO RELPY OR HELP U!!!

I really like this app as most of the products are a good quality and an amazing price especially when your on a budget, I had this app suggested to me from a family member and ever since I have been buying everything from the app, it’s also very easy to sign up and pay, what major concern I had was that it would be unsafe when I put my details in but I was totally blown away and I was very wrong. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is like me and likes a good designer gift/product as they have EG Gucci, Chanel, Louis Vuitton. Most of the high end products are less than £30 which totally makes me want to spend tons of money... when you do decide to sight up you will get coins everyday and if you do tasks you also get extra coins. Then eventually you will have money taken of your price. I would not change this and I will definitely be using it in the future

Very weird occurrence
The app wouldn’t fully open one day it kept flickering on and off so I deleted it and it keeps re-downloading on its own but not fully because it doesn’t let me use it . It’s really weird and I hope it stops doing this because it’s freaking me out !!
I used to love this app because of the good prices but now it won’t delete and it’s driving me insane!!
Somebody please help before I throw my phone at the wall lol .
This has never happened before with any other app but I really want it fixed

Good at first
I have been this site for a year or more and I have had some great things but some of the sellers are scammers as orders will be sent to another address but come up delivered and this is annoying then there’s the seller that will send an empty envelope and that is criminal and then you get the seller that will just cancel your order after you pay and I takes a week to get back to your account. I have had so many orders and spent so much money I thought I was a good customer but I do feel enough is enough and want to close my account. It is such a shame as there are many good sellers to them I say thankyou

They say if you send invitation link to friends and family once they download the app you get cash which then can be transferred to Paypal, THIS IS A LIE! Only when over 15 people were invited and downloaded the app using the link I sent that’s when vovo said first they need to make a purchase then I may get a little percentage of the amount they have ordered was absolutely fuming they literally lied made me a freak
Plus don’t leave card details once ordered something because somehow they place orders for you without you even knowing only received my bank statement showing £53 to vovo which later found out I somehow ordered a cart fryer luckily was cancelled on time and bank sorted my money out

I recently found this site and made a small purchase to see if it’s genuine. Just today I went back on the app and it kept saying “refresh” even though my WiFi was working fine. So I went off the app and visited the Vova website on safari and it kept coming up with “server not found”. All in all do not trust this site it’s a scam
I wrote this reviews a couple of weeks ago and I’ve come to edit it. The technical problem has since been sorted and it’s back to normal. My package is due in a couple of days and I’m excited so please don’t let me down

I have ordered a lot of stuff from this site. some have been disappointing but most very happy with. I don’t understand all the freebies and friends stuff as I have introduced 4 friends and one made orders over £200 but they are not in my friends introduced. only one is but as for the stuff I have ordered myself I’m very happy with it. and as someone else said they are very good at refunding.

Love VOVA
This has become my ‘go to’ site for everything! Communication is fantastic and if you’re organised enough to order in advance, the surprise of waiting for items in the mail is lovely.
I’ve recommended it to all my friends!
Occasionally an item is delayed or opened en route. but that’s hardly the fault of VOVA, some items lack instructions, or are not written in the best English but I’m sure that will improve with time.
I’m much happier shopping from China than Europe 😂😱😂

Hit and Miss
This app is a bit of a hit and miss. You received some items or some items you don’t have delivered. Some items are of good quality some are very poor. Some items are a bargain some you are better off getting from the UK. You can not use this site if you require the product or item in a hurry as delivery takes weeks. You can not use this site if you are relying on the item as it may not turn up. However the site is very prompt in refunding you money if you don’t receive your item. They do have some very good products which are cheaper than some of the popular sites we use. The bonus to this site also is the free delivery!

Fun to use. BUT .....
I like this site/app but the pop-up window saying something like "so-and-so ordered one of these two minutes ago" quickly becomes VERY annoying and adds nothing to the otherwise fun shopping experience. I suggest that the developers should remove this "feature" as soon as possible or at least make it optional.
Take note that many items fail to arrive and have to be refunded a month or more after ordering. That's an interest-free loan to China of the price of all the orders that "don't arrive", some business model that is!
Oh yes... the "Chinglish" can be hilarious and the game of "guess what the picture is" is great fun too.
