Great App But…
This app is amazing. I love it. It’s so good how if you have an idea you can put it onto the cork board. It’s also so cool that the toolbar is so easy to access.
The only problem with this app is that if you’re an editor, you can’t have a front cover for your book and I feel like this is really unfair that you have to be an author to be able to have a cover.
Please fix this so that editors can have covers for their books.

It really feels like my story
I had an idea that wouldn't leave me alone, so I decided to write it down. After browsing the app store, I found this gem that I can't believe isn't more popular.
When I first downloaded it, it was a bit basic, but recent updates with AI assistance and a new layout have improved it significantly. I just wish there was a feature request option, but overall, I'm happy with it!

This app is wonderful! ❤️ I love it so much as I love writing. But before I got an account I wrote scene 3 of my story and then at the end, when I finished and I was doing the description and I clicked save and went off it and then my scene 3 disappeared even though I had worked so hard for it 😭😭. I was really annoyed about that but everything else is great. Also, nearly every app makes you need to buy premium to do things just like making different colours and things but this one Dosen’t have that yet it still wants you to pay but you CAN not buy it and it will all be the same but let me just tell you, anyone who is going to get this app get an account first, you HAVE to or you will lose everything if you log out or whatever. Wonderful app and NO ADDS at all! Thanks for making this app! I also really love that when you go on the description if you cannot think of anything to put you can just click the button underneath and it makes a description for you! I love that! Thanks! (Also sorry this is so long..😂😅) xx

My story
Easy to use and reasonable monthly subscription. I use notes to write and copy in as the font is very small . Trying to work out how to send a copy of my book to myself when complete now

I used to write on this app. Deleted it because I had a lot of apps of my phone. Got it again now all I see is white I can’t see my stories/story. Rubbish 1 and a half stars

Pretty good!
Okay. Here me out. I love this app! But there’s one problem.
Whenever I’m making a story,and I try to name the chapter,and I write a short summary and all of that,it doesn’t save the name of the title? I might be doing something wrong,and forgive me if I am,but maybe in the next update,make it a bit easier?

Love the App
I have been using the app for 10 days now, i am not a writer, however, i found it useful in the layout and they way you can make characters and places, the different scenes, etc. i have written 25,000 words in this time and all was going really well, until a few days ago every time it synchronised and i was typing, all the writing would disappear, i would have to click or hit the space bar for it to come back, after that every time i type the writing would flash on and off, its somewhat distracting, however, i have not lost anything, i have used a few apps and so far this has been the best one. If you can stop the glitches it will earn 5 stars.

Just amazing
I cant say anything else other than this: the structure of it is so well organized and it helps so much! Writing an essay on this would be easy because normally theres an amount of words and look at what this app provides us! A character counter. I couldnt ask for more. I write stories so much now and this app has made my life want to become an author but generally i need to work on my punctuation..But that wont stop me!!
My favourite book series is wings of fire im basing my next story of it x. (/\^^/\) keep up the work for any other writers x

Great free writing app on the market
So far so good. It reminds me of the reedsy editor website online, but for me it’s much better being an app rather than on the web browser. Anyway I love the fact that I can organise all of my scenes in separate sections to make it easy for me to navigate through what I’ve already written. The only thing I find slightly annoying is if I try and add something to what I’ve already written it deletes everything out of that box. So to make that easier for me I’m using word to write up the scenes and then adding them into the app. Other than that the app is perfect for anyone looking to organise their entire book and writing process. I can’t recommend it enough. Solid 9.5/10.

My name is Maryanne I love this app! Sometimes it might get boring put it’s really good it tells u how to write a story! And best of all hardly no adds! The thing is to do really good stuff u have to be a premium and this app is a 4+ when I think they could have a play around but they can’t really write if I had to rate this for age I would put 6+ not that it’s inappropriate that all the writing I’ve wrote 3 stories called the dog walk elf tree and the lost girl. Same with animal crossing if u have played that game it’s a 0+ I know 0 years olds can’t play it but it’s for kids but all the reading! But for me since I’m 9+ i think it’s the best app I have for writing stories! If u have read this far then thanks 😊

I had started to use this app which looks good so far.
How ever I wanted to test it on my iPad.
The problem found this dose save to my files and means my rights are not assured it says saved but where !!
Also the icon or MyStory dose not appear in my app log.
Sorry but I would not use something to waste my time if developers choose to charge or remove

On it, it says this is for 4+ but how are 4+ up to the age of 10 or 11 supposed to know there email address ??? I’m 10 and I don’t know it and I was really looking forward to writing my own story

Zero Support
While the app itself is pretty decent there is no support despite several contacts by me.
Would have zero confidence if there was an issue so no chance of me upgrading.
In action the desktop app only works if you have an M1 chip 8n yo7 Mac.
Having to move my writing elsewhere which is a shame.

Good App, But I lost all my progress.
I love this app, But, I was writing this story called ” Fallen Kingdoms " and I finished, the thing was, I was a guest and when I logged in my account, I lost my whole story so, that’s my issue.
I very much wish to get this book back, because I’ve never in my life completed a book before, and I was very proud.

Absolutely incredible
Usually i would wait a while before writing a review, but this app is so amazing so im writing one after having for 1 hour.
So easy to use. You can write the story, chapter, scene and can then switch and write any ideas for a character.
I recommend this app to everyone writing a book and not wanting all the trouble.

It’s Good But…
I had this app since the beginning of 2019, and it's been really good ever since. But, since I've updated this app, I've not likened the update very much, and it's because of the size of the writing, it looks too close together, the writing is so minute - I even tried to change the size of the writing, but that didn't do the job, it still looked small and close.
I have to say that I prefer the old version of the update as the writing wasn't as nanoscopic and close.
Not only that I don't like the writing, but I also don't like the layout of the stories.

Great app
This app works really well and is very easy to navigate. I like the sections where you can write about your characters and the places, it’s really useful, if I come up with something new for a character of mine I can write it straight there. I also like the little cork board section where you can right ideas and drafts for each chapter and/or scene.
Only problem is if I’ve been writing a scene for a chapter then try to click somewhere else (like the character section or a different chapter) it will highlight the entire section I have just written, it never used to do this so it’s probably just a bug. But it can be really annoying.
Other than that, it’s a great app and I would definitely recommend it.

Was actively using the app and had all my writing deleted setting me back months it not a year, was so impressed with this app thought it was fantastic then logged on one day to find all my hard work lost and wasted, literally using paper to write on because of this app.

Great idea, but needs more work
Downloaded this app only a few days ago, originally finding it really good, but I found problems pretty early on. These where the main things I found with this app:
Pros;
-The layout is clear and easy to use.
-I especially loved how you have separate categories for your characters and your places. (Which definitely helped me to start building and expanding on my ideas).
-liked how expansive it seemed.
-in the beginning I did like how it reminded me to save what I’d wrote (but this got old really quickly)
Cons:
-I found that each time I tried to edit what I wrote there was a slight ‘glitch’ where the app didn’t know where I was writing.
-I found it annoying having to constantly press a ‘save button’ to remove a pop up, just so I could continue writing (broke my chain of though several times)
As written above, I really wanted to like this app, but my dealbreakers where the fact that
A)the app randomly stopped being able to save anything I would write, despite manually asking it to
And
B) that despite having made an account, after logging out I was unable to log back in.
My WiFi connection was strong and my iOS software was up to date so don’t think these were the problem....

This app is 99% perfect, in my opinion. The 1% you could improve on is allowing us to add pictures on our novels. Maybe allow us to add book covers? Also, it would be nice if I could use this without WiFi...

So far so good
Allows you to get involved with the story by letting you make a structured character bio as well as notes and a few other things I ain’t used yet. If you have a story in mind you will definitely be able to make it a real life ready to read full story with this app. Well that’s my impression so far. I just wanted something free and useful and I am known to buy upgrades if it benefits my journey and never expect things for free if my passion is in what I’m doing BUT a freebie is always good, right?

Might be great, but...
Firstly, you have to create a free account in order to get past the opening screens. After that there are some nice ideas, and slick implementation.. What disappointed me was there seems to be no custom character bar, and no Dropbox integration. Add those, and preferably multi tabbing, and this could be a winner of an app.
