Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of subscription purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Great app and service

You guys were so helpful to me recently by helping me update the app in time for a meeting with a new client. He was so impressed with how my work looked in the app that he’s going to give me multiple commissions. With lots of people working from home these days there’s a new market for making their home office look great on Zoom and this app is going to help fire their imagination.

Was really enjoying it

I was really enjoying it. Purchased subscription and now next day its no longer working, get watermarks! So i decided to delete it and download again. Cant download it, doesnt allow me.
If you fix the issue i Will come back!!!!

Great!

Love the app - my picture got loads of comments I think my followers loved it too! I would say the ability to realign the picture a bit would be good - to zoom in to the scene etc. Also bear in mind most will be posting to insta - a lot of the rooms I felt weren’t the ideal size to display the artwork and post in the best size and shape for insta.

Annoying

Good app but very expensive and also why when I have paid for subscription does it tell me to upgrade every time I attempt to upload a new photo!! Going to cancel soon unless sorted

I am a artist and the app is the best and easiest to use for artists who want to show off their artwork. The range of backgrounds and the ease of use is fantastic. I use the app all the time for my instagram and Etsy store. It has also helped me to show work to galleries and art companies when promoting my portfolio. Brilliant app. Thanks again.

Free version is rubbish

I tried the free version and I was playing with my phone to figure out how the app works. After 3-4 uploads the free version stopped working. Would not recommend this app

Response.

A good app. Does what it says. I had a query regards framing and got a response within 24 hours both times. The app also seriously enhances artwork. I have no complaints.

Great app but overpriced

I love this App but acme afford it. It’s incredibly useful as a photographer to show clients how a photo will look in situ but no other app is this expensive and I have some good ones. If you can bring down the price I will resubscribe.

Failed subscription

I’ve never had to write a review, but this app is so terrible that I had to warn others. You can pay for the subscription (monthly or annually) yet still have no access to the subscriptions services. I’ve tried every method they have suggested yet still nothing works; also their customer service is unresponsive and quite frankly unhelpful.
they offer a good service... if you can get access to it. So beware before wasting your money on subscribing to their services.

Outrageous pricing!

Good idea. But you’re asking so much just to
Superimpose an image over another to what looks like stock images..... that is all... it is a 2 pound app at best. I feel sorry for ppl paying full price for this. You can do the same thing in five mins with other free apps in the store and use stock images which are also free..I’m dumbfounded by the premium price rating.

Uploading photo

Hi, I have a full subscription to ArtRooms app, however it is not allowing me to upload my photos. It keeps telling me to subscribe with monthly payments. I am already paying the monthly subscription so why am I being prevented from using it?

Looks like it would be great if it applied the subscription I just paid for and allowed me to actually use the features. Don’t download unless you want to be scammed out of money.

FANTASTIC

This app is absolutely fabulous. This is the easiest app I have ever used with a stunning results. I have a whole portfolio of my paintings that I have downloaded to the app and I am so pleased how they look. I have already posted them on my website , FB Page and Instagram and had so many lovely comments. Tomorrow I will post them on my Pinterest page. Is also great that you can pay monthly and the cost are spread so you don’t feel that it hurt your pocket.Thank you for creating a great app.

LOVE IT

I love this app. There are many different rooms which are suitable for large and small paintings. The same room can look totally different with a different style of painting. It’s really made a difference for people to be able to actually see how a piece of art will look once hung.

Unusable

I’ve downloaded it twice and it won’t open properly ie you just the words Artrooms expanding and shrinking and nothing else!

Paid for subscription but can’t use the functions

It seems a great app but even I paid for the subscription but I still cant save any pictures which is really annoying. When I click to subscribe and it pops up I’m subscribed already. So it is useless when you can’t save anything after all.

Problem with subscription

This is a great up and I would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for a problem with the subscription. I am experiencing the same as a previous person has mentioned on their review. I have contacted the app by email and on Instagram but have received no reply.

Great but too costly

I get Lightroom, Photoshop, Behance and tons of storage for £2 more each month. I get the whole of Microsoft Office for £2 less each month. It does exactly what you need but way overpriced. At £4.99 I would give it serious consideration - good luck.

Great but way overpriced

It’s a really good app and seems to be one of the best for this sort of thing but is very over priced. I think I will have to cancel my subscription as this is a lot to pay out per month for something I won’t use every day / week.
Although it’s cheaper to pay yearly £56 per year is crazy. Especially considering you can buy apple’s professional video editing software for £299 and get all product updates for the rest of your life.
I really think if you considered making £56 a one off price then more people would buy this including myself. I would also then be inclined to recommend this to my photographer and artist friends as well.
A few more rooms would be good. I’m not sure why some of the rooms have a textured / featured back wall as you are only likely to hang pictures on a flat / blank wall.
With a few more rooms and a suitable price plan this could definitely be 5 stars

No response to query ?

Subscribed and looks like great app but they have not applied my subscription so still have watermark and it’s not allowing me to upload more images/artworks to apply to background scenes. Keeps telling me to subscribe but when I click on subscribe it tells me I am subscribed. Sent various messages on app and Instagram profile but no response. So frustrating and waste of time and money. Wtaf

Great but needs more rooms

Love the app and use it for promoting my work but as it’s aimed at artists, I think those that use it regularly like me will end up using the same rooms over again as they don’t seem to be adding new rooms often enough.
I will soon have to cancel the subscription renewal as I’ve now exhausted the existing content and don’t want to start repeating posts with the same backgrounds. I did subscribe only after emailing the developer and was advised new rooms would be regularly added.
I know there’s s room import facility but the whole idea of this app is to quickly use professionally photographed rooms to promote your work and not have to waste time setting up new ones.
I’ll happily amend this review to 5 stars if more content starts being added regularly.
