This is Barre Body, your online workout portal and the fastest way to feel good.

Fun fact: feeling good is the reason why we move. We don’t care about looking a particular way. Abs shmabs. We care about listening to our bodies, and resting when we need to. About loving our bodies, even on days we don’t particularly like them. We care about showing up, sweating it out, and shaking it off. And doing arm workouts even if it’s just to help make IKEA flatpacks easier.

It features hundreds of workouts taught by expert instructors to suit all fitness levels, ranging from short 10-minute sessions to intense 60-minute classes. These include Barre, Pilates, Reformer, Power Pilates, Tone, Sculpt, Flow, Dance Cardio, Cardio, HIIT, Vinyasa, Yin, Stretch classes. And with all your workouts conveniently in your pocket, you can move anytime, anywhere—at home, in the park, on your sun-soaked balcony, or even on your vacation in Sicily.

It’s not just one-off classes, either. We’ve created targeted programs that get you burning and are actually fun to do. Like Barre Body Basics, Barre for Runners, Perfect Your Posture, Splits Series, Glutes Program, Turn Up The HIIT, & Ballet Workshops.

Obsessed!

I am literally obsessed with the Barre Body App. In the past, you name it, I’ve downloaded it and paid the subscription only to find myself unmotivated and spending endless time scrolling for a workout I would enjoy. With Barre Body I am quickly able to choose the category of workout and know that every single workout I choose is always enjoyable thanks to their signature flow. You and others can also leave comments about the workout which is always a helpful snapshot into what to expect and feels more community based with the Barre Body community engaging and responding to each comment.
