Frustrating
I really loved this app for its filters but the last weeks it’s always crashes down and the feed feature doesn’t work at all - means I can’t see my feed. I tried to contact them by IG but no answer. Very dissatisfying.

Tezza app subscription pricing is as follows:
• $5.99 per month
• $39.99 per year
• Subscribers get access to everything currently in the Tezza app as well as all new features, filters, photo/video effects, editing tools, and guides as they are released for as long as they are subscribed
• Subscriptions can occur on a monthly basis for $5.99 USD per month, or on a yearly basis for $39.99 USD per year for photo + video editing
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and renewal of a Tezza app subscription will cost either $5.99/month USD, or $39.99/year USD for photo + video editing
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase

Great Tool BUT
Overall it's a great tool for your pallet of editing needs. The only issue I find is when you click on a preset I.e Film Shop and tap polaroid it looks great but when you save it as an image there's none of what you previewed on the app just a normal edit? Maybe a bug that needs sorting out before I give it a solid 5 star review.

Love filters BUT…
The film filters are amazing and look so authentic but cannot be saved. Every time I save my pictures the film filter will disappear and my pictures don’t come out looking how I edited them. Please fix the problem asap. This app has all the filters I’ve been looking for.

Why I can’t have access to all my library? I have no idea how to do it. I choose + there is only one picture that uploaded before. I find no way to upload more photos from my library. Very annoying.

App doesn’t work. Every time I try to upload a photo it says the file is corrupt. I have many other editing apps and never have this issue. I will be cancelling my subscription.

‘3E4C1A44-CB10-4BD5-B9E1-C3BB….’ I MEAN 🤯 they’re correlate to nothing! They don’t save in any kind of numerical or logical order. When sharing them back to my laptop it’s like what the actual.. how do I find a file, and why are they no longer in order.. 🤯🤦🏼♀️🙄 Please rename the saved files to something logical. Thank you. 😁

Love the app, DONT love the glitches
I use Tezza all the time because the filters are great but the last month or so if ALWAYS crashes. I’d say at least every other set of photos it says to reimport because there’s an error/doesn’t want to load. It’s really putting me off using the app because it stops me being able to edit as quickly as before

Bug in video filters
Love the filters and pay the subscription. However over the last couple of months the filters on videos have been off. When editing in the app they look great, but when they’re saved to my camera roll they’re dull and don’t look the same as in the app.

Really enjoyed using the app for the free filters it offered. Now you have to pay a subscription for all. Will be deleting the app.

Everytime I click on a photo to edit it the screen is just black & nothing works. I have to close the app & try again. Then when I reopen it it’s still the same. If it continues I will be cancelling my subscription, paying for something that doesn’t work atm!

Too many Tezza mentions on frames and layouts
Let this one go after a month because they are too many Tezza mentions on frames and design layouts, they should be optional with the ability to turn them on and off.
Generally, they needs to be more content and customisation to justify the monthky/annual sub.

Love the features but crashes all the time
I love the features on this app. It’s seriously an all in one editing app. But one thing I hope they can work on is stopping how often the app crashes. It seems to not be able to handle heavy video files or photo edits with lots of layers. Such a shame. Otherwise would be perfect!

Poor functionality
I used to love this app and how simple it is to use, but the new look/update makes it so difficult to move the filter around to tone it down. It takes me ages to be able to grab the square and change the intensity of the filter. Sometimes I just end up giving up and not using it

I absolutely adore this app! It’s been my go to editing app for my phone and it’s changed the look of my photos - create for quick edits HOWEVER the new update now means it won’t open on my phone so I can’t use it! Devastated!

App just closes down when I try to save an edited picture. Takes me around 10 attempts every time to finally get it going. Filters are good but the performance is very poor. Updating and reinstalling didn't help. See no point in paying for it.

Great app!
I love this app! The filters are absolutely stunning. However I’m experiencing a bug. Every time I add dust and then decide to take it off the app doesn’t respond and I have to close it and open it again losing all the editing I have already done to the picture. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Bugs after bugs
I had a monthly subscription and a bug appeared which didn’t let me use the filters on the app and said I had to purchase a subscription while I had paid for that monthly subscription. Then the app did that again and then asked me to get a yearly subsection - so now I’ve been billed both monthly and yearly subscription. Please help me with this.

I got a response to my reported issue within hours (+/- 7), which I think is pretty great! Also, I love the filters offered by this app! I just wished the cost included both photo and video - separate subscription for each hence my 4 star rating.

My go-to photo editing app!
I’m not one to pay for apps or leave reviews but since Tezza + Cole launched this I’ve been obsessed. So worth the money! It’s my go to and the only app I use now and with the video editing capabilities it’s literally all I need. Yes there’s issues with subscriptions at the moment and I’m not able to edit photos, but you know what. It’s given me a break from “having” to be on Instagram and during this pandemic a much needed breather. Thank you Tezza and Cole for creating such a brilliant app, for working tirelessly to fix the bugs and for sharing your creativity with the world! Big love xoxo

Despite the fact I subscribed, and pay yearly. My app isn't letting me use all the filters and video. I just updated the app too, and still can't use. Please help (otherwise, it's a great app)

Great filters but app crashes
I love this app and my favourite for editing photos and videos. I’ve only had this for one week and it’s no longer working, despite paying for a subscription monthly fee for all access of filters. It now appears with “Tezza” logo across the filters which I originally paid for. Now it’s unable to use, despite taking a monthly subscription. I have redownloaded the app, re-started my phone. Everything I can think of possible. Still no luck and unable to use for editing. Highly disappointing. This app would be the best editing app for photos if it actually worked properly. No way of contact of querying this issue. Just hope this gets fixed and money isn’t taken from other users on this app .

Disappointed.
I absolutely love this app but today I’m not able to use the app. I’ve been subscribing for past few months and never had issues until today. It keeps telling me to subscribe although I already am and just won’t let me use the app features. And it’s a shame because I use this app for all my photos and videos and not able to use it today. And the worst thing is, there is nowhere to contact the app developers for support. And Apple can’t do nothing either.

Absolutely love Tezza app but..
since the last update photos don’t come up automatically I have to click to find them which I didn’t used to have to do. Aaand the dusts aren’t working correctly! They keep jumping to another one which is v annoying.
LOVE the app and use it all the time - definitely worth downloading and makes my photos look great!.. but please fix these new issues!!
