Excellent service
Collected a Vespa scooter for a customer today from the Sandtoft site near Doncaster. I got there early and was parked up outside for 40 minutes. On being waved in at 8am, my van wouldn’t start! The gentleman in the gatehouse and the chap he called to help, were both top draw, and they got me started again quickly. Reception then was quick, and I was loaded and on my way at 08.30, all within 30 minutes. Superb service all round, thank you. 👍

Joke of a company. We customers have like free time on hands, wait hours on a car to ruin our whole day. We have homes to go to and other jobs to do also. Copart are useless for anything other than having cars for sale and allowing you to pay. That all works fine. Now try to speak to someone or make a claim, or even pick a car up. The staff talk to you like you are scum while they are earning minimum wage.
How are you getting on with their transportation app? With the money they take their system should be faultless.

Also works great when a customer hasn’t paid the late fees and it doesn’t alert you until the cars meant to be getting loaded and they tell you they’re not releasing it.

This app is a totally a time waste and even the control room members also have no idea what so ever. Not letting me to book any appointment to collect my vehicle and made me to book with their own delivery service to collect my vehicle I won with extra cost.
