We provide you with two types of subscriptions: 1 moth subscription with 3-day free trial period and 1 year.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription will be automatically renewed for the same price and duration period, auto-renew can be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for the subscription fee within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period for the price initially selected.

Won’t load
Used to love this app but now I get loads of notifications but the actual app won’t go past the loading screen very disappointed now as I can’t play my favourite app! 😔😔

The app won’t load and I’ve been having losing issues when I start the app. If you’re having issues I suggest you uninstall the app and reinstall it because for me it worked for me

Love but help!
I have played polygon for years and absolutely love it however I am not unable to get into it on all devices due to long loading which doesn’t seem to ever complete! I have given it over 10 minutes to load and it still won’t load. Please help as I need polygon in my life! :)

My game has now glitched by starting all achievements again and the daily puzzle is in May and won’t let me move forward to November

Love this app
I honestly love the app and would almost say it’s the best app I have on my phone. I can sit for hours and colour the pictures. The only downside for me is how long it takes the app to load. Sometimes it can take 5/6 minutes just for the app to come on. It’s really off putting and makes me not want to play. Hope it can be fixed.

I play on n iPad mini 6 (so not in a dated device) and it takes more than 2 minutes to load the game

Very good and lovely art.
Polygon is a very good app and there is a lot of free stuff to use and not go premium with. The only thing I would say is that if you want to skip your design being done quickly and you press skip it doesn’t skip it.

Inappropriate ads
Love the game but the ads need dealing with. I’ve noticed a few replies from the developer that they are not responsible for the ads, however as I’ve just been playing, I’ve had a sexually explicit image/ad pop up! Good job my kids weren’t playing. I suggest you sort it out asap!

Used to be great
I used to use this app all the time to help ease anxiety, now if you save the image the watermark is huge and crops out a sizeable portion of the image. Of course to get rid of this you have to pay for a subscription which at its cheapest is £40 for the year!! Talk about a rip off, whoever is in charge of the pricing for this app certainly thinks a lot of themselves, would highly suggest making the watermark smaller like it was before and reducing prices.

Good game with annoying parts
I have used this app for quite a while and I really like it but after a recent update I find that if you are tapping the same numbers which are near each other it zooms in on that area which I find very annoying. It used to be that you could zoom in if you wanted to or not. That was much better. Also, the confetti falling at the end when a picture is complete is also annoying because you don’t get any time to look at the newly completed picture.

used to love but...
i have had the game for so long and i’ve completed so many of the images. yesterday the app was fine but today whenever i open it the app crashes about 2-5 minutes of the app being open. this has never happened before and it’s really frustrating as it’s the only game i actually enjoy playing and it’s an amazing detox. i’ve updated it to the newest version so that’s not the issue. if someone could help that would be deeply appreciated.

FANTASTIC ! When I first got it I was in love with it , it is so relaxing to colour and it takes away you stress . Do not listen to the people that say it could be better because THEY ARE WRONG . If you get this app I hope you will like it as much as I do 😊😊😊

This app comes up with the payment screen for a £5.49 per week subscription charge automatically and immediately, tricking me into paying with my Face ID... do not fall into the same trap as me!

Keeps crashing
Absolutely love this app, but recently it just will not open correctly! Takes me to the homepage with all the blank images to colour and then almost-immediately crashes! So frustrating! Even updated and the same thing again! Please fix!! (Normally a 5 * game but currently a 2!!

1. Beeping sounds from adverts?
2. Some pictures in wrong categories e.g easel in ‘food’ and tomatoes in ‘under the water’
3. New in section has birds for example not in the bird section. Better organisation to filter pictures needed?
4. Syncing e.g. completed tomato picture in the under water section but remains undone on new in section

I have been happy with this app so far. BUT......I have had to cancel as I am very unhappy with the price £5.49 a week is just too expensive. So thank you but NO thank you. It’s been a blast but I have cancelled.

A few issues
Love the colouring side of the app, however, when I’m colouring, it makes loud beeping sounds, even with the phone in silent mode. This makes me not want to use it at all! I can’t find the new battery saving mode.
And I keep seeing the same advert every time!

Good game but can’t cancel my subscription
Be aware that this is a paid game I tried to leave it before it activated a 3 day trial but it started so I tried it and now want to cancel my subscription but I’ve followed the directions it gives but it won’t cancel so I’m guessing I can only do that once I’ve paid the first months subscription wish is not fair as I should be able to cancel before you charge me almost £6! It’s robbery....

The best pictures to colour but crashes
This app is great for giving you such detailed pictures to colour, better than most others, but it does crash every so often and needs to be reopened - which does take a while.
