Can Fail Embarrassingly!
It’s great when it works but sometimes when waiting for a payment to go through it can be very irritating & embarrassing when the recipient is waiting hours for payment to go through!
I have had this embarrassment buying an airline ticket in Ghana and the agent had to use her own money while i was waiting - 10March2023.
On another occasion i ended up paying 2x and later had to chase the merchant for a refund.
Advise: if your systems are down don’t make it available to users. Fix it first before taking payments.

Don’t use this app to send money Bangladesh.They never deliver money instantly to Bangladesh. You need to call them to get money delivered. They take at least 2/3 day to deliver money. Very poor customer service they provide not 24/7 that’s a big lie. If you send messages they don’t even reply back in 24. I sent money to Bangladesh City Bank account from UK. They showed that the transfer would be instant. But it tool 2 business days to receive the money in my bank account in Bangladesh. I’ve used many other money sending apps like Ace, Wise, Money gram etc. For all those I received govt incentive of 2.5% in Bangladeshi bank account. But haven’t received with Tap tap send. I don’t mind the transfer taking two working days, but why did you lie to me that it’d be instant? Probably, not going to use it anymore.

Better than using Bank App!
This app is great to send money abroad without facing transfer fee like most bank apps do today. It has multiple different countries, so you can rely on this app to make transfers to countries that wouldn't appear as an option in bank apps. Only use this app if your transferring money abroad to countries that are unfamiliar or none popular countries such as Bangladesh - you can't find this country in bank apps usually. A quick warning - as good as this app is if you mess up your account names or address etc, then you'll have to call them to change it which is quite annoying. Also, make sure whatever name you choose for your account matches your bank account name.👍

Easy to use
I have found Taptap send easy to use. They also offer better rates than rivals and 99.9% of the time the transferred funds are in the destination account immediately compared to rivals even though they use the same clearing bank in Pakistan. Worst service I ever used. Tried to send money which still on Pending after 3 days and now the weekend arrives. They making false claims of their partner bank have technical difficulty in Pakistan which cause delay.
Just imagining if I have used this service in urgent case so I will be in big trouble.

Poor Processing Time and Support
Very disappointed from this app, it’s more then two days I have transferred my money and still no received on other end. The day I transfer the money that day is not included in processing day so after that they need three more days to process and now it’s Saturday and Sunday and for me it’s 6 working days they take to process the money. Good Rate and not so fast delivery
I have sent money two days ago, and it was still pending/processing for two days. However it has now been delivered. To be honest, I used to use a different app to send money to my home country Bangladesh, the other app was giving slightly less exchange rate but faster delivery time. However, Taptap were giving better rate so decided to give it a try. My first impression using this app was excellent, I send £30, and it was delivered within one hour, however, the second time I sent a higher amount on a bank holiday day, it took 2 days. Its understandable as it they need to verify before sending and receiving. I would love to use this app in the future, if they provide competitive rate like this and cut the delivery time shorter, I will improve my rating to 4 stars.

Do not use this app at all. I rushed into without looking any reviews or searching company history online. I made transfer and it says on app delivered. Where recipients never received the money. I called support they said its delivered from our side and asked me to send them bank statement as proof that I never received the money. I even done that and no response after 24 hours. Please do not use this app under any circumstances they are Bloody scammers.

I am sending money to Bangladesh and it’s hour over keep showing me pending .
When I contract the customer support team.
She said as a technical issue in Bangladesh bank, it will take long. They don’t know how long and I reply please can you cancel this transaction while it’s pending.

So it’s mean. No idea how long it’s take to money will transfer and even they can’t cancel this transaction and refund me !!!!

I’m using TapTap for almost a month after watching ad on TV. I have send money through almost all the apps available in AppStore like Sendwave,SmallWorldfs,Ria, remitly etc.
But I found out Taptap is the best app for sending money to Bangladesh. Very Good exchange rate and zero transfer fee. And beneficiary received the money through their bKash wallet within 1 minute.
I was regular user of the Sendwave app due to zero transfer fee. Now I have changed to Taptap.

I’ve been using tap tap since the begin of this year and have made a number of successful transfers. But every often there will be a transaction that is pending for an unexpected amount of time. When you try to contact customer service you’re met with an automated response… This is the only reason I would switch to another apps services, even if it’s paid.

The app taptap is fine. its easy to send money and they give the best rate to transfer money. but after few days, all of my family member's account get blocked for no reason. i called them several times but they couldn't give me any solution. and the customer care is sooooo poor and horrible. they dont even know how to speak to a customer.

Too good deal
It’s simple to use. Good deal that gave me doubts. But my doubts were put to rest after my first transfer. It was so quick just as the name suggests “tap tap” within minute of sending already got a notification that money has been received. Saves you time and money as well.

Do not use Taptap
My payment was taken from my account to send to Ghana and was pending for over 24hours. Taptap’s customer service is extremely poor and they sent me a general automated response stating that the money could not be refunded and they did not know why it was pending. I had to find the email address of their partner in Ghana before this was investigated. Eventually my money was refunded and I will be making this payment via another means. I do not recommend Taptap and will be advising everybody I know to delete the app. If -5 stars was an option, that is what Taptap would receive for their sheer incompetence in dealing with this situation.

Started using around two months ago due their non fee paying charges. Had to compare their rate with those who charges rate and deducting and subtracting the difference, I chose Taptap. All because I didn’t have to worry about the cost to send money plus the difference was that huge! Best app to send money back home
I’ve been using the app for four months, so easy, fast and convenient for my family to pick the money up.
If I can suggest to add an additional security before opening the app like all online banking because our bank details are registered and anyone who access your phone can make a transfer.
Otherwise, I’m very pleased with the app😊, well done guys!
