Whether in the app or not and if the phone is not even next to you, as soon as you move it switches what your watching off. Don’t have the cheek to charge for something if it doesn’t even work properly.

Works perfect once connected the only issue i have is it takes so long to find my now tv device! Took me nearly 45 minutes of pressing scan to connect it yesterday🙄 think I’ll just buy a new remote
- little idea for the creator-
would be easier if each device had a unique code that you used to connect the remote instead of relying on inferred and wifi to connect it :)

This is a great APP to have if you & your fam are always losing the remote! Works really well - surprised how good it is. Slightly better than the remote itself, in fact! Definitely recommend. We can’t find the remote tonight but we’ve been able to watch out latest favourite binge series using this APP!

Would be a fantastic app if it ever actually found my NOW TV device. Most nights it takes at least 10 minutes before the app finds my NOW TV. Tonight it’s been 20 mins and still no luck. Then when it does find the box you better move fast to start playing what you want to watch before it disconnects again (as mine did while I was rewinding something – ended up watching from the very beginning!). Please please fix this as otherwise it’s an incredibly handy app!

The app constantly disconnects from the now tv box, sometimes can’t be connected at all. I have this app on 4 different devices In our home and often enough none of the devices can connect to the now tv box, even after unplugging and resetting everything. We don’t have the now tv remote anymore as it broke. So our only option is to use this crappy app. Always freezing and closing itself down. When you have to pay for an app, you would at least like it to do what it’s meant to do. Sadly, this is not the case with this app!

Never scans and finds my tv. It just scans and states there’re none I am not silly my tv is a now tv box and does connect every now and then. However, the app just is very unreliable it’s a “complete by chance” kind of thing and seems to know when the most inconvenient time to stop working is. The remote app is a liability.

Took me a couple of attempts to connect because my WiFi on my phone was being a pain but once connected works perfectly well- looking at other reviews I recommend you turn off your WiFi on your phone then turn back on to connect worked a treat
