Won’t let me log in
Tried logging in on app. When I put my details in it just refreshes the log in page (doesn’t come up with any error message like wrong details etc).
Deleted and downloaded the app again and when I press log in now nothing happens.

I ordered some items and sent most of it back, it said I will receive my QR code and the email shortly. O waited a few days for this to come through. I never received my QR code or email for the return. I emailed customer services so many times and they took ages to reply each time.
It was taking weeks to resolve this to the point it went past the return date. Then somebody was nice enough to help me and sent me the code so I was finally able to return my items.
Now I have had another email saying the items are being sent back to me as it is past the return date! It isn’t my fault, it is there’s for not sending me the email and for taking so long to reply to me! An issue on their behalf has lost me money! Used to order from here but now it is owned by sports direct it is awful, and the clothes are awful too! Will never order from here again and this company needs to be completely finished!

I’ve just spent an hour choosing clothes for my holiday, to find that half has gone into one Bag ( at bottom of app ) some went into a bag that you can only get to when you click sale , and the rest are no where to be found .
My bag would have totalled up to £300 or more but I don’t have the time to try it all again.
So I will go back to boohoo / pretty little thing etc as their app actually works .

I have been unable to sign into the app for a while now, I have tried resetting my password even tried reregistering but it comes up with an error notification. One time I was able to sign in but I was able to add items to my cart . I have also tried deleting and downloading loading the app but I have the same problems.

They do have some really nice collection! But this is second time they would send wrong size. And ironically you can’t return only one item. If you go on website they loding screen would never finish and through third party return system like ASDA you have to return all together. I think they intentionally send you wrong item so they can charge you for shipping and not return that. Needs improvements on return policy and delivering correct items!

Avoid the company like the plague. Ordered 6 items plus a next day delivery pass for the year. It’s ordered late Wednesday turned up Saturday at gone 9pm with the bag open and only 1 item in it. Go to contact company to find the ONLY way to do so is through email, Facebook messages or Twitter. Do so to be sent round and round the houses for 5 days now even being asked did someone else in the house have the items! Asked for delivery note, not in the open package, another wait, was it damaged when arrived, clearly as that was what I’d stated originally!! Seems like they have no direct contact available and those who answer messages are paid to send you round and round the houses so they can keep your money. Crook of a company. Go elsewhere where you can have actual human interactions live via a chat screen at least

Over the last 5 days I’ve ordered 6 items, all with reduced prices. The discount codes your site gives is more than enough - I’ve never seen such. Each and every one of these items has fit me in the correct size, and has amazing quality. You are definitely way better than Pretty Little Thing. First time I ordered from there the item I received was completely see through and had to send back but they never gave me my money back and when I emailed about it they didn’t seem to take much notice so never got a refund. I thought I’d give them another go a while later and when I received my item I got the completely wrong item wasn’t even close to what I bought I emailed and they said I had to send back the item and weren’t going to send out my correct order. I absolutely love this online brand! I would highly recommend this to everyone. I have shopped on I Saw It First for years and i would never consider another app to buy my clothes as well as my must have accessories, they even have a range of home style products.

Firstly I love Isawitfirst it’s such an amazing website with such amazing quality clothes, with such amazing prices. If you want clothes that are trendy and affordable here’s the place to be. The app is so good as well, it runs so smoothly and it constantly has updates to improve the app and fix bugs etc.
The one thing I will say however is that the clothes you save on your account on the website online won’t be on your favourites when you log into the app so make sure you have them saved on both if you use both the website and app. But other than that I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. It’s amazing.

I’ve been shopping on ISawItFirst for a while and it’s honestly the best clothes store a girl could ask for. They always seem to have great discount offers. Great lines always fit perfectly for me I’m usually size 8-10. Colour ways always match the picture. Best clothes shop in my opinion. I’d say 99% of my clothes are from here.

I couldn’t recommend downloading this app and shopping with I saw it first enough!! My insta was always full of pictures of my fave influencers collabs with I saw it first and for some reason, I never shopped UNTIL the range with jac jossa towards the end of 2020... game changer, £150 in the space of a week I spent as I was completely obsessed!! I always struggle with jeans and I’ve found that I saw it first has been THE BEST!!
The app is so easy to use and within seconds you can have hundreds of pounds worth of beautiful clothes on the way too you.

I really love isawitfirst as a brand. It’s always the first place I shop. However the app is a let down. The layout and the way we search is not an easy process. I feel it should be changed and made much more straightforward. I like to search for specific things but when I search I have to go through a long list and I can’t even filter it.

Appalling service
Ordered 3 items. 1 didn’t turn up in the parcel so I used the online contact form which is the only method of contacting the site. After 2 days got an email basically asking if “I was sure I checked the full contents of the parcel” like I was unable to count to 3. They then stated I had to reply to the email giving more details, however the email address doesn’t even allow replies as an automatic message send failure notice is received each time I press send. Tried Facebook messenger, said they were “happy to help” then proceed to ignore me. I’ve tried to send another email on the contact form & had no response. Shocking customer service experience which will prevent me from ordering in the future.

I ordered a blue dress in the sale and had no update on what stage of transport it was at until it got to my house 2 days after the time period when it should’ve been delivered (came very late). In my parcel was a pair of grey joggers addressed to someone else. I’ve been trying to sort it out for days and customer service won’t even respond neither their Instagram account. After the first response from customer service, they said I can’t even receive my dress as they don’t do exchanges. So they aren’t even giving me what I ordered😡😡
Would definitely recommend shein as they don’t mess up orders and they actually deliver in time !!!

The app is different to the website so makes it a little bit confusing. The search bar in the app isn’t that good either as you get less results. Also when shopping on the web page the wish list doesn’t update it self when changing to the app so I have 2 complete different wish lists for the same account. There are really good clothes varying in price being sold on there which I can afford which keeps me coming back but whenever I do have a problem with my order it is really hard to get into contact with their customer services team as they take forever to reply

I always leave reviews for I saw it first, especially on trust pilot, as it’s my go to place for clothes, but now I have discovered the app it’s even better! Easier, quicker.. it notifies me when there is new arrivals or discounts etc which is handy as I love to look regularly, and I love that it keeps me logged in and my details logged for future purchases! The app is easy to navigate through, and always up to date! I am always recommending I saw it first to all my family and friends. it’s full of the nicest, trendiest upto date clothes for such a good reasonable price! Times are hard at the minute but you can always find an amazing quality outfit for an amazing price, with amazing discounts!The shipping is fast, delivery prices are always a good price, the costumer services are always helpful and quick with dealing with any questions, I have never had sizing issues and the quality of the clothes is amazing. I 100% recommend, and I am very happy I discovered and downloaded the app as I can leave clothes ready in my basket for the next time I can afford them! ☺️

Quick delivery and good quality
I have used this app to order clothes on multiple occasions, delivery is very quick and honest as it comes on the estimated data or sooner and next day delivery also does what it says and comes next day. I have been very happy with the quality of all my items and upto now haven’t sent a single item back :) 5 stars and I definitely recommend!

I SAW IT FIRST
I’m going to start by saying: I LOVE this brand! I have never been disappointed by any of my purchases.
I SAW IT FIRST produce a range of modern/ fashionable styles for a variety of shapes, sizes and colours! I love how affordable their products are. Personally as a student, I find it really hard to buy clothes on a budget but I SAW IT FIRST are amazing for anyone wanting to try a new style or a new trend and not spend a fortune. I have found so many duplicates of designer brands and find they don’t look cheap at all! The quality is generally amazing for the price you pay and they constantly offer discounts/free delivery which is again a massive bonus! For most brands it’s easy to pay a lot for return/delivery and can take weeks to receive a refund however, I SAW IT FIRST have never disappointed! Whenever I have had to return or exchange something, the process has been so quick and easy!

Found this app a little bit confusing as the layout is different from the web page also I have found the discount codes I have been given do not always work so I have missed out on deals which is a shame however that being said I do like the app for some of its features like my last orders I can go in and have a look at what I have brought with no issues I love the fact I can put the heart on what I like and come back to it when ever I Mike making it easy to find also I’m loving the fact that my items I put into my basket stay in my basket so that’s a very good thumbs up for me

I love the app it’s full of discount , easy navigation , can put stuff in your basket and if you leave the app it remains there until your next visit most other shopping apps store your basket for a limited time only and removes everything only thing I would change is that when you search a item it provides it in a drop down list rather than your normal viewing when clicking the categories of choice , this is minor everything else is spot on and gives you all the updated trends and again lots of discount and great delivery prices !! It’s a winner for me

App and Clothing
Signed up for a year of free delivery and it was the best choice i’ve ever made! The app is very easy access and reliable and is very simple to use. It is easy to find what you are looking for and the company gives great offers!! The clothing is also great quality and has easy returns system! The website is also very easy to use, however one thing i would say is if there was a section for filtering each search with sizes/different build sections on the app as it does not have this. i am petite and it’s very hard to filter to petite clothing on the app. However i am overall fairly satisfied with the app and clothing so i can’t complain! and i highly recommend.

I really love the App especially the discounts they have on all the time.
The clothing on “new in” change quite frequently which gives me a huge variety to choose from each time.
One thing I would say is when I come off the App for a quick second it restarts n brings me all the way back to the home page which makes it difficult to locate the item I was viewing before.

Do not buy from here! Scam
I bought a top from here a few days ago and I’ve just received it today and they gave me something completely different to what I’ve payed for. I can’t return my item because they took the tags off the clothes they gave me and just put in a random tag in the bag, since their policy says that the tags need to be attached to the piece of clothing in order to return it, I can’t return it so they have completely scammed me out of my money🖕🏼😡 never buying from here again!

Love the update
Have used this app since the start and had sometime found it lacking in terms of search options, the recent update however seems to have made it easier to be able to find the relevant items, now I can go back to shopping at my favourite online store.

Quality
I normally love this app - I’ve bought from here many times, but my recent orders have been appalling. Everything is in the wrong size, looks used and came without tags, making me concerned that I was a used/returned item. I contacted support and all they addressed was the sizing and not the fact my items didn’t look new to the quality expected. As I’ve ordered from here before, it was literally the same item in a different colour, so I knew how it was meant to be and this item came to me bobbly, washed, wayyyyy too big and without the tag. so disappointed as they are usually fab, feel as though they have gotten worse over time.

I’ll maybe try again
Whenever I go out of the app whether it’s switching between apps or simply locking my phone and opening it again the whole app refreshes and logs me out. There’s items in my favourites which I presume are now out of stock but it’s just a white picture and I can’t click on it to remove it. The app isn’t well laid out and it’s a nightmare to use. I was going to buy a few tees but I’ll get similar ones from in the style instead. I’ll maybe try again in the future but nothing lost as there’s plenty other sites.

love the clothes, app has issues and so does the company.
pricing!! i bought a baby blue, puffa coat for £12 from £30. the next day, the ‘original price’ says £60, reduced to 30. THEN, the day after AGAIN, it says original price £40 to £20. clearly some scamming going on, but overall the reduced prices are still cheap. the clothes i have bought so far are good and i love the styles and fashion. however, the app has so many issues.
1. logs me out of my account every time i leave the app
2. cant view everything in my wish list
3. i uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it, and now it says i have nothing in my wish list. that’s the most stressful thing.
4. it never lets me pay for normal, standard delivery. it says it’s not available, so i have to spend £4 on next day for it to work.
i really do feel like there’s some money scamming going on.

Nice app layout but ....
The app has a nice layout and easy to use, although there is no wish list, which is really annoying. The prices are quite good, with good quality.
When I did order a dress and top off the app, I received the correct top, but instead of a dress I got an ugly handbag. Due to this I had to send back the bag, and get a refund. For me this was really annoying as if they dealt with the situation better, like reordering the dress and give it to me, I might end up being a loyal customer. Now I’m really put off from buying from’I saw it first’. Don’t think I will ever trust the brand again.

I haven’t bought anything from this store however it has lovely, stunning clothing on the site. However I feel like it’s missing something I think that the site should have a wish list on the site, so that if I like it I can go back to it otherwise I’m going to forget what clothing I liked or if it goes out of stock then I will never know. So having a wish list will do wonders for the buyers in my opinion but other than that very nice site and love checking out all the clothes.
