I’ve been messaging some women on here for a few months but they all have one thing in common: no matter how many times you ask they will never give you their email, phone number or WhatsApp. This is just a scam site with no real females here just bots.

I decided to delete my profile then upload it again with the same photos and description and when I contacted the same women as before not one of them recognised me or knew who I am! And these are the same women I’ve been chatting to for months!

My advice is the same as most of the other reviews: avoid this site like the plague, it’s a con and you will never get to meet a girl here because they are all fake!

Don’t install this app! It’s fake, all the women are fake and as everyone has said they have no clue what they’ve said to you at any given time! They will not move off the site and date or use any other media platform! You will waste your money and your time of you try this! Do not buy your coins through the Apple store as this is a con! I’ve been in dispute with MyDates for some time as the amount of coins advertised for purchase are not what you receive! If you opt for the 5000 coin package you will get 330 coins less. I had some luck getting some of my coins back but their only advice was to use another platform to buy my coins as they could not fix it! They don’t want to fix it as they are ripping everyone off! I will speak to Apple store about it and see if they can ban the app for false advertisement and for the addictive nature that the apps bots or personnel put onto users through false promises! I joined hoping to meet someone and this happened very quickly I had numerous responses but before long I realised that this was not a dating app and that the woman/man/ or number of people were not real and had no intention of ever meeting up. I had grown to like a said person when I realised how much it was starting to cost I asked the woman in question if she wanted to use WhatsApp so that it didn’t keep costing us money I also gave her my email address and mobile number. The response I got back said no because she felt comfortable on this platform, I now know why it was because she was getting paid to keep people buying coins to keep sending her messages. You also have to watch out because when using the app itself any coins you buy are taken from your Apple account, if you’re using the app on Safari the money is taken directly from your bank account. I was lucky in one respect. When I reported this to Apple they refunded me the money I had spent, not so with my bank, I’m £247 short of a few pence down gone. The worst part is I had really fallen for someone who didn’t exist. So don’t use this app stay well away from it so one you don’t waste your money and two so you don’t get hurt!

This app is really a scam. So guys pls be aware the moment you join you will get messages from beautiful ladies but that’s not true at all. Worst app filled with bots you can’t delete your acc, no unsubscribe from annoying mails

Think again before installing this mess. As soon as you make a profile you’ll see messages popping sadly all from botted accounts. Fake profile photos etc. If you want to delete your acc they’ll ask for your email and send you a mail. You’ll find a mail in your spam folder and in that mail there is a delete my acc link that does not work. Emails don’t have unsubscribe option which is required. Different from others.

This is app quite different compared to some like POF and Tinder. The people I’ve spoken to so far are much more genuine and seem a better suit for me, rather than wading through tons of ‘casual’ people on other apps.

Because of the way messaging works, there’s no dull “Hey.”. Nearly all messages and fairly long and contain depth, and getting to know someone and getting comfortable is much easier.

This site at first seems really good, lots of local people to talk with, then you realise how expensive the site is to use and that the “people” you are talking to only want to chat on this site and are quite repetitive, almost like a scripted person, saying just enough to keep you interested chatting, before you know it you a couple of £100 down and about to buy more credit

Don’t ever download this app. I can’t believe Apple even allowed this app in the App Store. The app is totally filled with fake profiles, who will just make you spend your money and buy coins to chat with programs. The profiles are not real and the chat is all programmed. I will write Apple after this, they should have this app banned from the App Store. So, don’t download and don’t buy any coin.

Great app

Really easy to set up and use. I’ve matched with a lot of profiles already and had some really promising conversations.

It does charge to message - but I think this makes you more conscious of if you should really spend the coins on someone you’re not interested in... so seems to make convos more worthwhile.

I think the app is really good and easy to use but not happy about how much money you have to spend to get coins to message it should either be free or lower in price or more coins for your money but £25 on to get 900 coins and you only get 18 messages out of it which isn’t a lot to get to know someone so I don’t rate this site at all sorry

If your willing to spend a lot of money and have lots of patience this is the right app for you. The price is a bit high for coins on this app though if they could drop the money price down just a bit I would be happy to spend my money here but right now I might just leave 😔

It’s super easy to set up, profile quick to set up. Loads of profiles to go though with some very good looking people. Yes you have to pay but it’s worth it.

The app just feels like there hasn’t got anything to it that makes it stand out from other sites. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a working dating site, but there’s barely anyone locally or any special features that MyDates has to make it unique. It just feels boring to use.
