I used to love the App but can’t download the upgrade anymore as I have an older iPhone and can’t afford to update it. Very disappointed. It offers the opportunity to download an older version (which has worked fine with other Apps that have upgraded) but when I try it with your App it just keeps popping back with the same message. My phone can’t get the new version of the this morning app as my phone is older. I tried to get the older version back so can no longer enter spin to win, which I did from the beginning before the break. Can I no longer get the old app? I also liked the recipes ☹️

No point entering any of the This Morning competitions unless you live in an area where the presenters or the crew come from.
The majority of winners come from London and surrounding areas unless Alison Hammond is on then the winners come from Birmingham and surrounding areas. Today was proof if ever it was needed.
Occasionally they will throw the line a little further away but not that often.
Good luck if you have been lucky enough to have received a phone call but I won’t bother watching or entering anymore due to the blatant fix.

Very disappointed- I have an iPhone 6 which is a 12.5.5 IOS but itv will only let IOS 14 update eligible to use itv app. No longer able to participate in competitions. Why or why have you changed it? We can’t all afford an up to date phone and my iPhone six cannot access anything!! So upsetting, I used this app practically every day, updates, shop the show, recipes, spin to win and now nothing. I fail to understand when something is more than adequate, there is this irrational desire to change . Keeping busy while alone in lockdown.
I love your program and watch it every morning. I am 83 years old and now living in a lovely retirement home. I like to keep busy by giving myself a challenge. I started crocheting just before lockdown and made several animals using a pattern. Then I started making animals by just photos of them. Also a doll that I made clothes for. I have done friends pets from photos and before Christmas I made a Father Christmas that turned out bigger than intended so I put him in our community room with a crocheted sack that I filled with chocolates treats for all the residents to help themselves to. I have given away all bar Father Christmas but I do have photos. I think you were asking people what they did in lockdown so I hope I am not too late. Also hope this will be read as I have only just been able to get onto the app. Thank you all for your wonderful program that cheers me up each day. Love Ann Moore. Xx

Could be way way better.
I find every time I go to use the app I need to update. I find the content limiting. There’s way more segments on the you tube channel. Hard to find past recipes and articles and there’s no clear layout or design. It’s not as user friendly as other apps I use which makes me not return often hence the constant need to having to update when I do decide to visit. Not impressive at all.

I was expecting that there would be some ads on this app, it’s a given and that’s fine but three 30 second adverts before and after a tiny tiny clip - you’re taking the mick surely? Binned. Literally downloaded it for the funny clips of Phillip and Holly to give me a laugh as they’re not posted anymore but in one article with multiple little videos embedded you have to watch all the ads before to get to it and then there are more after... too much.

I updated the app and now as lots of people have said I cannot enter the Spin to Win competition because it’s not there. You’ve had long enough to sort it out so please do it soon as possible as lots of us can’t enter anymore which is not fair. I bought a new iPad for mums birthday because she has had lots of problems with her old iPad. It’s 13.5.1 same as my phone and crashes on the prize entries. Works fine on iPhone. Biggest bugbear for me is that the support link sends you to the show web page... not support so there is no way to report this apart from rate the app here

I have exactly the same problem as previous reviewer. My Win tab shows selection for competition and spin to win but when selected just dumps me out. This is a new problem. Can’t view anything on app or enter competitions since last update because it just crashes so therefore no point keeping app on iPad taking up space I can use for something that does work.

Since the latest update of This Morning app (vers 2.0) nothing on the Win tab works, so I can’t enter the Spin to Win competition on the App any longer. FYI, I’m using an iPad and the latest version version of iOS 13.5.1
As soon I click on ANY of the competitions the app crashes.
This was happening on the previous version of iOS as well, so it appears to be an issue with the latest issue of This Morning app as soon as I updated to version 2.0

Thanks Holly and Phil for keeping our spirits lifted in such difficult times!
I love the fact that we are all in a situation together which although very difficult, will keep those with mental health issues going that they are in their state of mind with every body else and which may ease their pain.
Please give us more fashion, cooking and celebrities. Perhaps to have a celeb singing every day would be good but just a quicky to let you know how great your show is for lifting spirits.
I would like to take this opportunity to encourage everybody to start a daily diary stating as to what they are doing, how they are feeling and where they have been and who with. I think if they were to fall ill this diary could be good for tracking close contact and would assist doctors and scientists to recognise the early start to symptoms and also recognise contacts much quicker to enable their isolation to be more vigorous and awareness for early detection!
I will start my diary today as being diabetic type 1 I am in the vulnerable group also with a daughter in A&E dealing with this on a daily basis!
Thank you to you and all your limited team which makes my day a lot more interesting!

Not user friendly
The app is a good idea but it's not user friendly. I think you need a search bar to be able to search things you've seen on the show. I was searching for a recipe I saw but couldn't find it on the app.
The home screen layout is good but I'd also have a menu option so you can go to which catogry your looking for like fashion, food, lifestyle etc.

Well well well!, nice to see an itv app that isn’t Love Island or I’m a Celeb. The app is amazing to use and has some of my favourite clips from the show from Phillip’s giggling moments to Rylan being well Rylan to Gino screaming about his grandmother having wheels!, I love this app.

About time such a fantastic show has an accompanying app. I’m excited to see how this goes. It will be fantastic to be able to keep up to date on the go with financial help and medical help and advice as well as much more too!

I’ve been waiting for this to happen for years!!!! What a fantastic app and I absolutely love the show. Now it can go with me everywhere I go now!! Perfect!!
