Needs more optimising
I just downloaded the app like a week ago and it’s ok.. but it takes a while to load when you click on a WEBTOON ( and other times, it doesn’t work at all! ) I also wish I could turn off family mode on the app.

doesn’t let me sign in
wth is wrong with this app… i took paid the vip membership on the website and now that i downloaded the app and i try to log in to it it doesn’t let me no more😤

Will stay 1 star until they fix the app, every time I log in screen goes blank. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same thing happens

Download to use without internet
I love the app, I would like the ability to download the comics to avoid the load time as I am cursed with slow internet where I live!

The app is overall good and has some good comics but when I have tried to install the membership or try to get it, it doesn’t allow me to get it I’ve tried many times and deleted and reinstalled it. So other than that the app is good

I dislike the vip thing to read more of the comics I feel like that is the only thing holding it back and if there was a free to read option then this app would automatically be my favourite the comics are nice and makes me want to find out what happens next hope this app becomes successful and I wish all the best

Too expensive and can’t finish comics
The VIP is really expensive so I was having to wait to read all my comics, but the last time I opened the app all the ones I was reading had become completely VIP only so now I can’t finish any of them :(

App is okay
App is okay but has this feeling as if it was just a chromium/WebKit web browser disguised as an app. I’m not saying it’s an web browser but lack of transitions and lack of overall smoothness when using the app gives off the web browser vibe.

Ok but make some comics free
This is an amazing app don’t get me wrong and I’m ok with the vip thing but at least make some of the comics free like the ones your advertising like spring time for blossom and that roommates one make them free at least

Unfortunately I have to agree with every previews comments, download the app and enjoy it but the price is way better continue with Netflix 😢.... Too much just for 📖...

Awesome
This app is easy to use and real good for reading comics. There are a couple bugs here and there but for the most part it works and its a good app. The VIP stuff is way too expensive though and I know it’s supporting the creators but the prices are pretty harsh.

Fundamentally flawed
I appreciate the work that goes into making apps and legally supporting creators over just piracy, I really do, but your pricing model is fundamentally flawed.
See, when you think about it, providing for the £8.50 for 1 month or £3.75 per month for a whole year makes sense, right? I mean, you are providing unlimited membership to like, dozens of ongoing toons with thousands of episodes banked up, right?

I’m not here to read 20 different webtoons at once, and I’m not reading hundreds of episodes a day. I’m here for like 3 different toons, like 75 chapters already released and 2 chapters released monthly for each of he 3. Why do you think I would pay £8.50 per month for ~200 pre-released chapters and 6 new ones a month?
Why would I spend THE SAME AMOUNT of what I spend on netflix (it’s £8.99 in the UK) when I spend 20 hours or more a week on Netflix yet but less than 1 hour a week on here?
And the only way to get a good price is to subscribe for a year?!?! I’m not spending £8.50 a month, nor do I want to just hand over £44. (You can’t even “cancel at any time”, since it’s set up as a £44/year fee, not £3.75 a month, so once you click “accept” you pay the WHOLE AMOUNT)
If you wanna ditch the “standard” model other apps use, which is pay-as-you-go coins, you have to do it effectively. People like coins because it means they can 1. Spend on what they actually want to read and 2. DONT ACTUALLY PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR CONTENT THEY DONT NEED. I don’t want 1000’s of episodes, I want the webtoons I’m actually here for.
£3.75 a month to keep up with a couple of webtoons, and I don’t need to pay for an entire year? I could actually consider that. It’s reasonable. Drop the stupid discount model. £3.75 per month, no 55% off weird discount, same price no matter for how long you subscribe for, and you’ll probably see less people look at the price and leave and more people stay. Shonen Jump knew this. Their app is £1.99 a month, no strings attached. Literally, it’s such a reasonable price I didn’t even need to debate on if I wanted to buy into it.
Base your price not on what you want the customers to do, but what they actually will do. Only the hardcore will every get “value for money” out of your current prices, and by definition not many people are hardcore toon readers. Anyone currently subscribed is the hardcore readers, the 1% of the customer base mega-fans. There is still 99% of us out there...
Side note: I’d also recommend dropping the “vip exclusive” time limit number. Saying it’s a 7 day exclusive is reasonable. 20 days? Pushing it, but it’s manageable, I can wait, I understand. But I’ve got webtoons waiting at a FIFTY TWO day limit for the most recent chapter. But 52?!?? 52?!?!? Jesus Christ.

The comics are amazing however...
I really enjoy it I think the artists/creators are amazing with great stories however unfortunately the VIP is very expensive and I haven’t been able to finish most comics because they’re all VIP I hope in the future the VIP can be cheaper or there is some system to help those who can’t really afford the VIP but all in all I really like toomics even though I haven’t finished any of the comics due to the cost restrictions.

Bad prices and content
The prices are way too high for VIP. Especially since the adult content isn’t there. I’ve had to download other manga apps to read adult content which is a shame. Until they incorporate the adult content, it will always be too expensive and not worth it unfortunately.

Not worth your time unless you willing to pay monthly
Content is great but you have to pay a monthly sub to access everything ,way too much restriction for free users 😔,wished u didn’t have to be a VIP to view all the webtoons

Not worth getting the app
The app doesn’t show or allow you to view all the comics, according to there support team it’s due to age restriction content and iTunes won’t allow them to publish.
On this basis I can only give it one star, if you type in the search tab on the app nothing comes up and if you have recently read a comic it does not come up in your history either. You are better off using the website/page to view the comics as you get all these functions working.
