Great game but no without issues
Enjoying the game but having the same issue as other reviewer when you die during the brutal boris fight the game crashes and requires you to reopening app and starting again which is pretty annoying means you need to open the doors and ride the ghost train car which takes time where you would rather be playing

A lag
In chapter 4, when you have to get the part for the item machine to fix the little boat that goes across the depths, when I try to get the part from the searcher, my game lags so much. I think it is the fact that I’m on iPad.

Ok so I can remember every glitch and they still haven’t patched it which makes me think this is a cheep re download that the software has just been converted to be mobile compatible, like in chapter 1 the hallway area where you branch off near the ink machine to head in boris’s direction… the floor never had collision… so I had to awkwardly parkour for around 3 hours everytime I wanted to cross that hallway to then slowly make my way to chapter 2 (just before I got there the flashback part) all it said was “asset not found” in every image, then on chapter 2… no wall had collisions *also boris would just T pose where he shows up* and when you tried to pick bacon soup up it would be an infinate bacon soup glitch has the item wouldn’t despawn. My honest review is 1/5 stars *I wish they had 0.5 stars* as games like this WHICH RIP OFF THE MAIN GAME are just a disgrace! I hope whoever made this gets their karma because even from a programming standard people could program a better game on my 2001 Lenevo laptop with its 1GB memory and 2GB hardrive space on scratch! It’s that bad! You just can’t do anything in the game *ALSO CHAPTER THREE IS COMPLETELY BROCKEN I HAD TO GLITCH CHAPTER 2 FOR IT TO LOAD* I wish I didn’t… terrible… no collisions on anything but the floor… most the time… I skipped the entire chapter but sadly chapter 4 could not load even when I tried to play properly when everything was T posing, good for laughs but not good for gameplay…seriously how does a port from pc to mobile get trashed this bad? Anyway ye my honest review is 1/5 just so it gets down rated so people don’t have to see this programming monstrosity! Maybe I’ll put 5 stars so some people could get a good laugh or two.
PS: the trailer attached using the App Store link was stuck in 80p so I couldn’t see much but it looked absolutely terrible, also it failed to re download for some reason the app wouldn’t open :/

Plus I’ve made a Custom Audio Recording For Wally: If That Gent Thomas Guy wants me to do my job and his then I could tell he wants a day off. I mean we play truth or dare in the break room every Tuesday but Thomas comes in and shuts our little party down. Tells us to get back to work. And if he does that again I’m outta here.

An amazing game but sometimes glitchy
I initially played this game when I was six, and had an amazing time. Since then I’ve played the first four chapter and had a lot of fun completing each chapter! One issue I faced, though, was that during the brute boris fight, I died but instead of respawning like I should have, I was disconnected from the game and had to redo the entire chapter again which was quite tedious at certain parts like the butcher gang element of the fairground area. I have also not been able to complete chapter five as I am frequently disconnected when reaching certain points including the end of the chapter. Besides that though, it’s amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who likes these types of games. If you do but do not like games where you have to traverse the entire area to complete that part of the game, I would not recommend it as chapter three mostly is common for this as you must traverse the entire section of the studio the game takes place in to beat the chapter. You then have to do the same but in a maze so…. Your choice.

It’s a great game
This is a great game, but never play this on an iPhone 5 IOS 12.5.11. When you go to level 14 doing Alice’s chores in chapter three and go down the stairs to the ink maze, you hear half a shriek and every thing is silent as you game crashes, and you find yourself at your home screen.
The game is great until that point.

I like the game and it’s integrity I have been watching playthroughs since 2016 but one problem in chapter 3 when ever your suppose to go in the elaveator but come off the game it gets glitches the elavator gets sent to a different floor and you can’t call it down or up even if your on the same floor as it I had to start a new save twice so please patch it

I love this game on PS4 2 things wrong on mobile
I watched videos on this game and played it on PS4. I watched the Superhorrorbro video and looked on the App Store. This game is awesome and is the same on here, but there are 2 things wrong. The first thing is when a searcher spawns, the game lags. The second thing is the animation when Bendy spawns. There is nothing wrong with this, it is just I like the animation where there is all the ink surrounding Bendy, and don’t really like the one where ink surrounds the screen. By the way, Bendy the ink demon is my favourite character. ( ink version , not cartoon )

This game is super but I keep getting this glitch on mobile and tablet when the buttons in the elevator in chapter 3 don’t work and I get stuck inside it, then I have to restart the game, other than that this game is really good and I recommend it to anyone who wants to play it (just watch out for glitches and bugs)

I first got this game at Christmas in 2018, and ever since then, I can’t count how many times I have played though the story. The graphics are great, the art style is unbelievable, and I love what they do with Ink Bendy, he’s scary as crap! I couldn’t recommend this game enough, you have to play it.

Wish there were different story lines
I’ve completed the game and it is amazing and fun I just wish there were different story’s that have different chapters maybe the story in bend ya view or even Alice the angles view. It’s just more for us to experience in your game but apart from that it is a really good game , the animations are amazing the acting the jump scares the puzzles it’s all amazing ! Good job :)

potentially great game let down by bugs
The game crashes in chapter 4 once Borris kills you with the Ghost train carriage meaning you have to go through several minutes of the ride before you can start the fight again. Up to this point it is a very good game although a little bit to much tedious wandering back over the same territory and repetition. Worth a look though.

I am a horror person, Granny, FNaF and scary movies - after completing each and every game from there series I was in search of a new horror.
I didn’t want a non-puzzle stress game like FNaF. I wanted a game like granny.
So I came along a game called Bendy and the Ink Machine - puzzle horror game!
I bought it a received a awesome game. Thank you Bendy for stopping me quit all the other “horror” games

I was playing BATIM on chapter 3 when I was breaking the cutouts then I saw bendy but I had to turn the game off for dinner but when I came back on the game bendy wasn’t there and he wouldn’t return to trigger the next mission causing me to have to restart the entire game and start over on chapter 1. Great Game But No Music Bug
This game is great and I really love it but there is a bug that I’m not sure happens on the other platforms people use. There is no music. No menu music, no music throughout the game, only the joey drew studios opening music plays. The sound effects are all there and the voice acting, but no music. Can you please fix this? Thanks.

Yeh, THATS how good it is...but what if you could improve the performance graphics like a pc, which focus, more lighting effects and motion blur? Ever since I started playing this game, I knew I’d be addicted straight away. After getting through chapter 1 , I was definitely up for another chapter! I just can’t stop! It’s well put together- controls are fine and animations great, but there’s nothing to do and it’s way too dark with no way to control the brightness!
You simple walk around, maybe get attacked a few times to which you just swing an axe or pipe; maybe you might be lucky and a chapter will have you collect a few things- woooo collecting a few things, what a novelty!
No challenges, no action, no building, just walking around.
This could have been developed into a bioshock type game and been amazing, but sadly it’s really quite boring.
For the price, I’d avoid.

Forced to accept data collection
I haven’t started playing the game but already been put off by the very first screen I saw. It is the data collection policy that a player must accept to start the game!
I paid for the game, why do I have to accept my data being collected to play? Why is this not clear on the game purchase page? I do not like this and do not think this is fair for the buyer either.

SERIOUSLY!!!!! Keeps crashing
The last review I did was on the Sammy’s Sanctuary riddle in Chapter 2; but Chapter 3? IT KEEPS CRASHING THE GAME!!!!!!! If I take The Demon path, it crashes. If I take The Angel path, it crashes. When I killed one of the Butcher gang from the poster, it crashes. When I switch the lever to open the gate, you guessed it, IT CRASHES!!
Please can you fix this, because, with all these crashes from Chapters 3 to 5, it keeps crashing, and I’m not enjoying Bendy and the Ink Machine like I used to, so please, please fix this.

Very good
Bendy and the ink machine is probably one of my favourite games. It’s challenging, mysterious and also fun.
The game expands over 5 chapters and I enjoy playing all of them as their gameplay is all different and all work fine, however the only chapter I don’t like is chapter 3 due to the fact the gameplay is too repetitive and this is the only chapter that doesn’t work properly. The first half of the chapter is good as it introduces good new characters such as Alice angle and the butcher gang, however the rest of the chapter becomes repetitive as it’s just 5 fetch quests which are annoying and not fun because you have to go back and forth at least 10 times either using the stairs or the lift. This wouldn’t be too bad if it wasn’t for the game not working when you use the lift, as sometimes it doesn’t respond. During one game I had to restart the app three times on the chapter as the lift would respond to the button or move and the last time was on the last time I had to use the lift and I just gave up as this chapter was just annoying me. However all the other chapters are brilliant and do work properly.
Also, why do the bacon soup cans disappear the second time playing it if you ate them the first time you played it?
But apart from that it’s a brilliant game I’d recommend it.

It’s just as good as the version for computers found on gamejolt or steam, but on your phone! I personally love bendy and am so happy that now nothing can stop me from playing it, no matter where I may go...

So sorry it’s over 😢
I have kept changing my rating for this game again and again due to issues with the iPad controls during battles but having now finished the game I must admit it is absolutely fantastic. The story and world created are just incredible and Executed to perfection. There’s not many games of this length that I want to replay straight away but this is one of them. Some moments were so terrifying that I had to watch a walkthrough just to know what was round the corner 😂 on that note if you need a walkthrough at any point watch jacksepticeye he is hilarious and added even more enjoyment to my game... thank you developers for a real gem.

Hi to the developers of this game at first I was really impressed with the graphics and the storyline but when I go new the ink people or go near anything to do with fighting or ink in general it just lags and I’ve come across this issue from chapter 1 to 5 I really hope this issue will be fixed

My son loves this game on PS4!
Figured I’d give this a go without step by step instructions coming from my son whilst trying to play it. Very impressed with the port. Well done! 🙂

I’ve been waiting since bendy chapter 1 to play this but my little brother can’t 😦 even see it so when I heard it was coming to mobile I went mad.
The game is missing things like Henry’s visions so can you please fix it 😔

Problem of my iPhone 5s 3 and 5 are not work
Ok I try to play chapter 3 and 5 on my phone and it not working so fix this problem chapter 1,2 and 4 are now work but my iPad can play chapter 3 and 5 so why not my iPhone 5s

Very good but one problem...
The problem is that when you have completed the game and go to chapter one, you don’t unlock the seeing tool. 10/10

Frustrating
I so wanted to like this, especially after reading the reviews. After spending about 3 hours looking for a music note in the first chapter though the frustration has made me hate it. I’m guessing it must be my lack of patience but wasting three hours of my life on that isn’t my idea of fun. I’ve deleted it.

Great port
Would be nice to see slightly better MFI controller support. It works, but sensitivity doesn’t change and you can’t invert the Y axis. Plus the onscreen controls stay visible, and playing darts for example doesn’t work completely.
Otherwise, very good game, thanks for the effort.

Add update (bug and glitch fixes for all mini iPads plz)
Basically,this game is Super! But there’s so many glitches for iPads and maybe some phones but I feel like the older iPads and phones like iPad mini 2 (which is what I play on)plz fix all these bugs I list, Beast bendy always runs into the wall in the ink tube room and he gets stuck, I have gotten super annoyed with that. Second, ipad minis (1 & 2) too me are very laggy. I play on mini 2 and it’s so glitchy. I do play bendy on my Xbox too. I beat it in little under a week and no probs. Also the update for bendy I found on my Xbox was so good! It was much darker, much creeper and I love now you get to choose any chapter you want without having to complete the chapters before it. But plz make an update for all iPads and phones that means ALL iPads and phones. I’m not being bossy or anything but, please make bug fixes.
