Memberships cost $17.99 per month or $119.99 per year (prices for non-United States customers will vary) and will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your App Store account settings after purchase, but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
