Is great and reliable but the app itself is rubbish needs abit of tweaking.
Constantly says card is frozen and you can’t see why or do anything. Even though I have an actual card and it’s set up and it wasn’t frozen earlier. Sort the app out to make it accessible to speak to someone for help rather than useless thing to “try”. You need proper online services to help with the problems not rely on google for answers.

So it seems my credit card is out of date but a new one was sent in May 2025 which I don’t have and the app won’t let me freeze my card or even get help on the app with no options to order a new card

Zable app is one of the best credit app in uk . Very easy to use and payback instead of uk banking. I had such a good response from Zable credit card. I use this card for every day purchases!
They have lot options, why I use Zable . The only reason is they have Apple Pay , car insurance Benefits, get £30 incentive back sharing link to others , sim data offers, have option to get - rent report, banking/ linking option . Get information to upgrade my credit score up/down. I give them 5/5 stars. I recommend everyone.

Been with them well over a year always pay in full even referred someone else and they got a better credit limit than me.
I can’t link my main bank account where I get paid because Chase isn’t listed. I opened the account with false pretences. I was told after six months I’d get a credit limit increase and a physical card but hey we’re nearly a year and half in and absolutely nothing. In fact the ridiculous credit limit is probably negatively impacting my credit score than it is improving!

A really easy, straightforward and simple app to use which doesn’t scrimp on the information available to you. It gives you a clear overview of your balance, payment due date, your payment history and how you can plan your future payments accordingly. Additionally it gives you an opportunity to see your credit score and what your credit score entitles you to in regards to future borrowing. It also gives you the option to close your account once you’ve cleared your balance in a quick and easy way. Overall it is one of the best apps Ive ever used for a credit card or financial product

I’ve found the Zable credit card app very straightforward and easy to use. The layout is clean and intuitive, and it’s simple to track my spending, manage repayments, and monitor my credit limit. Card OK APP NOT SO GOOD
Although the card is OK I don’t like the app at all. I find the app confusing to say the least. Yesterday I made a one off payment ontop of my monthly as I have a little spare cash. However according to my bank Truelayer requested a recurring payment. That had better not be recurring. No indication in the app what so ever. I have also unlinked my bank as I don’t see why they should have access to my bank balance it is nothing to do with them. I know what I spend I don’t need to see what I spend from my bank account in Zable app as well. All my other apps are very good forget this one. This is bordering nosy.

I have always thought credit cards are a curse and puts people into debt: this is not true, firstly you should have enough in your account to make payments back on time. However if you have a problem always talk to Zable staff : they can support you. I am grateful that I have kept on top of my payments and today I have the opportunity for zero interest. Thank you Zable for noticing customers who stick to the promise made in the beginning for repayments.

New to Zable
I came across Zable by accident after speaking to a friend on Facebook. I applied thinking that I’ll be rejected but no, I was approved and 2 days later I went in my Zable app and everything’s ready to go.
I’m really happy with this. I’ve not bought anything yet or used my card etc but It’s going to be really handy for doing my house up without spending loads of money upfront for it all 😀😀😀😀😀

I was pre-approved for a card and the process was super easy. The virtual card is ready to use straightaway, though I’m not using it for now. I found the credit card payment option and other features very useful and the credit score report from Equifax is great.

I’m now 30 and have savings but not a perfect credit by far and was told to boost my credit score was to obtain credit which with a bad score I struggled to get! But Zable accepted me and have been paying off completely each month which is helping massively now in regards to my credit score, would recommend to anyone in the same situation and the app is so clear and easy to use can’t fault them

Credit card
Like many others, I was looking for a credit card with a limit I could afford. Had just left my ex husband who had ruined my credit so had to begin all over again. Zable trusted me and gave me a chance and I have never had any issues, except for right now as I cannot get into my App to make a payment. Just says ‘app out of date, please update’. But when I try it takes me to the App in the App Store as if I am a new customer. Will have to call or email customer services. But overall, it’s a good starter card if you find yourself in a position where you need to build your credit again.

I don’t understand all the good positive stars since I was bombarded with emails and text to tell me to log in the app and £50 digital credit card was available specifically stating to load the digital card I had to follow the next step and verify my identity it was not a 3rd party broker that was email me the offer it was the company it self and I loaded the app and it was now showing that the digital card was Available to me ( which previously the in app didn’t show any available offers for credit card pr loans it stated sorry I was not eligible for credit at the moment etc) now the credit card was showing available to me and I just got to proceed in the identity verification process and stated I would be able to load the card upon verification. I was unable to click the offer or press the next button assuming technical issues were present and contacted the company and they said I was not eligible and didn’t meet criteria totally unacceptable and feel like they were manipulating me and other to give out id credible untder false misinformation and totally fraudulent financial crimes

This credit card company puts faith in you they know you could have a poor credit history but this does not deter them from giving you the green light, im grateful for their support and service Zable gets the thumbs up from me, if they do offer you a card don’t mess it up.

The whole set up of app and getting card info set up was very simple and I had a query ref setting up direct link to my bank and the customer sirvice was outstanding and could see what I had done wrong and rectified it in seconds and all was done and they say 5 to 7 working days to get a card in post I got it in 48hrs and All was up and Running as it states on the app instructions just say yes to card delivered and that is it and so simple and you can see everything on app and customer sirvice excellent. 5 stars and it all links to equfax the credit file people to boost your score Rating if you want and it is free to get your credit report all on the app at one click of a button. This is a Top Sirvice and is going to big as Barclay card and the others that take forever to Answer or Reply . This is instant except phoning customers sirvice as that took 2 minutes to answer ha ha and my own bank takes 5 to 10 minutes to answer on a good Day and my other cards they can keep you on hold for 20 minutes plus and then just say sorry for delay . This company has it spot on and I was very satisfied with all parts of the sirvice . Regards Patrick

One of the better card apps
Fast application, instant result for me & easy to apply. Not too many questions & straight forward. Simple photo ID & standard info req of course. App is aesthetically pleasing and quite modern unlike some boring financial institution apps. I really like the colour scheme and design. Easy to make transactions, pay your card payments off, dates are clear, you get reminders. For those that are scared about running up debt, if you miss any payments, they do freeze your card of any further use until you’re up to date. Even if you still have credit remaining. It is instantly unfrozen once you paid. There’s a lot more features than I explained here so check it out. No glitches, no slow processing or errors. Never been declined in store or online, card arrived fast & I chose to have a physical and virtual card. A lot of support available in app if req. Do recommend.

Wedding
Our wedding was postponed 3 times to suit family abroad. My mom and and died August and September respectively. Changed to December but the La fires caused my family to lose homes in oalladades and Malibu. April suited everyone else. Hence the change again. It’s cost us close to £900 to change registration office and a blessing ceremony which decided would do got family members. But we now don’t have extra cash to help put them up and such. I intend paying £50 £60 a month and it won’t hurt myself or partner.

Helped me out a lot
After some stupid decisions in my younger days Zable allowed me an opportunity to rebuilding my credit score to the point I was able to get a mortgage and buy my 1st house . The option to set up an automatic payment on my payday to pay off the balance in full with no interest made this really easy . Can’t recommend enough to anyone looking to a poor financial situation.

The only one who trusted me
I owe a lot to Zable. I made a vital mistake in my late teens which put me in a horrific situation. I couldn’t get credit anywhere, although I had my finances back in order. Zable gave me a chance that no where else would to be able to build my credit and show I finally have a grip on my credit. Without Zable, I wouldn’t be able to increase my credit score has I have. I am extremely grateful for the faith Zable have shown me. They have a very loyal customer here❤️

Card worth having
I find having this card is really helpful, it was really easy to apply and I could use the card as soon as I was accepted, with the app. I make payments easily instead of letting it build up, so that way I’m never going above what I can afford, and it also helps build my credit score back up. I have already recommended this to my friends who went on to get one.

Broken App
I use to login in with my passkey but now the option does not appear son I can not login to my account which means I can not pay off what I spent. I have no idea what email you used I have tried all my emails and none of them are linked to the Zable account. I have Zable card but for what ever reason only email can be used to login in should give us other means not to mention the help section in tragic in the chat with use requires us to out an email congrats for that we should be able to speak to someone with out having to not the email as we can use other details to locate the account. But nope not Zable half arsed app and help chat.

Gave me a chance when others didn’t
So I have seen adverts online for Zable so thought I would give it a go. After been irresponsible with credit in the past I didn’t think anyone would touch me with a credit card. To my surprise I was pre approved through totally money for a starter card so thought ok why not give it a go. I was approved instantly and card added to apple wallet within 5 mins of the application. Yes my limit is a little low but I know that will change in the future. If you have bad credit or no credit history at all then this is a perfect credit card. Also been able to use Apple Pay is great just wish capital one would follow suit as I don’t always carry a wallet. Soon I can see this becoming my default card for small purchases. I normally only buy a coffee on my card anyway. 100% recommend.

You can use the services straight away no waiting which is really convenient. I’ve started off with a starter card which is £50 limit and may increase if you meet repayments on time which is fair and a great way to build you credit back up.

App isn’t that helpful
Well, it is when it works. I applied today, was accepted and had access to my dashboard, no problem. Went back in tonight to freeze the card until it arrives in the post and now only get a screen saying ‘your card is on its way to you’. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail, still get the same screen, except for once. Tried again to make sure everything was working and was back to the ‘your card is on its way to you’ screen. Not off to a great start, tbh.

Smart,Simple to use & stress free
Excellent service I used it for small online purchases or for fuel and shipping that I repay once paid in full meaning I pay no interest wich is great and prevent me running up massive amounts with a handy £500 limit than can be increased based on how well I manage my account. It took all of 5 min to apply online and was sent to me with in 5 days and I was able to activate my card to use before it even arrived wich as also hand. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic app and very transparent. I’m grateful that Zable has allowed me to re build my credit. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Security is great, it asks you on some occasions to go onto the app and confirm purchases. This gives me peace of mind, knowing that no one apart from myself can have access to my card. Thank you!

Great little credit card
This is the only app that I know of that will pay off as soon as you add the money back, most take 2-5 days, the app is nice and easy with all the info needed.
Only think I would want to add is dark mode while phone has dark mode open the app and it’s all so white so yer dark mode please…

The easiest application ever!
It took minutes to open this, as I lay on my bed, exhausted from my birthday shopping experience, courtesy of my sons! 🛍️🛍️🛍️
I wanted to show my son how easy it is to apply for a credit card, if you have never had one before. My ex friend put me into debt with my credit card when I helped her out by letting her use my card, and then she refused to pay me back.
My responsibility, as the card was in my name, consequently, that friendship has now ended, but I had to clear the debt, and because I refused to clear someone else's debt, I had to apply for a DRO, hence starting from scratch with my credit.
This will be excellent as before this bad situation, CC companies were throwing money at me! So I know HOW to rebuild my credit, courtesy of Martin Lewis. So, thanks for accepting me. Doesn’t charge ridiculous late fees
Thank you, when I ran out of money and my payment was late, they didn’t charge a late fee plus a load of other fees (unlike virgin) on the day, but rather they gave me a heads up that I’d be charged if i didn’t pay by x date (about a week later). BUT because zable isn’t accredited or something, I can’t do a balance transfer to another card, which caused me a lot of stress but that’s mostly because of the other company who made me wait about 4 days before trying again. Payments onto the zable app go through instantly!! Other cards take 2 working days. Good app, easy to use

Easy to use app but…
The App was really easy to use. I have to say WAS. Because after recent updates with new interface everything is pretty muck looks good but Don’t like how the balance options so small now, it was so similar clear and easy to see how much left to spend before this update. I think if you can make this bigger than everyone will be happy to give 5 star. And this is the main Part of the credit, you want to see how much left to spend. Thanks

Best Credit Card for poor score

Quick application process
Very quick application process all information is transferred from ClearScore. ClearScore recommended to apply based off my current credit score in order to build on it. I was surprised it was accepted so quickly, looking forward to rebuilding and getting my finances back on track

Easy access for theft and fraud
My card had been duplicated, luckily myAvailable balance was £250. I had charges from the other side of the country that were not flagged and I was not notified until I checked on the app when my card was declined. I have taken it up with the company who have told me to fill out forms that make no sense and fob me off with making it my responsibility to chase different people within the company when that should be a standard that they could do themselves.. no I’m £250 out of pocket, no help given. I do not recommend this company.

Genuinely easy to apply
I haven’t used any credit products for many years, so although my score is stable, it’s also lower than it could be. ClearScore said I’d be pre-approved for this card, so I decided to apply to boost my score before applying for a mortgage next year.
Honestly, I didn’t expect the application to go through due to my lack of credit history, and thought I’d have to submit all kinds of evidence.
That wasn’t my experience at all, most of the information transfers across from ClearScore, it was so easy to apply and fill in the small amount of additional information. This was genuinely the easiest application I’ve ever made - the hardest part was remembering where my debit card was to set up the repayment information!

I’ve got poor credit rating due to circumstances that where out of my control to a certain extent… thanks to Zable they gave me a £200 credit card limit.. for me this is a lot of money & a opportunity to prove I can manage my money sufficiently..

Love the card! One little thing though…
On the site it says that the card is accepted wherever MasterCard is accepted. That is not the case. I was/am on holidays and the card can not be used in Dominican Republic and Serbia (more countries on that list but there is no info about that on the Level site).
So if You are planning to use the card out of UK, get in touch with the customer service, tell them where you’re planning to go and they will tell you if it’s supported in that country or not. You don’t wanna get to the hotel, give them your card and look stupid when it says declined 😵💫
I used the card in Spain & USA and it works 🥳

It was all going so well…
Had no issues until today, recently had to reset my phone, downloaded the app, waiting for email link to log on but nothing comes through, delete the app, reinstall and same with outlook nothing
Contact customer services and they help me to make sure level is not on a blocked this, this was 3-4 hours ago and I still can’t log in, cannot take a payment over the phone either just told to keep trying and it should work
Needs a better solution for problems like this such as a web page portal rather than just an app for everything

Poor app
Seems to be a lot of reviews on here for the card itself rather than the app which makes me suspect they are not all genuine
This app is awful - each time you open it forces you to enter your email address then diverts your to your emails to be able to log in - complete faff. Then asks you to set a password for next time using the app which is completely pointless as when returning dies exactly the same thing again with no prompt for the password ! It has been like this for months now
Also dislike the fact that when attempting a contactless purchase that may then require your PIN to authorise (which happens with all contactless purchase from time to time ) it just registers as declined rather than just requiring chip & PIN. For the purchase this occurred with me for this still shows as being declined multiple times on my account summary despite then being approved once the PIN was entered

Useless! Damaged my credit score!!!!
I got this card as a recommendation from Clear Score to improve my already good credit score. Clear Score told me that I had 1 ‘Off track insight’ which was because I didn’t have a credit card. I got this one as recommended. The following month my score went DOWN 15 points!
I made a complaint to Clear Score. What a waste of time that was! They don’t care. They got their commission! After another month and only using the card twice and paying off the balance each time within a few days my score has now gone down ANOTHER 45 points!
I’m trying to cancel the card and my account but it seems impossible! The ‘Help’ section of the app says ‘Cancel any time in the app’ but you can’t!!!!!! It just diverts you to the appstore.
The in-built messaging feature is utter carp and about as useful as a Tory politician at a Xmas party in lockdown!!!!!
DO NOT FALL FOUL OF THESE RIP OFF HIGH INTEREST CARDS JUST BECAUSE THEY’RE RECOMMENDED. THEY’RE ONLY RECOMMENDED TO YOU BECAUSE IT SUITS THEM AND THEIR POCKETS.

Great, love it!
Though my initial credit limit is lower than I’ve had before (understandable though as I do have a low credit score), this is by far my favourite credit card. It is the only one I’ve found that allows you to make an instant payment that shows up on your available credit immediately. Others take one or two days to clear. I use this one to help between paydays so love that I can pay it back and it’s there to use again straight away if I need it. I’m hoping to build up my credit score and this is a perfect way to do that.
Account was quick and easy to set up, card arrived extremely quickly, app is so easy to use. Just…brilliant! Thanks!

This is my opinion was the easiest and most efficient credit card a have ever applied for , Neil the customer service advisor was so helpful and understood everything I needed to set up my account, I wish all customer service advisors where a easy to talk too , I looked forward to are future business ... regard mark 👍

Stumbled across this when I was looking for an alternative to the standard high street named credit cards. Level is great and their customer service is amazing. I always pay my balance off in full but did encounter an interest which was small and minimal. Could not recommend them enough, please support smaller companies like this and give them a go

Too credit card
I have bad credit and was offered this card. They have a starting balance of £500 and while I have been using this card for my everyday purchases, and paying off most of it, my interest is very low. Any money paid off shows on your balance immediately which is great. I had my credit limit increases by £300 in 2 month . Highly recommended this card

Great Credit builder Card with a good credit limit.
I cannot recommend this card enough ! Amazingly simple app that is very easy to use and also great for controlling your spending. Good starting credit limit and instant money that can be transferred instantly to your bank. Also it’s easy to make regular payments and keep on top of your finances. You can also increase your monthly payments to pay any money owed so you can clear your balance much quicker. One happy camper here 😊👍
