Arrived not even close to my house
I ordered this not long ago for the 28th of September and it came however it did not come to my address. The person who received the card has messaged me about it and the card is miles away from my home. I am not happy about this and will not be buying from you again.

I love this service . I ordered a tile thinking it would be a tiny item it was delivered very quickly and much bigger than expected. Then sent a friend a free card to wish her well with a job interview and I find it both value for money an efficient service . I will continue to use it regularly .

Quick and Good Quality
This is the second time i’ve used the app, the first one I ordered a post card type one which arrived on the day it said it’s gonna come. That was nice but when it was delivered it just came as is and not even on a sturdy envelope thus my postcard had a fold in it maybe when the postman dropped it thru the letterbox. I still tried it the second time this time as a folded one. I’m glad it had the option to either send to me or to the sender and that it will come with an envelope. I erased all contents in the inner part of the card as I liked to write the greetings and message personally. I’m so surprised it arrived the next day and it came with an envelope and posted in a sturdy separate sealed envelope as well. That was a big plus for the service really. I do hope the greetings on the templates can be moved or edited tho as there as loads that I would have wanted to use but got a different greetings from I need or like. I liked the quality of both cards really.☺️

Father’s Day postcard
I ordered a Father’s Day postcard it arrived not in an envelope and my child’s father picked it up, so that surprise was ruined. Also I was quite concerned as it was a personalised one with photos on of my daughter, including details of her name and our address!! Putting the postcard in an envelope would be a lot safer and would prevent images and details of children getting into the wrong hands!

Worked well at first…
This worked well at first but every time I used it, it got became increasingly difficult to pay at the end. It would take about 2 or 3 attempts before it went through, and now it pending payment just doesn’t complete at all. The app then crashes and then same thing happens again the next time I try to pay.
In the end I had to give up and try a different app. Virtually unusable now. Shame.

Why does it exit suddenly in the middle of your choice
This is no the first time this has happened and I find it very frustrating - you choose your photos - then halfway through it takes you back to the home screen . Then gives you to option to either cancel and start again ( oh surely not !! ) or to apply for the the prints you have selected - so once agin I am not getting the amount of free prints I am entitled too .
Is is just me or does anyone else thing this site is not the best for fulfilling its promises

Mother’s day
I ordered a card for mother’s day and this was a week and a half before mother’s day & they delivered the card to my friend who i told about this app two days after i ordered mine and she received her one. She said the card didn’t come in a letter and was just there in the open for the postman to see or any one else. I’ve emailed them now and it turns out that my order was never shipped but the tracking system did say it was shipped and it didn’t include what date. I’m so upset because i ordered almost two weeks before mother’s day and i still didn’t receive it & they said due to the processing time that’s why it wasn’t shipped, but how comes it was shipped when my friend ordered her two days after i did and she still received her one before me? AND she literally lives so close to me...I knew this was too good to be true and they would disappoint me. Very unsatisfied.

Ordered a card for Mother’s Day. Wrote down two addresses and prioritised my address first instead it was sent to the second address and without any notice. I did not get an email or notification that my card has arrived or when it will be arriving. The card was delivered without me knowing and I was clueless for two days. When I finally seen the card it was scrunched up this is because there is no packaging to come with it which is so disappointing as free prints came in a lovely package to keep the photos from damage however this card had no protection and looked like it was folded several times.

A little disappointed
I was super excited when my daughter told me that free prints have a new app for free monthly cards. Went to order my first card for my grand daughters birthday and I was very disappointed to see that the free card was only a postcard and not a proper card. To order a proper fold up card you have to pay £1.99.
Why do you not do the standard fold up card for free then have the option to upgrade to a bigger size with a charge instead.
I ended up paying for the fold up card as I really didn’t want my grand daughters card arriving as a postcard with no envelope.

I love this app and the cards are excellent quality, my only gripe is that it would be so much easier if you could have a search bar to put in the type of specific card you are looking for ie 60th Birthday, wedding, 21st etc, as it is a nightmare scrolling through 100’s of designs trying to find maybe one or two cards that fit your requirement. Maybe this could be added to make choosing a card easier 😊

I love this app, it’s easy to navigate round and the quality of the products are second to none. Their prices are fantastic and the choice of products are vast. Good but needs to be improved
The app is really good however I feel you should know that the cards don't have envelopes for delivery and they write the address inside the card. I bought a birthday card for someone and the address was inside the card of which now I can’t give the card to the person because it has my name and address in it. I also did not appreciate my personal picture outside exposed like that to the post man. The card was delivered exactly as it is, everyone who came in contact with it saw the pictures on it and read the message which I really did not appreciate. Hope you can do something about that.

Disappointed..
The postcard/card looks lovely, however I really dislike the fact that it doesn’t come in any sort of packaging at all! It’s slightly bent at the corners as it’s not had any protection, I understand that it’s a postcard and generally they don’t get sent in an envelope or anything, but we ordered them with a picture of our baby daughter for my mum and some other members of the family as a birth announcement, and it detailed her full name etc and I’m really not happy about the fact that literally anyone could see it on its journey!! Really disappointed!! I don’t think I will be placing an order again because of this. I think it should come in some sort of envelope, even if it’s just to protect the image from getting scratched or damaged, and I would be happy to pay more for this. I’m unaware if this is already an option, but if not, I think it should be made possible, or it should be really clear that it would come with no packaging, as I really wouldn’t have placed an order with a picture of my daughter if I’d have known it would have come like this.

I ordered a personalised Father’s Day card from this app, it said it would arrive by the 20th of June (1 day before Father’s Day), I understand the delay because of COVID-19, but I ordered it well in advance to avoid this issue, is now the 22nd of June (the day after Father’s Day), and the card has still not arrived, I have got in contact with them and they haven’t gotten back to me yet, I’m not at all impressed by their services, and want a refund as the card is no use to me now Father’s Day is over, very disappointed as I have used this app before and had no problems, very sad that I had no card to give my dad for Father’s Day day, as I was looking forward to giving him a special personalised card

Dad loves his card, however I wasn’t very impressed that my dad received his card 3 days early and of course with him not knowing what it was he’s now had a very early Father’s Day card.
It wouldn’t normally bother me, but I don’t understand why you offer special delivery to their house and allow us to select a certain day and then just deliverer it whenever you like anyway. It doesn’t really make much sense, if I had known I would of had it delivered to me and then given it to him myself.

Lovely cards but cuts your writing off and doesn’t tell you
The cards are lovely but there needs to be a limit on the words if you can only print so many!
I have now written 2 cards where it didn’t stop me writing to say ‘too much’ or when I have reviewed it all the writing has been there. However, once it has been shipped and I go to view it again half my writing is missing so it stops mid sentence!
This is not acceptable when I am paying and it was supposed to be a surprise and they don’t know who it’s from because you have cut it off.

Complete Joke
I have messaged this company numerous times to ask - where is my step daughters card? - 6 weeks (and counting) later and still no reply to any of my emails - just an automated response asking how was their customer service!!! Ha!!! What a joke, there is NO customer service. I am disgusted with the way my query has been dealt with - they blame it on covid19 in the automated response but that’s a crock! I have ordered books, cards, shoes etc from other companies and they have had no problems with dispatch or delivery. I also ordered other cards from this company a day or two before my step daughters and they arrived in time (and during covid19 lockdown! surprise, surprise) I will definitely not be recommending this company to friends or family

I’m a first time user of this company and ordered a birthday card on the 15th May to arrive no later than 28th May. Payment for card taken straight away as you would expect.
Still waiting for the card to be printed let alone delivered. It has been saying ‘printing due in 1-2 days’ for over a week now. With COVID you could expect a delay but for it to be now in a 3rd week and still not even printed when my daughter used another online card retailer hers was made up, delivered and received within 3 days.
Most disappointingly though is the lack of customer service and personal touch, when you ask to contact the company in order to discuss anything about the order, you cannot speak to anyone and you just get an automated reply saying delay caused by COVID. Even though I have left my mobile on several occasions. I sincerely hope my card arrives at some point but extremely disappointed and frustrated. Would give zero stars at this point if I could.

Two cards ordered only one delivered
I ordered two cards the same day. One arrived last week, the other...still waiting. Contacted customer services, twice, and no response as yet. The card was for a five year old, who waits for the post each morning. Disappointed as am I. Was very impressed with the card to Granny that was actually delivered, and planned to send more. But don’t think I will be bothering now seeing as I’m still waiting and the zero response.

Could be great, but hit and miss delivery
In the main, an easy process to design the card and great comms to say it’s been dispatched. However, on at least two occasions now, cards have just failed to be delivered. Lost in the post? All you get on the FAQs is a message abdicating responsibility to Royal Mail. I can’t keep spending £4+ on cards that don’t arrive. As yet, no response to my email correspondence with customer service.
Updated to say...it’s just been delivered today! 7 days from despatch to delivery isn’t great Royal Mail. Guess I’ll have to make allowances for the current situation.

Not arrived and no reply to any of my emails.
I ordered two birthday cards to come for tomorrow as it’s my moms birthday. I had to order them separately on the 30th April due to it not allowing me to order both at the same time so I ordered the one card and then ordered the second card but the second card I had ordered came first and I’m still waiting for the first card I ordered to come..
I have been emailing, giving them my details about my card and I have not once had a email back to any of my emails I have sent to them. I get there is covid 19 going on but you was okay to send my second card I ordered to my house a few days later and not the first card I had ordered so the covid is no excuse at this point.

No delivery
On 4th April I ordered an anniversary card for delivery on 30th April. It didn’t arrive.
I received feeble excuses about delivery times sometimes taking up to two weeks longer than usual. This isn’t much good when you’re sending cards as usually they need to arrive by a specific date.
They offered to resend the card but that’s a bit pointless now after the event (especially if it will take another two weeks!)
They gave me a full refund which is fair. But I am disappointed as during COVID lockdown it would be handy to have a reliable service.

Last night I ordered a card and realised it wasn’t appropriate wording so I cancelled it, then I did the same thing again! I’ve had lots of cads from freeprints and always pleased with quality and delivery etc however I was surprised to see the money for both cards was taken immediately but not refunded immediately and still not today, is this normal practise? I have never cancelled or returned an order before??

THE BEST!
Can’t express just how amazing FP cards are! They have cute designs for all occasions which come in either a postcard style, card format or multi card and you can easily personalise each card. So impressed with the prices and delivery postage too! They don’t rob you blind like moonpig or funky pigeon and the delivery times are quick and accurate. The finish from photo featured cards is amazing and includes a handy feature where you can dictate whether you want a glossy finish or not. Overall, since I started using FP cards, I wouldn’t ever use another card provider!

Review on sending a card.
I have just heard back from my friend who I sent a postcard too, I did it a couple of days ago and she received today. I send her a postcard to cheer her up! as she is feeling bit low with this Coronavirus and being isolated. Her smile was priceless she was over the moon with it, she kept thanking me.

I ordered a card yesterday as a first time user due to the current coronavirus situation, and the card arrived today, just over 24 hours later! I was amazed with the speed which it took to arrive, and the quality of the card was fantastic, especially the quality of the photo inside the card considering. I like the options to change the text colour and sign your name, although it would be good if you could position the writing across more of the card, and handwrite out the whole card as you can on the Moonpig app. My only other gripe is that I requested a spare envelope to allow me to post the card on, which was not included. This meant I had to make my own envelope, although being a crafty person, I was quite happy to do this.

Very happy customer
I ordered a postcard for my mum who wasn’t expecting it in the post and when she received it today she rang me with such happiness in her voice, it made her day and that’s exactly what she needs at a time like this when we’re all going through this pandemic.. thank you for doing such a lovely job on my order. Will definitely use again along side your other apps which I use often. (free prints and Photobooks) 100% recommend 😊

Love this idea!
First heard about this on facebook to send a free card with free delivery which is such a rare thing to see! Usually you pay postage instead but this was totally free.
We recently had twins and so due to lockdown our families havent seen our boys other than online or via video call, so I used my free card to send to my parents and then ordered more to send to my partners parents and friends - lovely little app and easy to use! Only thing for improvement would be niceof could edit text on the front of a card rather than fixed text or the option to move the text around incase its blocking something, but otherwise fab and will be using again!

Excellent quality and an easy to use app
There were a lot of negative reviews and I was worried that my free postcard might arrive in a poor condition. Even though it was free, I had taken a lot of care and time producing it, and I wanted it to be a lovely surprise for my friend. The postcard arrived in beautiful condition and the recipient was absolutely delighted. He says he will treasure it and keep it forever. I will not hesitate to send more cards from this company. Thank you for such an easy to use app 😊

First time using app..never again
I’ve been using the free prints photo app for months which is amazing so I thought I would give the card app a go in these tough times. The app is awful. Constantly crashing, not loading cards etc. As I was processing payment of course it started playing up and has charged me twice. The contact section is a pain as there’s not a section for what I needed help with so I had to pick a random one and send an email. I have sent so many emails now and keep getting the same generic response in an email sometimes I get three of the same email at a time. No reply about my money either. I get it’s very insignificant in the time just now but...

Won’t let me create an account
I have a FreePrints photo account and never had a problem. I downloaded the app after I got an email saying that I can get a free card to send my family. In light of the COVID situation, I was very pleased to see this. However there didn’t seem to be an option to sign in with my FreePrints account. When attempting to login it was trying to get me to create a new account. I thought ok, maybe it is separate logins for the different apps, so I went through the process of trying to make the account. Every time I tried to do this it would come up saying it had encountered an error. Many many tries later and still not able to either login or create an account. So instead of creating a nice card to send my parents from me and the grandkids, I’ve spent the morning frustrated and cursing the app.

App is terrible!
This app is absolutely shocking! First of all wouldn’t let me on the actual app and then when it does it wouldn’t click on any of the cards. Then when it finally let me choose a card and personalise it when I went to checkouts it was saying create an account which I tried to do but was saying I needed a minimum of 8 characters which I did and every password I had it wasn’t accepting. Also I got sent an email saying that ONE CARD WAS FREE due to the pandemic and it was trying to charge me 75p. So I didn’t actually get the chance to get my card as it wouldn’t let me choose any password to check out. TERRIBLE APP!!!

Terrible app
Wouldn’t let me log on! I entered my email address which said welcome back, then when I entered my password it said it was incorrect, so I changed it using their link, then when I went back to renter it it said it was still wrong! Did this about 10 times before giving up. Haven’t had a problem logging on via the website but the app is not working. On top of this, it kept said loading error even though I have full connection and everything else is working.

Lost For A Birthday
I ordered my card on Saturday 4th April for my Dad’s birthday the following Sunday (12th). I was cautious about how long it would take but it said that it would arrive on the 9th at the latest. Furthermore I was notified that it was shipped on Monday the 6th yet it is Monday the 13th today and the card still hasn’t come. It’s 4 days after it was supposed to arrive, a week after it was shipped and my dad’s birthday was yesterday and I had no card to give him ! Which I was extremely upset about because the card I ordered was pretty funny and had a nice message to him on the back. I don’t want the card any more because it is not his birthday anymore and it’s useless to me now . Also I want a refund because this has been extremely frustrating for me and definitely unsatisfactory . This is also very annoying because I have been using FreePrints for years now and nothing like this has ever happened. Usually my photos will come before the said date and they will all be good. My sister also ordered a FreePrints card a couple days after I did and hers came before mine did - mine hasn’t come and it’s 9 days later. While hers came 4 days after her order. This has been very infuriating for me as I can usually trust free prints and I’m super upset because my card still hasnt come and it was my dads birthday YESTERDAY so it’s useless now :(

Disappointed
I’ve always been happy with the Photo Books which I’ve ordered but in these very difficult times for family who we can’t get together with, I ordered 2 Easter cards and was informed that they would arrive at the individual addresses by Wed. 8th April (in time for Easter) and they haven’t arrived yet (the 10th). I’m hoping they will reach the members of my family tomorrow or it’s going to be a complete waste of my money. I accept that everyone is having various difficulties with production etc. but I’ve heard of no problems with the mail.

I needed to amend some text on a card, there’s no phone number to call anyone, there’s not a specific contact form on the app. I had to send a message via the link ‘Have A Suggestion’ that was last night just a couple of hours after I’d made the card, then this morning I actually when online to find the FP Card website where I found a contact us link to send another message still no phone number.
They suggest the card can take up 2 days to print so I figured there’d see my message before printing.
After I sent the first message a note appeared saying someone would email, on receipt of the second message I sent, a note saying someone with be in touch soon. I have just had a notification to say my card has been dispatched, yet I had no word from anybody telling me my card had been amended, I have a awful feeling my card has not been corrected, which is very disappointing and I can safely say I probably will not be use FP Cards again, the annoying thing is this card wasn’t free I actually paid for it.

Excellent post cards
I’ve always found card print to deliver cards as stated and on time. All have arrived in excellent condition.
Don’t be put off by the few negatives.
Who orders a post card and puts their children on it and someone else’s child!!! with their address. Your own Safeguarding on such needs to be addressed. Otherwise, read what you’re ordering and paying for. Pay the extra and have an envelope. Common sense has to prevail surely. Everything has its pros and cons.

Good app
I’ve sent a few cards from this app and I’m pleased with the good variety they offer, the delivery is great, arrived to my friends either before or on the estimated delivery date. Just a few little issues I have though, the drafts don’t always save, there’s been a few times I’ve gotten half way through writing a card, left the app, come back expecting it to be in drafts, and it’s not there and I’ve lost my progress. Whereas other times it will save. I’ve sent a good few postcards now, however, when the offer through my email came saying I could get my first postcard completely free, I still had to pay for delivery.

Loved it!
I ordered a post card of my fav kpop boy band BTS. It arrived the exact day they said it arrived in 4 days. It’s lovely and glossy and the picture isn’t damaged at all , it’s slightly bend but that’s fine , just from delivery , but that can be flattened easily and it’s noting major you can only notice if you turn the card to the side.
If arrived with no packing or anything but that’s fine the card still got to me perfectly just as I hoped.
I have Used FreePrints as well and I love them both! My go to apps when I need pictures! 💜

Wow!
Wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I am over the moon with the Mother’s Day cards I ordered. They are perfect. Was a little confused as not only is there a photo on the front, but one in the middle too. I will definitely order again in the future. They arrived quickly after ordering. Thank you so much for my unique cards. I am sure the recipients will be as happy with them as I am!

Wow! What an amazing service, I use the FreePrints, the photo-book and now the card service. I cannot believe something so amazing is basically free! When our phones break or all one implode, don’t we all want memories in malleable form? Definitely! Other services for printing photographs or in store cost lots (like everything) but this place charges you tuppence!

Amazing service
Had a couple of purchases off of the free print and cards the past few weeks, absolutely amazing quality for both, all pictures were high standard and all purchases arrived earlier than expected. A lot cheaper than you’d get photos or personalised cards anywhere else, bought many photos off of here and all cane great. Managed to get a free personalised card for my friends birthday and it arrived today, only paid 70p delivery fee but is amazing quality. Will be mankind many further purchases of this app! 💞

Love FreePrints but the cards could be better
Absolutely love Free prints and have been using their photo printing service for years now. I was so excited to see that they had started to bring out a card service.
They were generous enough to offer me a free basic card and free delivery which I couldn’t refuse. The app is easy to use and the quality is great. However delivery isn’t great, no protective envelope for the card I selected so therefore my product was damaged when Royal Mail squished its through my letter box. Not only was it bent and crumpled but the photos were marked and I doubt I will be able to give this Valentine’s Day card to my special someone. I’m not angry as it was free but if I did pay for it (which I would have done) I wouldn’t have been happy with that.
Few things to roll out but overall a good app.

Waste of money
Made an order for 20 thank you cards, costing £30. Upon checking my order it looked like it was a postcard and not a folded card. Went back to amend and on the view/amend page it was back to the folded card that I wanted. I decided to submit my query attached to my order and they replied over an hour later saying it in fact was a postcard and the writing was on a green background and thus illegible - however I could cancel order within an hour of order (which has now passed). I’m really upset as they are so expensive and that money is wasted. Thank you cards for new baby presents also means maternity leave and less income. That £30 wasted is really painful to stomach 😢

I have used free print albums a few times, last time I noticed you had started doing cards at only 70p which I thought was very good value, so I proceeded in doing a card for my daughters birthday, applying photos recently taken on a holiday, but I thought this would be on an opening card and at least in an
Envelope, I was therefore very surprised when. my daughter rang to say the card had arrived as a postcard, the photos had them in swimsuits for everybody to view, I think it would at least be better to put it in an envelope even if I had paid a little more for it. I noticed that I am not the only one to remark on this .

Used the photo prints app for over a year now but 1st time downloading card version. So easy to use and turned out lovely. I chose to do the cards in a matt finish rather than gloss/shiny and they looked so classy but kinda vintage. Can be pricey I think but then the quality is amazing so... suppose you only get what you pay for. Plus there were two photos on card (cover&inside). Will 100% use again.

Not overly impressed
I have been using Freeprints Photos and Photobooks for over a year now and I absolutely love them. I recently found the Freeprints Cards app, so I immediately downloaded it and ordered my free card, which was a birthday card for my friend. It came on time, sooner actually, however I was extremely disappointed. It came with no packaging, no protection, no cover, nothing. The card came dirty with stamps all over the front, the corners were bent and the text on the back was smudged and blurry. As this is my first card from this app, I can’t tell whether there was a problem during printing or if all cards are like this. I probably won’t be ordering anymore cards from this app and I will just stick to my Freeprints Photos and Photobooks.

Birthday & occasion cards
These are great value as you get a free one every month but only pay for delivery, ideal as can be sent straight to the person & when you want it to arrive

Bad shipping/delivery
The quality of the cards are very gd. HOWEVER the delivery is DISGRACEFUL. Please tell me why has the delivery done me dirty TWICE.
FIRST TIME the card got lost/destroyed and the app didn’t even inform me. It hadn’t arrived on the right date so a few days later I went onto the app and it told me that the card may have been lost or destroyed so then they sent a new one out for free however it doesn’t change the fact it was LATE it wasn’t her birthday anymore.
SECOND TIME a few days ago I ordered another birthday card for my friend and wanted it to be delivered to her house as I

1st Time on this Card Site.
What an absolute pleasure it is to actually be able to order birthday cards , and to be able to put the wording in my choice, This site is so simple and easy to use with very simplistic instructions on how to add your own photos and put your own wishes and comments.
This is far superior to other Card creating sites and I’ll be staying firmly With this one.

Free prints cards
I’ve been using free prints photo app for a long time now and loved it. I’ve also used the photo books app which is brilliant.
However last week I see the FP cards, so thought I’d give that a go. I ordered a postcard style friendship card for my daughter to give a friend. This postcard arrived literally as a postcard which came through my letterbox battered. Scratched, bent, torn the lot. Also what shocked me was I had this done with a photo of my daughter and her friend on, and yes ok it’s a postcard, but still to think this went on its journey with this picture for god knows who to see, so be warned when adding a picture of this. But when I contacted with my complaint of one, the state on the postcard and the fact of the picture for all to see, which could have been avoided with it in a simple envelope and this would have also protect the card from arriving destroyed, I was contacted with the usual apologies and that another would be sent out. And would you believe another arrived in the post today in the exact same condition and despite my complaint, again no privacy or regard for the photo on the front. A waste of time, and would definitely not use again.

I like all apps
I love the Photobooks app a photo album is so much nicer than photos on your phone and doing it every month gives you lots special moments to look back on
I also give them as presents to my family when we had holidays together or special birthday
I love the tiles I print of my artwork or again make brilliant birthday or Christmas presents
The card app I just started to use I love sending a card of my art works to friends and family and it saves a trip to post office what is brilliant for housebound person like me
I have photos of my art work printed and make cards out of it
I just send of for a canvas from my artwork
I never had any issues with any of the apps and love them
Easy to use and very good value for money
