Define is our signature intense full-body mat class. Define is designed to focus on slow and controlled movements. Define classes include a warm-up, leg, arm and core series plus a cool down and stretch.
HYPE
Hype is our signature cardio plus full-body muscle-sculpting concept similar to our Boost class but done without the use of a rebounder. Our Hype classes include intervals of easy to follow dance-inspired cardio, leg, arm and core series plus a cool down.
JETSET
Condensed workouts for jetsetters strategically designed to be done without the use of any equipment for your convenience.

PRICING CAN VARY BY REGION AND WILL BE CONFIRMED BEFORE PURCHASE IN THE APP. IN-APP SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF THEIR CYCLE.
