Description

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
To use the app, you need to be a customer with an individual or a workplace pension plan. To start reviewing your pension savings, all you need to do is register for the app. You’ll need your plan number to hand - this can be found on your welcome letter or annual statement.
WHAT CAN I SEE ON THE APP?
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to see:
• What your pension savings are worth now.
• Your contributions, including what the tax man pays in and any employer contributions.
• How your savings are performing, any charges you’ve paid and any ProfitShare we may have awarded.
• What your pension savings could be worth when you retire.
• Any money you’ve taken and how long regular income might last.
Remember that investment returns are never guaranteed. So while your savings could grow, their value can also go down. This means you could get back less than you put in. We’ll be enhancing and developing our mobile app to add more useful features. So look out for future developments coming soon.

Now I can see Income Release

The app works well except for one annoying problem. Face ID doesn’t behave normally and not sure if it meets Apple human interference requirements. All other apps that need passwords to unlock check Face ID immediately and if that fails a dialogue pops up prompts to retry. Clicking on a silly little icon is poor design in my opinion.

Doesn’t let me login.

The app won’t accept my desktop login details. I have triple-checked them, and even pasted my password in, but no luck.
I have no idea why this is the case, and can only offer this rating based on the accessibility of this app for registered accounts.

Can’t access my pension!

Apparently, I have an older policy so this app cannot access it. As policies are generally kept for many, many years, the age really shouldn’t be relevant.
If I can access information about my plan on the website, why not the app?

Doesn’t do much

The app works smoothly but beyond reporting a few details, there isn’t much you can do with it. It’s fairly basic.

Easy to login, simple presentation

Biometric login great. Features are very basic but clear values, contributions and retirement date. Look forward to future developments

Better but still basic

Glad the log in issue has been addressed but you still have to tap the Face ID login without it automatically prompting it. Still basic in the app and doesn’t really give enough detail about investments etc...

Nice but basic app

App is basic but tbh gives me why I need if i just want to check values that have been paid in, value of my pension and simple projections of what I may get when I reach 65. Glad to see biometric login has appeared which makes logging in effortless. Would be nice to be able to tweak the retirement projections based on alternative retirement age.

OK when it worked...

Poor login experience but ok once in, if a bit limited.
However, for the last few days I've been getting a "We're having an issue. We can't access your plan at the moment"
It works fine on the website access.

Pretty basic and missing policies

The information displayed is okay but only displays 1 of my 3 policies. Having said that, the web version only shows 2.
As others have said, face-id/fingerprint is much needed.

Why can’t I login with my code

I know how good this app can be and is... however I cannot login with my code on the app so I cannot look at it. Will rate higher if I find how to sort that or If you add that as an option

Good start. Long way to go.

Shows you the basics, and much easier to use than the online login system which feels like it is from the 90s! But need to be able to see more detail, fund weighting’s and individual fund performance.
Unbelievable that it doesn’t have the option to remember your email address at least let alone touch or face ID. Needs to be brought into the 21st century from that point of view, if you want to login in regularly then typing 50+ characters for email and password is a chore!

Great simple app to find out about pension value. Will benefit from standard functionality such as touch ID or face ID. Will also be amazing if we can see the funds it has been invested in and performance!:)

Nice and clear

Really easy to see what’s been paid into my pension and how it has grown over the past year. Retirement projection is easy to access. Overall I’ve found the app easy to use.
