The app used to be so good a few years ago but they’ve ruined it with excessive secret chats so that your messages are never even seen and also do not buy any of there offers I myself did it twice. The first time I spent £14.99 and nothing happened my money was just taken, I tried contact support about it but no one was there just an automated robot and then today I just spent 99p on an offer I was given same thing happen took my money but gave me nothing this app is a shadow of what it once was and I’m not recommending it to no one

Does this app even have a customer support?

I downloaded this app and put all my details in correctly right and when it came down to verifying with my face scanning or something, it became really annoying and I was trying to get it done for about 15 minutes and it just goes on to scan my head and then tells me something doesn’t seem right about my age! I reached out to the customer support about 3 times last month and haven’t got any response or even a reply back from them yet. That’s bad like.

Scam

The community is okay, sometimes people are really weird and sometimes they’re alright. The people at Wizz themselves, however, are no help at all.

I paid for a special bundle and I also bought some coins. However, none of the items I bought were credited to my account. I tried to message the support team about it and got a useless ai chat bot which eventually ended the chat and said that my message would be “reviewed by a member of their team.” I didn’t get any replies to my question. Subsequently, I messaged them again a couple days later asking if they could find out why I didn’t receive my items and if they could give them to me, seeing as I had paid. Again, no reply.

I’m not sure if this issue has only happened with me or if there are other people dealing with the same issue, either way this is unacceptable. Even though it was only a small amount of money, my issue isn’t with the money, it’s the fact that they ignored my messages completely.

I gave them about a week to answer, obviously I don’t expect them to be working around Christmas, but after the 28th, surely they have some team members working from home?

Like I said, the people you meet on the app are a hit or miss, but i can’t say I’ve had a good experience with the support staff.

I’ve now deleted my account.

It has potential to be a good app.

My issue is you can’t meet people locally to you which defeats the whole point of the app plus people on here are just down right rude if you don’t look like a god with a physic chiseled from marble forget it.

I get I’m not the most handsome looking guy but some of the people on here are just rude about it I’m 6’1 (ish) and on the chubby side but I’m working on that but they’ll just say shot like “your a pig” “go eat a salad big boy” you report them and they still have there accounts but god for bid you tell a joke.

It’s just not a good app atm imo it just seems like a ego boost for people.

becoming so bad

Wizz used to be a good place to meet people, it was the app in which everyone would use and there was a variety of different people with different intrestes that would add you. However due to the MONEY HUNGRY owners you can no longer see 90% of people who swipe up to you. There used to be an option to watch an ad however that has been taken off and replaced with 40£ subscriptions, with the main users of this app being 13-18 i dont think they have £40 lying around simply to see secret chats and get boosts, its high-key disgusting. Wizz need to change this as the user base is dying by the day.

I love this app coz i get to talk to new people and its fun but the fact that i haven't been able to watch ads to open my secret chats for over like 3 months is actually a drag like seriously you need to fix that coz i would like to see my secret chats. I downloaded the is app not very recently, in search to make friends, alas I was creating my account and when they asked me to put a profile picture which I did, ( DISCLAIMER: I was wearing a grey hoodie, a pink and white stripped strap less shirt, that revealed 2.1 inches on my chest and my neck) and the I pressed enter, that’s when the app immediately kicked me off and banned me for “ posting nude photography of myself” which to me is quite ridiculous considering the fact that there are men that are on this app, revealing they’re nude abdominal (stomachs and abs) freely on the app, alas I show a tiny fraction of my chest (P.S no breast where showing, nothing travelling at all) which to me sounds sexist, call it a reach but that’s what I feels like to me and the worst part is, it won’t even let me make a new account

This app is honestly pretty good If you’re a parent reading this, be careful letting your child on this especially if under 15 or so There can be a lot of weirdos on this app. I (16) downloaded this with the intention of dating as most people have, I met my (now ex) boyfriend on this app which was rare since most people in my age range (15-17) were there for just a hookup and nothing more. Constant unexplainable restrictions

My account is being restricted all the time and I’m not dumb anything wrong. I’m writing this review because I conducted an experiment that gave me great results. This time my account was banned because I said “you’re welcome” to someone who had said “thank you”. So this app doesn’t allow you to be polite to anyone. I also found them to be quite rude to me and were very disrespectful about me being autistic and because of that and the discrimination towards others I know about I will not let this matter go. Absolutely terrible experience. The verified system is also terrible as I’ve had a friend who ended up getting scammed and had to get the police involved. And all the dates are showing as 2056. An appalling service all together. Some people might have no problems with the app but I wouldn’t risk having to get the police involved when something inevitably happens. I’d highly recommend staying away from this app due to its multiple flaws and lack of respect.

DONT DOWNLOAD! It WAS good but needs changes and can be SCAMMERS

First of all better ai to detect faces like I had a 8 year old saying they were my age.. I also had some lad putting up his ex’s private images on there. Also I use to always watch ads, buy coins and I use to be there all day watching ads to get the 299 coins bundle of superchat boost and bulk and it use to be good but now the boost barely works one time I only got one request, the 299 offer you don’t get anymore, if you have more than 2 bulks in your account and you BUY a bulk they don’t give you the bulk but keep your money. Also I think there should be an option to add location (not precise) example; London, England or Manchester, England, just so you can find friends within your radius.

I RECOMMEND THIS APP HONESTLY

This app was a rollercoaster and so is this review😂. It was my first ever app that I downloaded to make new friends and hopefully meet my soulmate (this didn’t work out and that’s okay) BUT I made tonsss of new friends and even got a bestie out of it🤭there are some creepy people on there but they’re easy to spot and you can always block ‘em😉. I’d say if you’re bored and wanna talk to people, go for it and download this app. GO EXPAND YOUR FRIEND CIRCLE! What I didn’t like was that I had to watch multiple ads to see who sent me a secret message because I wasn’t gonna pay for diamonds and like 15 people sent me secret messages. It was annoying to watch a video to open each and every secret message so I stopped opening them eventually. Also I wish the chat room where anyone said anything (not bad things at all) came back. I loved how random the topics were😂One thing I loved too was how your new friends can’t say Snapchat or TikTok or else they get cancelled. It’s an underrated safety feature.

Boosts won’t work unless you are new and they give you one free, they should let you choose what type of guys you see masc or fem and in your area and if you’re looking for mates, relationship or both because I am 16 year old male looking to add people to my snap mcb216 as mates but wizz won’t let you say Snapchat, they don’t let you look for people in your area and you end up getting guys sending themselves in thongs when u js want to kll ppl in Fortnite!

Useless updates!!!

Honestly this app just keeps getting worse and worse. This new “wall” update that they added NO ONE asked for its so useless and when you accept it you’re unable to move it to a different slide. this means you only have 2 pages with your face on them and one is UTTERLY wasted. The wall makes no sense, if we want people to know our interests we can display it on our profile willingly (hence why there’s stickers??) or talk about it in a regular conversation. This is just another money hungry way to get people to pay for wizz premium so they can unlock more slides. Get rid of this stupid wall update or let me decide where I want to put it. Releasing stupid updates like these but removing wizz group chats & those anonymous thoughts page get removed? fix your app.

Don't get me wrong, this app is okay for finding friends. Although the boosts/the weekly vip and everything else in wizz currency is so expensive. For a week of vip its 7 pound?? On top of that i have been on the app for a good while now and they usto do 2.49 deals quite often for the week and thats quite fair but this doesn't happen anymore?? On a bigger scale app like snapchat its much cheaper for the month. I feel like wizz is a once a day kind of app although apps i will click on 20 times a day have cheaper options. Its a-bit of a joke and its a shame this app has just turned into a money scheme. ESPECIALLY when its aimed towards kids. Imagine a 12-13 year old getting no requests and trying multiple boosts+vip this could add up and up. Abit of a joke.

It’s okay

Wizz is actually not a bad app it’s good, and i’ve used it off and on for a while. however, during summer i stopped using for like a month but didn’t delete it anyway i went back onto the app and all of a sudden i wasn’t able to see any requests i was getting even though i had notifications people were messaging me and viewing my profile, but when i actually go on the app nothing is there. i thought it was a bug so i just updated the app. Nothing changed. i then deleted my account made a new one and the same thing was still happening, i’ve done this multiple times now and nothing has worked. Practically no support.

Was great and made lots of now friends, until I randomly can't send or receive messages. Have sent countless support emails all of which have been 'declined' by a bot that tells me I cannot access the account because I am banned, this is not true as I can access the account and I am not banned. Spening hours trying to resolve this I have met plenty of other users having the same issue. The in-app support message system is useless. It has been a year and no one has responded to my countless messages. They have also charged me for a subscription that had been broken and not given me any 'perks', again, no response from support.

Its good at the start but god forbid something go wrong, there is no support team and no-one to help you.

Wizz is a brilliant source of social media with all the features, but it’s quite annoying tbh, and has been an on going problem. I frequently and continuously download this app when I am bored and it helps with the boredom but I cannot express how annoying it is that it shows I am in America when I am no where near, it makes me so annoyed and I just don’t wanna use the app when I am unable to state where I am actually from and where I actually live. I don’t wanna talk to people from all over the world, and before a vpn worked and allowed me to be seen on Wizz as if I were from the Uk/England, but now it just does not work. Please fix this!! The app itself is good, good way to meet people etc, however the ‘disciplinary system’ or whatever you’d like to call it is awful, you cannot have a normal conversation, at all, without messages just not going through because the app censors completely random words. I’ve been restricted, meaning i literally cannot use the app pretty much at all, because I said ‘tobacco’ in a conversation. I’m a 22 year old man that was having a conversation with a 23 year old woman? And I’ve been completely locked out of the apps features because I said ‘tobacco’? You’re joking? I can’t even make a new account to fix this because the app holds your data, meaning it recognises you. Joke.

I used Wizz for quite a while now. Everything has been good and running smoothly I made some friends and it’s easy yo use and find others to chat with. Although after a while a ran into a problem. I’m not sure if any other people have experienced this but I can’t see people sending me any requests and they can’t see my requests either even though I get notifications that I got send a request. I tried re-downloading making a new account logging out restarting my phone and nothing has worked. I asked for the management team for help but nothing has been getting back to me. Can someone help me if they see this please. But overall it’s a great app and I enjoy it.

Hello, I’m not sure if I’m banned or not? It keeps saying “Oops something happened, try again later” and even if I am banned this makes no sense as I haven’t done anything wrong/broken any guidelines? I’m very disappointed as wizz was my favourite app and I am a loyal user. I’ve also left emails, however, they are not helping because they are from bots. Also this is because I really would like to delete my account on Wizz and how would I do that if I’m banned unless there’s a way you guys can somehow delete my account for me that would also be fine. Please READ and get back to this ASAP or I will have to keep complaining and leaving bad reviews which I don’t want to do but this really isn’t fair to us!!

My review of the wizz app

Wizz is a very smart platform that allows people to make new friends or get out in the world and be noticed by people from various different places and countries. Wizz has allowed me to meet people from all over the world and feel comfortable talking to people I don’t know. For me it’s very important for my anxiety to not be in my mind while being on the app. I like being just a little bit outside of my comfort zone, because my anxiety usually makes it hard for me to socialise which is why I love being on this app so much. 10/10 Thankyou ❤️

A scam and disappointing app

Ive been using Wizz for probably a year now. I’ve always had requests and matched with people hundreds of time. Recently I decided to renew my snap premium subscription for a month costa my me £8.99 However I’m actually fuming with this app as the features I paid for do not work. The boosts I have applied on two occasions now have provided me with an unusual 0 requests, which I find bizarre seeing as every other time I have used a boost in the past it has given me possibly up to 30 chat requests. I am outraged and would like to talk to one of the app runners or developers to discuss where to go from here and how I can receive a refund for this immediate scam and false marketing on something I have spent my hard worked paycheck on.

After assessing my account it turns out I am restricted. I do not know why and do not know how but I was restricted when I bought the £8.99 premium subscription without being informed. Due to this I have wasted significant money without realising. I understand this was most likely not the intention, but I would like to find a way to have my money refunded as I was not aware of account restrictions when I bought the subscription.

Great app for the most part

A much smarter system than many mainstream socialising apps. I like the fact that it does not have as significant of an algorithm contributing to the recommendation of people, and slows the pace down somewhat by requiring people to message instead of swipe. Additionally, the fact that profiles consist of solely images requires users the freedom to show more creativity in their approach to socialising.

I feel the app lacks some potential built-in features to assist with meeting new people or being part of a community (such as with stickers), for example a limited variety of options in searching location specific people, or other search filters, but at the same time, the app's simplicity is really great, and if any more complex features were to be added, I think they should definitely be meticulously thought through as so not change the nature of the app negatively.

Another thing I disliked was when it became harder to access profile boosts—they could no longer be received for free every week, but instead had to save up coins. I do however, still like the fact that all the essential and fundamental features in the app are still usable without having to pay, whilst also giving paying users benefits that are satisfactory.

Overall, very good app design. I did prefer how it was before in late 2022, but the app still functions very well, and is overall a high-quality experience.

I am extremely pleased with this pleasant creation that has been formed into a wonderful app. It has brought many emotions and thoughts into my brain and has allowed me to indulge and understand people better as an anti-social, working class citizen woman in this patriarchal society. Sheila and Erik birling would be so proud as I adopted socialist views from this application, and gained social responsibility and social reform from the younger generation . I would also like to thank the older generation on this app, for being nonces and talking to little kids, I believe they should also get help from the younger generation. This generational conflict has gone too far and I believe that it needs resolving immediately. We need to take immediate action before the generation gap interferes with this amazing advertisement. Locked out of the app

I would consider this app great, but unfortunately, this huge problem made it a 5 star to a 1. I used this app all the time when I was bored just to talk to people, and one day I decided that I thought it would be funny to set my age to 60 thinking I could just change the age back when needed, but nope. The second I changed my age, it completely locked me out my account with no way to get access back. The only options on the screen was to watch a weird trailer over and over, or contact which I consider the most USELESS support system. The steps it gives don’t even solve the issue because you NEVER get a response on your emails. Such a shame, my hope of them fixing this shrinks everyday.

Awful support from moderators. Defended lgbtq and got restricted.

Used to use it all the time and never ran into any issues until getting in a heated argument with a devout American Christian guy who used a slew of homophobic slurs to describe me. I tried to talk rationally at first and tell him it wasn’t okay or say those sorts of things but after not being able to get a word in edgewise I told him to “go f**** yourself you dumb Yank c****” because just blocking him or reporting him wouldn’t come anywhere close to what he had said to me. I ended up restricted for language against community guidelines and weeks later I still am, despite submitting a request for manual overview it remains restricted. If this place is really for everyone then don’t restrict a 16 year old boy for defending his sexuality.

Amazing

Whole lotta gyaaat. I think everyone should try this app at least once in their life. I have recommended it to all my freinds and tbh it’s amazing. I been using it for like 6 months and it’s acc my favourite app icl jus sometime ppl don’t reply to me and I’ll go like 4 days without messages but normally is rlly good. Sometimes I am bored and just hop on this app and have an amazing time. I’ve met some amazing people and had great conversations with ppl about things and learnt new stuff. Deffo worth a try Told my mate abt it and he says it’s the best app he’s ever got. It’s amazing. I have jus downloaded it again after 3 weeks and I don’t know why I ever deleted it. It works without paying, pretty decent overall.

There are paid options but they don’t cost a lot related to dating apps, and you really can meet people through it. I do hope it doesn’t go the same way as Wink, add a paywall and lose all their users.

The only problem is making your bio images. You can only have 3 pics at a time, but you add text and music to each pic and essentially make that your description. But moving stuff around is incredibly painful and frustrating, you can never move the thing you want, i don’t know how they managed to make it so annoying. Whenever you grab and move something it moves something completely different.

i am writing this to you, the wizz app, because i am not impressed. my account was restricted a couple weeks ago for no specific reason really and i have tried to make a new account since, as my restriction was lasting a strangely long time. after making a new account, i am.. yes you guessed it! still restricted. i am not breaking any guidelines and whenever i request a manual review i am left with a default message telling me the wizz guidelines (in which none of them i have broken). i want a REAL human being to respond to this rather than an AI automatic message system please and thank you. please look into getting my account unrestricted as i believe any account i make that is connected to the phone i’m using will be restricted. i am very unhappy and i will keep complaining if you do not take action! 😊😊😤

FIX IT PLS

I am 15 and by accident I put in a wrong age because when I was sorting my bed out I had the app open and my arm swiped across my phone. It scrolled on my phone and I didn’t notice until I pressed confirm and it said come back when there’s more people in your age range. I am not in a 45-50 age range and it won’t sort it out. My iPad is connected to my phone and it works perfectly on that but one day I was logged into the account on my iPad and it logged me in on my phone but as soon as I logged back out my account it knocked it off again and just saying chat to the bot or learn about Wizz it’s been like this on my phone for months now and I’m not sure how to fix it.

WIZZ was a good app and I used to go on it lots when I was bored etc, which is why I put 5 stars. it was easy to make new friends and I really enjoyed the app in general. I made an account as a joke with the ages between 80-90 or something like those ages. It was fine and I ended up just getting rid of the account or signing out and I then continued with my normal age (15) and carried on like normal. The app was fine but then I deleted it for a bit due to storage and when I re-downloaded it, the app said I couldn’t log back in due to not enough people logging into the 80-90 age range. This is extremely frustrating as I can’t do anything to log back in or even make a new account and I am completely stuck in the front page. It’s been like this for over 9 weeks now and it’s getting stupid at this point. I have even changed my Apple ID, re-downloaded the app and it still isn’t working. Other people have been having this problem and yet nothing seems to be happening to solve it, the bots give no helpful answers when I ask for help on the front screen, please if anyone sees this, fix this issue, it’s gone on for too long.

Banned for no reason

I honestly have really enjoyed wizz, except until recently. I normally download wizz out of boredom so I can text new people. I redownloaded the app and made a new account with two pictures of myself, fully clothed, and a picture of my dog. The account was then restricted for no reason. I had verified it was me, the pictures weren’t remotely crossing the guidelines except maybe for the fact my dog was in a Bali???

I waited days and requested manual checks on my account to see if it’ll unban me, but no, nothing.

After a couple days of waiting I get tired and delete my account in hopes of making a new one that won’t be restricted, In the process of making my new account, it asks for the age verification, and then bans me because of the verification picture not looking my age??

Amazing app :)

I have used this app on and of for around 6 months and it is perfect. you may find it hard to find new friends at first but once you have made an appealing profile you will find be getting non stop messages. Wizz is so well made and developed it makes the experience so much nicer compared to other apps with the same concept. if your looking for some new friends, a relationship or are just wanting to cure boredom i highly recommend downloading wizz :)

Please fix this!!

Hi! As you may have seen I rated this 5 stars, that’s because I love this app! The reason I titled this ‘please fix this’ is because I have been logged out due to not enough people being in the 80s - 90s age range. I am a 14 year old girl, and my account was set to 13-15 year olds. I have made a joke account in the past with the ages of 80, but it has been months and I didn’t use the account after the one day of me logging in to it. When I load in to the app, it comes up saying I have to wait until more people with the 80s age range join wizz, although I wasn’t in an account with that age range. This means that I can’t do anything on the app, and the bots that are supposed to help are not helping, so I came onto here, hoping someone would see! I hope you can fix this, as it is incredibly annoying and I have conversations I would like to continue but now May not be able to.

Changed my life

Wizz changed my life for the better. Last year I was on wizz and I ended up meeting my girlfriend on there. She text me first and we exchanged our Snapchat accounts. We found out we live in not only the same county, not even just the same area, but a two minute walk away from each other. We met up the next day because it just seemed rude not to haha we were so close we just had to! Immediately after that night we sparked and clicked and everything else. We have been inseparable ever since that night and have been madly in love. Because of this stupid little app I met the love of my life and we will be going on holiday together with my family next year as well. We have had the best time together and I wish this upon everybody else reading this too!

Really great concepts but needs work

I really love the concepts in this app like the daily log in bonuses as I’ve suggested this to other apps before. I also like that there is communities. One thing that definitely needs to be added is filters; as a 22 year old i don’t want to be seeing 17 or 18 year olds whilst looking for people to chat to. I would also say that the pop part needs some work, it’s quite confusing and not sure everyone is aware of how to use it. Lastly, there needs to be more moderation, some people’s accounts are questionable and people have used words (such as the n and r word) on the pop bit and some are mocking “big” people. Great concepts, needs work.

I've tried this app out on another device, i used it for a few days and it was good! But it wasn't the most convenient device to carry around and all, however my only other device is an iPhone 6; which doesn't have the latest software updates so i can't use it. When i open the app it just links me to the update screen and it's a never ending circle. I don't know how this all works, so i can't fully blame the app, but is there any way you can make this accessible for older devices? I would be delighted if i got to use this app on my phone.

Very good

Definitely the best out of all the make friends apps. They do have a coins system but buying coding is completely optional. Coins can be used for things like promoting yourself and sending lots of messages at once whereas in other apps like this the coins are required to add friends which isn’t cool. The amount of adds they give you is absolutely fine too. The only thing I’d say could be improved is that it might be nice if you could add like a bio or something so people know it abit more about you before becoming friends with you (because at the moment is basically just however attractive you are gets you friends).

Why I like Wizz and what it could improve

I like Wizz because it is a space for all ages and genders to interact with one another, it allows you to converse with people from all over the world and share your interests experiences and hobbies with each other so you can make friends and become that little bit more confident in your everyday life. Wizz does however have its flaws as some people promote negative towards something they think is not right for example racial slurs gender stereotypes and just bullying in general, I do however think it does mostly bring a positive attitude toward people who use the app.

I like this app but…

This app was brilliant for the first few days until my account was banned for no reason. I only had pictures of my face with a bit of info about me yet my account was flagged as a scam and deleted my account.

I made a new account but when I went to put a picture on it flagged me as a scam again. It made me take a selfie to prove the picture was of me, which it obviously was but I kept saying that it wasn’t me.

Please fix your app I really want my account back. I’ve done nothing wrong.

My opinion on Wizz - 13 sincerely Ron

Personally in my state of mind I believe this is a great socialising app and helps develop vocabulary and how you speak to women. In other words you could say it improve your mindset and the way you interpret what you would say so a woman “ also know as Rizz ”, something that I have mastered to the greatest extent. Overall I have given this a 4 star review only due to the fact there could be some minor improvements therefor could’ve been rated 5 stars. Technically I am 13 years old a very young year 9 but mentally after I encountered this app has changed the way I think and they way I act, it has mad a major change on me and I am very appreciative of that.

Location Error in UK

It would be really good if you could discover people near you like as making it useful in a smaller scale of area within like a town or a city in the UK. Because the state option only allows you to pick of of the four countries of UK. Which is basically showing people from all over the place. Also too much features are premium and a lot of customers will be leaving because too much features are paid. So one star for now and I hope the location Error is fixed.

Good and bad

So the app itself is really good you can make new friends and meet new people which is really cool. It is a fun environment and can be really good in some aspects however I have created about a million accounts and every time it says I go agains the community guidelines for saying my name and also for showing my face! Like isn’t what the app is for, so people can show there face I really just don’t get it but it’s a really good app and you can enjoy yourself on it if non of that what I just explained actually ever happens. It’s a good app but it needs some touches

I feel like wizz is a great app and it encourages children to create friends across the globe but one problem with it is you can’t create friends which are close enough to you. I have seen three people which are in my area and 3 ain’t bad but I feel like u should see more people plus you should be able to pin people so if ur talking to someone and lots of other people text u you have lost the person you are talking to plus u should have a speak streak like Snapchat but everyday u speak to someone you have one streak … got the idea ??

The app in itself is amazing! I’ve met a bunch of people that are lovely and made some really good friends, and I love how it allows people of all ages rather than having an 18+ feature.

The only problem I have with the app is the secret chats feature. At first I thought it was the people messaging me doing it but then I found out it was the app doing it by itself and to see the “secret” message, you have to watch a video. I understand you need money but you already have an in app purchase that people are definitely making. It makes it annoying to speak to majority of people because I have to watch a 30 second ad just to speak to someone. I know it’s only 30 seconds but it’s still an inconvenience.

If you got rid of this, I would rate it 5 stars.

Soft ban

As I’ve seen other users note, the app is really good to start with, unlimited swipes, unlimited messages, you can send and receive texts as much as you want - but after 2 days you get “soft banned” for almost no reason, where you can still swipe and send messages, but very weirdly ABSOLUTELY NOBODY replies anymore. So they affectively stop allowing your messages to go through.

They claim that you “haven’t followed the guidelines” but they base that on how many reports you get, and anyone is allowed to report you for whatever reason without evidence, so basically they don’t even check if you actually did anything wrong.

Overall, really really good idea for an app, works amazingly until the shadow ban, and then it’s basically a bad version of Instagram where you can’t even message people.

Too restrictive

The app is great, you can message people which eliminates the adding and not communicate part which is great. The big issue that the app has when overcoming can literally benefit them exponentially is that it is too restrictive. Bans are given without a good enough reason, the only way of communication is through emailing and yet they do not reply. They should make it less restrictive and be more reasonable when it comes to processing bans like Yubo; they have team which actually observe and determine the reasonable outcome of the bans. This is a common nuisance with this app as this issue has been mentioned repetitively when observing the majority of the recent reviews. If this issue (communication and hard restrictiveness) is fixed, the app will be bigger and better than it already is.

Meh...

This app was well thought out and the user interface is very welcoming, but I feel like y’all didn’t advertise it well enough. There’s hardly anybody relatable on it, for an app that looks like it could go very far it’s pretty bland. If there is an advertising team over there at Wizz HQ you guys need to get them to do their thing because at the rate it’s going at now people will just download then uninstall within a few hours/days of using the software. Get the word out there, be seen on Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, the platforms are limitless & don’t be afraid to throw a little money at this because it’s what people will notice first prior to downloading the app, make it enticing for a new user, get them talking about it.

Overall I feel like this app could do a LOT better...
