Whenever I try to open a video it says “error occurred”.

The app does not allow searching, crashes all the time and the company never respond to your messages. Even after purchasing a years subscription! Had to go through iTunes to seek help/refund. Once that sorted, GoodVibes then block my account so I can’t access anything! Disgusting service. Shame as their content is good
