So annoying
I used it for a few months in various countries. Had to constantly switch to aeroplane mode and back for it to work for a minute. Not to mention in Laos it worked only in one area we went too. Found cheaper and way faster 5-G networks with other apps. Luckily a friend told me to use the one he is on. Also the first time I bought a E sim it didn’t work and took hours had to fuss about and buy a new one etc.

eSIM worked fine for two weeks but then data very slow and almost non existent. We were not aware that that our data would be capped once we reached 70gb so it is not really unlimited data. We are now not getting any data at all and it is showing 3g only. Your help is no use and we still have a few days left with the eSIM. We know that there is no problem with phone coverage as my wife’s local eSIM is working and it was much cheaper. What a waste of money and a disappointment Yesim has been.

Yesim in Cyprus
Purchased a months worth of eSIM for north Cyprus & although set up was confusing if you have never eSIM before, but Ann, John & Daniel from customer care stepped in to get it working.
Follow the instructions & make sure you have a good data connection or WiFi when you activate. If that fails call customer care, with a bit of patience they will solve your connection problems the same day.

Awful service that are scammers, I had downloaded the app with all intention to just use data abroad as a UK citizen however unfortunately these people are scammers.
I had asked for help within the app and had a swift response initially however i was asked to send a screenshot of my location to see if this was the problem with my E Sim not working and after that I got no response at all!! The app says the member is “still active” however no response at all.
These people just take your money and leave.

I paid for 30days It did not work I was left without internet which was terrible. Dreadful in China
Absolutely useless. Used in China on an “Unlimited” plan, which was restricted to around 2.5-3gb per day, then reverted to a really unstable 3G connection that didn’t work at all. A complete rip off. Ended up using the Roamless app, which worked perfectly. I want my money back!!!

Early days but very impressive so far
I chose this specifically for Turkey as apparently it will switch between all the major providers. So far it’s only been on Turk Tel but it’s had constant 4G so can’t complain! Set up was incredibly simple and really fast with Apple ESim, I just hit yes a few times and then switched on data roaming and it’s all done!

Best Esim Out There
I’ve used Yesim in three countries (UK, Turkey and Georgia) and it’s the best, no nonsense, no fuss esim around. Virtually no configuration or technical knowledge necessary which is a big put off for other devices. Fairly priced and fully reliable with better speeds than my router!! (To put into perspective, I live on a remote Scottish island). Their customer service was second to none and very speedy.

First of all, the internet access was sub-par while I was travelling and I frequently had no access despite the other people I was travelling with having 5G internet in the same locations. Then, to add insult to injury, they have stolen an additional $60 for my troubles.
I asked the app NOT to renew my subscription as I knew that I would only need the e-sim for a couple of weeks while I was travelling. Once I returned home, I deleted the app and thought nothing of it, until I saw a ridiculous charge on my card for even more money than I had initially paid for the sim. After redownloading the app, I found that they had renewed my subscription and charged an additional $10 with no explanation as to why. Even worse, they have made every effort to hide an ‘unsubscribe’ option, or provide clear access to customer service, so now I need to spend additional time trying to make sure they don’t charge me again every couple of weeks.

Although it’s working now, after an extensive (and helpful chat, I have been charged roaming by my network provider for several days. Simply the best!
My first time out of the EU, I did not realise the cost of using your uk Sim.
I picked YESIM from an internet search and the good reviews it received.
I also used orange and ooredoo during my holiday but both ran out very quickly.
My Yesim worked perfectly, we managed to run all our appliances tethering from my phone through Yesim. We even managed to run the fire stick from it for 7 days!

I purchased a 15 day data plan for BC Canada.
I found the e-sim to be very problematic and unreliable. It wasn't simple to set up and for some reason it needed constant attention to reset, which when you don't have internet access, is impossible to do. It is pointless to use a product that needs constant referral to a customer service department to get advice on resetting that requires one to go into deep and unfamiliar menus on their phone. My travelling companion had no difficulties with their e-sim from another company and we have identical phones.
This product completely let me down and so I honestly will say I can't recommend it and won't purchase again.

Didn’t work when I was in New Zealand
If I could give 0 stars I would.
This esim didn’t work in New Zealand for me, customer support is via a message chat that thats over 24hr to read and respond to my messages. Wouldn’t recommend this service. I have now requested a refund because the online support is just too slow as I’ve been waiting 2 days for the issue to be resolved … and not getting anything from the company. This is very poor service.
If you need a travel esim I would recommend GoMoWorld… it has worked fine in Australia and New Zealand for me.

Decent concept, poor execution
I had high hopes for this. I was visiting Tanzania and the esim worked great for the first day or so after which reception would drop randomly and then I more often had no Internet at all. I contacted support who tried to troubleshoot. Support we completely useless, for four days they kept asking me to send the same screenshots over and over again instead of actually fixing the problem. The concept is good but at this stage a waste of money.

Fantastic app made better by brilliant customer service!
I initially had an issue using an e sim, but after contacting support I received a reply in minutes giving me a new e sim with step by step instructions on how to use. The app is easy to use and I would have to say that I prefer it over Airalo. Highly Recommend!!!

Best of all esim providers
Have been using YeSIM for quite some time now, after having had experience with two other virtual sim services that I had to quit because of numerous problems with connectivity and lack of tech support.
YeSIM has failed me only once over more than two years, and I cannot insist that it was purely their fault. It could well be that I didn’t completely understand back then how it works, and therefore could have not done correctly all that their support instructed me to.
So in summary, my opinion is that YeSIM is by far the best esim service. My compliments and best recommendations!

A must have for travellers
I’ve been surprised by the quality of service provided by Yesim. My experience was purely great and customer support was very helpful. I can now travel and use internet without worrying about huge roaming bills.. Most importantly, the pricings are great. Thanks again!
