This game is fun but it is broken constantly. From bugs that render realms inaccessible to the entire game being broken all day. All the players are on discord trying to work out how to fix it! There is no support so when these things happen we are helpless.

I love this game and have played it for a long time, recently I’ve been unable to click on certain parts of the game, having to close it down and restart
My phone. It is happening too often!
I’m playing the latest realm - year end party, when playing finding the treasure, if it lands on the double dice, when you click to continue play it freezes! This has happened every time. I only have 11 hours left of the game and had to restart it at least 4 times!

I love this game when it works properly however more and more often there are errors with the game (usually the special realms). For instance, in the new winter realm there are no realm chests or pumpkin chests on the winter realm board so ther’s no way you can complete all 10 realm tasks and get the best prizes.
Also, whenever you report issues with the game, nobody bothers to read / do anything with the report tickets.

I’ve kindly reached out twice via email and by Facebook and I’ve been ignored so it’s only fair I write a review. The main level game is broke most of the time items are missing or items are floating in the clouds far from the board therefore it’s unplayable. When this also happens you cannot play therefore you’ve lost all your energy which takes a full day to recharge.. and it doesn’t even get reimbursed. You get 6 energy and this is how much it costs to play a level too.
I was happy to support this game and to keep purchasing within the app but now I refuse as their is no customer support which has absolutely killed it for me. It’s really not hard to acknowledge your customers and if you can’t then why should you have my money? What a shame. I guess I’ll have to find another merge game. Other than that, I would of happily rated the game 4* with a glowing review but not anymore. Not unless they put things right.

I have had no realms or any events for well over two months now. I have messaged them via the game every bloody day since I have had none. Not one. It still isn’t resolved. So if you want a game with absolute crap customer service,this is for you. I absolutely love this game. There are so many different things you can do, the events are fresh and they keep bringing new ideas and additional features. When I have contacted support, they have been very quick to respond and also solve the issue, often compensating for the problems. There is a feature for friends, and you can visit other islands to gain gifts. I would recommend this to everyone! I play a lot of merging games, as I enjoy them, but this is at the top of my list of favourites by far!

I play this game daily, probably far more than I should but this latest upgrade is just too greedy. I enjoy that there are many things to do, the realms and the other competitions but I don’t like that you have changed the scavenger game so that every other challenge costs diamonds having to buy certain dolls. I don’t mind using diamonds to buy odd things but every other challenge? in less than an hour I have spent over hundred diamonds. No good asking support if this was meant to happen or if there is a secret way to get dolls like there was before, as no one answers or very rarely. Shame you spoilt such a good game with greed. I also don’t like that you limit the scavenger game to 60 challenges a day especially as this is a ranked game.

I absolutely love this game, it keeps me entertained when I’m bored and it’s very addicting once you start if I’m going to be honest but there is one thing that I don’t like about this game. So here’s the story and why I tend not to like having the app on two devices, So one day I was looking on the App Store for some new games to put on my iPad and that’s when I found this game. I thought to ask my dad if I could download it and I did so, when it downloaded I played it for a few weeks in a row and then I went back to playing Roblox (really good too and would recommend)
And then I just played it every now and again when I got bored.
But in 2021 I got my iPhone and asked to download it on there so I got it downloaded and I haven’t played it until this day and back to the bad thing, there are no buttons to skip the tutorial.
But other than that this is an awesome game to play when you are bored!

Love the game itself but NEVER put real money into this game! I was saving my diamonds (luckily I hadn’t paid for them but it had taken me MONTHS to collect them) for an item and it went weird on a realm and bought a load of things when I was away from my phone so lost them all! All they said was there was no usual activity on my log but I know I did NOT click to buy those items! I only ever spend diamonds if needed at the last min for the rewards if I haven’t managed to watch all the videos so the fact that my game suddenly bought all those items was unusual activity in itself! It’s far too easy to click things in error (which I didn’t even do in this case as I was away from my phone) anyway… you should have to fingerprint verify to spend anything!

I have been playing this game for over a year & I subscribe to both options. This update (7th July) has completely crashed my game. I get a greyed out screen that means I can’t play at all. It also means I can’t play the realm where I was just a few points away from 20,000.
I played a level and a pop up told me to click on the new star section in the bottom left but because the actual tap area is misaligned I can’t do that. Now I am locked out after spending £100s on the game. I love it because it helps divert my mind off my pain.
Now I am stressing out after buying a realm package I can’t use. Please fix ASAP😖

I’m in agreement with some of the other users in the sense that it can be a bit slow and tedious waiting for energy to be restored etc.
I also find that there’s issues when I enter realms in the sense that the clouds disperse but when I come off the game and go back to it later the clouds have reappeared and there’s areas of my island that I can’t access, which would make it impossible for me to clear the island as I need to merge them to open it up. So frustrating, I’ve lost about 10 hours of the game because of this.

I really wanted to give this game 5 stars based on how polished it looked and how much thought had gone into it...
Sadly I can’t.
The workers do so little per recharge so it’s a lot of waiting about to achieve very little.
Considering that there are so many opportunities to watch videos for various things you’d think it would be more productive.
It’s like a very well made advert money maker but with nothing to give back to the players.
So many things wrong with it compared to merge dragons and other similar merge games.

Such a beautiful game and I like the idea of getting cards and upgrading the dolls/workers and items but it’s very slow going! I want to play but just not much you can do at a time. I’ve played this game for ages and love it but lately: you can’t double-tap workers in the game levels; in level 105 some of the tiles won’t clear no matter how many times you merge over them; having statues of the thieves taking up space on the special event is annoying; constant spheres popping up offering you free stuff (or stuff to pay for by crystals) interferes with the otherwise excellent gameplay. Sort these things out, guys, or I won’t be playing much longer

So I can easily play this game each day, but mu gosh the constant crashing drives me mad, the waiting for the workers to regain energy is slowwww especially at the rate that you want to get on with things.
Not everything can merge, and in NO way can you enter the castles or any building as far as I know...
the rain is a pain, it takes ages to clear the “puddles” and it wastes all of your workers energy for the day!
Don’t get me wrong I love this game! Best out there merge wise but seriously get to fixin* the bugs.....

Not working on iPad

I love this game BUT it does not work on iPad as it states. I play on my iPhone and it kills the battery from 100% to 10% in an hour . Contacted them couple of times asking why I don’t work on iPad and have had no reply . Iv check requirements and done all updates it’s a shame .

This is a good game with a lot of potential. They just need to stop the constant crashing, especially in the events.
As the events are time managed it is very frustrating when it crashes and un does everything. Sort it out guys, more people would stick with it if you did

I was really enjoying this game, perhaps spending too much time on it. Then Suddenly the game closed itself, and hasn't loaded since!
I have tried all sorts to try to fix this, emptying history, deleting and reinstalling the game, nothing works.
I thought it might be worth losing my progress and starting again, as I was enjoying it, but nothing...
great game, if only it would load! I can’t give more than one star, for something that just isn’t fit for purpose.

Would of been more , was doing really well in the game . Then all of a sudden the game wouldn’t open , I put plenty of tickets in and no response for help . I even emailed them . I spent £4.99 in game , I now wish I had not bothered. All developers have a duty to help . Wouldn’t let me use my Apple ID to save my game and I do not use Facebook either . Wouldn’t recommend putting your time here , unless you want to watch adverts continuously to get anywhere.

It is a good game but they have made getting the land to difficult.
You also have to wait for ages for your energy to build up. Also now the game won’t load properly & I can’t play it. One more thing is the land you have to buy is to expensive make it cheaper & fix the other problems & I will change it from 2 star to 5 star.

When I downloaded this game I was sceptical about it, now I know why!....although it's a reasonable good game, it's slow, total pain to clear the land. What's more annoying is it takes at the minimum of three tries to get it to load, my daughter plays it too and is finding the exact same as me. If it keeps up I'm sadly going to delete it!

I really enjoy this game, it’s very fun and despite it taking a long while to get going it is very rewarding.
My only issues with the app are that it drains my battery extremely fast, way faster than any other merge apps I have.
I’m also not a fan of the scavenger hunts as I don’t like the player v player aspect in this type of game, but luckily it’s not available all of the time.

I am a lover of this type of game. Unfortunately I find this one a bit slow! The workers work for a minute if you’re lucky the go back to bed! I find I okay for maybe 4 minutes and then I’ve used up all my options so leave the game! I then forget the game until I’m about to delete it, open it to see what it is and decide to keep it a bit longer! Perhaps keep the workers working longer, less adverts to get things done and an easier board to clear land. One more time and I am deleting it!

I’ve been playing Mergical for a few months now and I haven’t been able to claim daily or unlockable time chests due to a network error. I’ve changed my WiFi to three different ones to see if it was a fault on my end, didn’t work still. I’ve sent a ticket to support and am waiting to find out what is wrong with this game. Save yourself time and play a different game. If they ever sort this out, I might come back and try again.

Last night I was able to play the game including the event on my iPad air2 now today (the very next night) only the game will load, not the event, not the daily bonus, I can’t even claim my chest that I spent 6hrs waiting for it to unlock but yet I can still merge objects in my home (main game) I find this very frustrating as I’m so far into the event and it ends soon. Come here to see if they was an update that I may have missed thinking that could be the problem and there isn’t one but yet the problem still exists it would’ve been 5stars otherwise

I have played other merging games but couldn’t see the appeal - until I discovered Mergical. I was instantly hooked and openly recognise the fact that I’m addicted! My only gripe, okay, I’m utterly frustrated, is the fact that every single time I play, the game crashes. In the space of two hours - I already admitted I’m an addict - the game can crash up to 5 or 6 times! Please, please, fix this, you wonderful Mergical makers!!

The concept is fun and for the most part great to play, until you realise that other merge games give you your reward for watching one video... not multiple videos for one freebie.
It takes too long to generate health, the rewards do not outweigh the player’s time and investment into the game. The special events do not reward right away, nope! You then have to watch MORE videos to obtain the reward you worked so hard to get.
So, overall I’m not impressed!

I saw a trailer showing me earning actual real money into my PayPal account and it is such a slow start to the game. This isn’t the first time a game has given me false promises. People would show otherwise and I know it is actually the employees posing as “players” of the game telling me and showing me its real. No it is not! If it is to good to be true?! It always is and this game showed me a trailer of me enjoying a game, and winning, earning actual real money into my PayPal account. Slow start nothing is really explained I had to figure out that my person goes into a house to rest and the black sticks (I think) had to harvest to continue to a level. Barely get any coins to use to get more people and you have to use gems to gain items. A right ripoff.

I’m enjoying the main game as much as Merge Dragons and Merge Magic. There’s plenty to do and it’s good fun. Love the breezy interludes where you can play fruit machines (for free, or virtual money). But I do avoid the machines where you play with diamonds - would cost too much real money to get them!
I have to admit I don’t enjoy the challenge events as the characters take every opportunity to run off and do nothing. In Merge Magic events you could wander off and let the characters work on their own for a while. Spending four solid hours clicking on things or dragging the workers back wasn’t much fun! Maybe I’m missing something here.....

I am so glad I persevered with this game I didn’t think much of it to start with, but as I have got into it and with the recent updates it’s become a really cool game with quite a lot to do. Finally developers who actually listen and read their reviews I am so glad I kept it, love the weather changes, and as you upgrade your characters the longer they work so over all a great improvement and keep on the with updates they have made such a difference.

I love merge games and this one is now up there with merge magic and merge dragons, thank you developers, am glad I stuck with it... love the events too.. more please! Just a suggestion, can you run them weekdays? There is usually events running in the other two of a weekend so would be good to have something to do in the week

Loving the game, the difference between this and the other merge games aren’t initially apparent but once you notice them the game becomes more enjoyable... the only thing missing is a storyline.
