I have been an Admiral customer for a number of years and have attempted to use the app whenever possible. However, I am always thwarted by this poorly developed app. Slow is an understatement. I have even tried reloading the app to no avail. One would be better going directly to the website or calling customer services.

Forgets Log-in Every time/Inconsistent App

This app has been inconsistent over 2 weeks. It's on my iphone 17 and it keeps deleting my login details after 24 hours like I'm using a public phone or something. It also keeps saying error when you try to log in half the time. This poorly designed app, also asks for a email code AND a pin creation every time it forgets your log in. This is extremely jarring, they need to fix the app properly.

The insurance company itself is great. But my lord the app is horrendous. I’ve been with Admiral for 10 years now, and I think the app has worked maybe 10 times in that time. It’s really frustrating when all I want to do is view my policy and it takes 3-5 business days to load. Anyways, the company and policies are good. The app sucks. Rant over

One of the worst apps I’ve used

Awful UX. Web view automatically zooms in when selecting email/password box due to poor web design. All links in app seem to go to the same place. Tried to use the “Get in touch” link and got sent to the main web page again. Better to just Google and use the (mediocre) website.

No longer shows my multicar policy

Not sure when it went wrong but since my last auto-renewal of my multi car policy , App just shows “policy up for renewal” yet shows the renewal date of the recent renewal ie correct 2027 date and no option to manage policy. Click on Renew and screen goes white and just sits there not updating. 🤦🏻‍♂️

App Doesn’t work

For the last many years. Have had on and off issues with this app. Mainly at the start had issues actually getting any quotes without saying I have to call. Then to more recent times, Having issues logging on to the app. Constantly saying error and faults regardless of the updates of the app. Pretty much have to always go online to get anything checked or done on it. How difficult is it to make a system that logs you on fine and actually works….

Sort out the app

I’ve been using Admiral multi car for several years and find the price of insurance for 3 vehicles very reasonable in comparison to other companies. If I’m offered a better price elsewhere Admiral will review my policy and suggest changes like addition of or removal of drivers. However, the app…. when I open the app I see the coloured dots moving and moving and moving, until the app shuts down. It can take dozens of, very frustrating, attempts to get in to review recent trips (I am using the app to track my driving). This glitch has been happening for months. Please sort it out

I would never recommend Admiral. Their team is extremely rude, unhelpful, and uncooperative. After I cancelled my insurance policy, they tried to pressure me into paying supposed outstanding fees, but they were shocked when they encountered someone who knows their legal rights. Their validation team, in particular, is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The information about payments and cancellation fees is inconsistent and unclear. While the app may work for managing policies, the overall experience with Admiral is very poor and disappointing.”

New Customer- won’t be renewing

As a new customer, I cannot yet review the insurance company, but I have now had a couple of weeks usage of their app. An app which crashes & freezes regularly when you try and look at data; not to mention it is so slow that it is all but useless to me. However my main issues are with the ‘trips’ element of the app, a section that could reduce (or raise) my next policy depending on my driving. Given that important role, you would think the app would be watertight- not so much: Firstly I noticed I have been penalised for mobile usage. Confused I looked into it to discover that my daughter had used my phone. I don’t have issue with that, but I do have issue with it being on my record that I used my phone while driving.
Second. I had done a drop off one morning and then drove home- there and back the same way. Yet the map on the app showed that I had taken a different road home. How is that even possible. This has happened twice now to my knowledge and both times the route looked like a circuit on my app rather than a there and back line as it should have been.
I think if our policy is judged via this app then it needs to be A LOT more accurate

Very unstable for me

A lot of the time I can't get into the app at all and get unhelpful messages like Oops, something went wrong with no explanation. When I can get in it's touch and go whether I get to see trip detail or not and some trips don't get recorded even though all the app settings are as advised. Stupidly if I'm browsing on my phone while my wife is driving I get a black mark for phone distraction! On the basis of 3 weeks usage it also seems pretty clear rough road surfaces contribute to your driving scores. Worst of all when the my trips button shows up it's under my wife's car which isn't even part of multicover until September.
Admiral have been almost totally unresponsive to my attempts to get things working properly and I was bribed with a payment of £30 to drop a complaint I raised about all this. I'm OK with the insurance coverage but the telemetry interface leaves a whole lot to be desired!

“We need more information from you”

Used to be able to temporarily insure my vehicles through this app, this year they’ve blocked my account from doing this so they’ve told me because I work in the construction industry, and some how they believe that’s linked to the motor industry and have made what usually took about 5 minuets into an hour long phone call, trying to phone them is a nightmare, they have based their call centre in a different country which with the best respect is a night mare as it’s people who have no proper understanding of British car insurance trying to sell you British car insurance, use to be perfect, could do everything on the app, but now it’s a nightmare to try and do anything, would not recommend

My trips is buggy

I had the location always on for Admiral app with precise location enabled also, I didn’t touch the settings , are actually even now the same as before as I double checked , I had my trips up until very close to do 1000 miles in less than 3 months almost 2 weeks ago , I calculated a week ago and I needed only about 20 miles, which I went over for sure by now , suddenly when I was eligible for a potential discount on next renewal because I would’ve gotten gold medal same as I had for 500 miles , when I check my trips “oops something went wrong , try again later “ for the past week , smells like a scam to me , please I need assistance , this is outrageous

Great insurance - Beyond terrible mobile app

I don’t think i’ve ever struggled to use a mobile app so much before. The user interface is so beyond terrible, with every button taking years to load and sometimes even leaving the loading icon floating on the screen even after loading. The app continuously throws up error messages, after you’ve spent half an hour filling out an application, and makes you start completely all over again. It logs you out of your account every time forcing you to retype every single piece of information yet again. The loading times of each page, even simple ones, are atrocious especially in times of emergency when having to present documents on roadside. The whole mobile application has needed an overhaul for many years now and seriously needs to be prioritised. Apart from the app itself, brilliant insurance.

I am finding Admiral a good company to be my Insurance Provider.
The Admiral App is working well for me. It appears that my driving gets good scores. Good generally. I am hoping this will help reduce my premiums in renewal at the end of August.
One of the Motor Claims I made was a WriteOff of my vehicle following an incident where a manoeuvring heavy tuck reversed into it. I infer this only from the damage as I was not there at the time. It is hard to have the loss of a well maintained family owned vehicle and then face the huge rise in insurance premiums which followed.

Horrendous

The app is slow, frustrating to use and very buggy. It continually resets my access, showing an extremely irritating error message claiming this was due to a “user error”. My driving score is hardly ever updated - every 2/3 weeks if I’m lucky. Often it stays the exact same, with some useless feedback about doing less night time driving. On top of all of this, if you want to check the app at night, you’re out of luck - they do ‘maintenance’ (whatever that means) between 10 / 11 pm and early the next morning. As if!

Awful app

Terrible app experience. It won’t let me change something as simple as my direct debit date, so I have to talk to someone. It links me to a contact us page, and when I select motor, it just sends me back to the app home screen. Again, I search the FAQs for direct debit date change and it does the same. Instead, I tried using the chat function on the FAQ page and it asked me for my policy number. I’d expect it to already have this as I’m using the service via the app which I’m logged in on, but no. I closed the chat and went back to the home screen to find my policy number, but now I can’t do anything. Every time I click on my account it just blurs out the screen and asks me to log in again, while not giving me the option to.

Stranded on the motorway

Had a flat tire on the motorway, Admiral arranged AA recovery and aa used JC Recovery LTD. Ended up waiting for 2 hours and 40 minutes, I had police waiting behind me as we where in the dangerous situation. Once recovery arrived their told me that their only pulling me from motorway to closest slip road where I end up waiting further 4 hours for different truck to arrive to repair tyre. In the meantime in the car I had no water or food for my 19 months son and pregnant wife.
Now thats got to be worst experience I received from insurance company. Admiral was keep telling me to wait for further 4-5 minutes as truck driver is right next to me, but he wasn’t as he only arrived 2.4h later. After confronting them in the end Admiral said this sort of thing is standard to them and there is nothing their could of done better.
Simply AVOID them in the future ! Never again.

Poor show

Love the multi - car insurance concept so far as insurance goes…but this is as far as the love itself goes! The app keeps crashing, I then call the help centre and they can’t look into my account because the app is still logged in. The ‘message us’ button doesn’t even work…these are just the surface frustrations…don’t get me started on the rest. Sort the APP out Admiral and allow us to ‘actually’ manage our policy through it and communicate with you effectively. Sort this and your call centres will surely be less busy!
Moving my insurance for all 3 cars at the end of my term. ☹️

If i had to describe with one word its terrible the app is not app at all its just moving u to their site but instead of using google or safari its their app but thats not even the worst part the 2nd thing there is no chat support i try to use their chat support which is ai then agent which didint even care about my problem he just say call that number which i did and after i call them about my claim they ask me bunch of questions and after all of that the agent say its all right i m gonna do whatever i can about it thats all and then he close after 2 days i receive email that i didint call them about my claim and they are going to cancel the claim or my insurance if i don’t call them in 7 days this just show how bad their customer service is i was not the one who start the claim at first place not only they start their claim on their own buy they also wanted to charge me for something which was a minor scratch on my car ye my car and the guy who park wrong didint make any problems about it but admiral decided by themselves that was claim worthy accident just perfect wasting my time money and make me hate my life even more

Don’t let it track you…

There is a false promise of a reduced car insurance premium based on your driving performance - I have found this not to be the case and I am bitterly disappointed that, after months of tracking my location, I did not receive a discount in return (in spite of having consistently good scores).
If you value your privacy, don’t let this app track you, it’s not worth it.
Other than this, a good app with good functionality.

I love the idea of the app, I very much doubt it would reduce your premiums, but well can all hope! I’m sure it’s just used for data they can use or sell.
My big concern was how does it know if I’m driving or if I’m a passenger? The answer is you can select after if you are the ✅driver ✅passenger ✅bus ✅other

A joke of an app (if you can call it an app), loading screens everywhere

Even on very fast wifi there are numerous loading screens when trying to view policy info, it takes a while for this to load and just seems like a webpage is being loaded within the app rather than the content being displayed by the app itself (almost like an iframe), once it does load it’s hard to navigate and find the info you’re looking for.
A joke of an app if you can even call it an app.

Driving with consideration

I have learned over the years that it doesn’t matter how bad others drivers are I should always treat them with consideration. The more you give consideration to others the safer you will be.
It also reflects in mpg and general wear and tear on your vehicle plus it helps to keep your stress levels down.
The Admiral App confirms the above statement brilliant just brilliant.

Great app

Lovely app to use. But just a bit confused how the driving monitor function works. Both my wife and I drive the car with her being the main driver as she will do most miles in it. But I am the policy administrator and the app is in my account. So does she also need a login to access the app on her phone?

Terrible app that hardly works

When the app works (about 10% of the time) it’s great, all be it a bit slow. But majority of the time, especially out of their office hours there is absolutely no point trying. Nothing works, can’t access any documents, change any information or check your policies. If you’re in my situation where you get pulled over at 9pm at night, good luck trying to get your policy documents to prove you’re insured, because neither their app, website or email links work.

Good App, but could benefit from more detail

I say this as I have noticed the following omissions and quirks with the app when monitoring driving:
1. While there is an option for ‘bus’ there is no option for train travel. However, I notice that having identified the routes as ‘other’ it seems to remember for future journeys.
2. My phone fell in the footwell from the tray behind the gearstick, so I retrieved it and put it back.. and got a silver rating for using my phone….
3. I got a silver mark for accelerating too quickly … in a defender 90 with a 0-60 time just short of 16s, so hardly in the hot hatch territory! Still, I should be grateful that the app thinks the car is capable of this.
All said, the app seems to work well but it would be great to know more about what triggers the silver and bronze ratings so that these can be avoided.

Can’t log in

It’s all very well providing an app for ease of customer use (and reducing the number of humans needed to answer the phone - just coincidence, I’m sure) but you’d better then make absolutely sure the app actually works!
It’s now impossible to login. It has worked in the distant past, but it’s not something I use every day so I don’t know when it stopped. I’ve even tried deleting and reinstalling the app with no improvement. And without being able to login, there’s no mechanism to report application problems.
It’s ironic that I was prompted to go into the app by an email saying that it’s now ‘so much easier’ to report a breakdown via the app. I can only hope that none of my family members on the policy have a breakdown before the app is fixed.

I was struggling to find a reasonable quote but got good help from the admiral team… got onto a multi car policy and saved good money. Only reason I needed a vehicle was due to a new born on the way and already having a toddler so it just makes getting to appointments a lot easier without having to worry about the weather!!
Will be recommending them to my immediate family members and getting them on board aswell!

Admiral Driving App.

It’s a good app and helps change your driving style. If you’re using it in a bid to reduce your insurance costs, it has a downside.
If you are a passenger the app thinks you are driving. If you’re a passenger and are with an erratic driver like my boss for example, it will automatically mark your score down. The only way to avoid this is to turn your phone off. It would be good if it asked if you are driving.
It also missed quite a few trips. The real proof will be in the cost of my insurance policy next year as I reached the gold standard.

Waste of time

I was prompted by Admiral Insurance to download this app. After several attempts I was unable to log in with my admiral login details, which worked perfectly fine on n their website. I was prompted by the app that I needed to request a password reset because I had attempted too many times and my account was locked. I tried triggering passwords reset 3 times but no email came. I then called Admiral Insurance and they said not receiving password reset email was a known big so they manually generated one for me. This one did come into my inbox and I followed the instructions to reset my password. But guess what? Even after resetting my email I was still not able to log into this useless app. Total price of of rubbish!

Not great

Locked out of the app inexplicably, have changed the password and followed all instructions to reset only to be taken around an identical loop.
Now, I can’t log into my policy, I can’t effectively reset my password as doing so results in still not being able to log in, I can’t select web chat, there isn’t a relevant section to select to get help for this issue, I can’t select email help and I can’t select a telephone number to contact.
I’m genuinely at a complete loss as to what anyone is supposed to do, or what the point of the service is supposed to be.

Latest update is a backward step

For some reason, whoever the app developers are, they cannot cope with log in process! The previous app, the log in frequently used Face ID but then you still had to press log in. Now you simply get an error message then have to use the PIN. (Tip: if your app uses Face ID, a separate PIN isn’t needed!) Needs to be slicker and faster. Update: whoever develops this app is ridiculous. The errors are routine. And now the app is being updated, so rather than issue an update, the app is simply shut down for days. Downgrading from 2 stars to 1.
Addendum: I frequently get silver rating or bronze rating down to my acceleration. In most cases all I have done is accelerated smoothly and at a reasonable rate - nothing OTT. Don’t like being penalised for normal driving.

Error Occurred - Please try again

Everytime I try and log into the app, I get the error message appear. Doesn’t matter how many times I try, or what times I try it doesn’t log me in. Have deleted and reinstalled but still nothing. Can log in fine through the website and was working fine yesterday, received 2 gold medals, now nothing. Please help!

The app is dead!

Already tried several times to login via the app, unfortunately no lucky. The app just crash all the time. After that I tried to login via the website and again, error 504 gateway. For a moment I guessed I made a mistake regarding the insurance provider, them I checked my emails and it was correct. Tried once again in the website and it was saying they couldn’t find my policy linked to my email. In the end I reset my password word and managed to login, but the app is dead. No chance to login.

Lacking essential functionality

The idea is sound - reward careful drivers using actual driving data. Where it falls down is everything beyond that premise.
Fundamentally there’s a MASSIVE assumption that because my phone is moving, I must be driving my car. I guess Admiral have forgotten public transport exists, including taxis, as well as the rather common concept of being a passenger. There are so many ways this could be solved automatically, e.g. by detecting a Bluetooth connection with a car profile, but the only true way would be to manually start the telemetry if I’m (a) driving (b) my car.
Alternatively, just let me go in afterwards and edit the journey. Do it before revealing the score if you must. Just add a holding area on the app for new trips, edit as required, upload, done.
I’m new to Admiral but from reading other reviews this app has been around a while with these fundamental design flaws. To me that indicates Admiral has no intention of addressing them, which is a pity.

Great App

I really like this app because it doesn’t just track how good a driver you are but it shows you on little maps how many miles you have done. It’s great to get the awards and know I will be getting some kind of discount next year. However with raising prices and the cost of living. I expect the discount will not be much.

After weeks of trying to sign in to log a motor accident I gave up and researched around to find another App Motion Shield which is easy to use, you can make a claim with any UK insurer and upload all your vehicles to your profile. Download the Motion Shield App it’s much better.

Needs an overhaul

I’ve been using this app for years to monitor my driving and it’s hit or miss whether your journeys are recorded or not. The app seems to constantly log you out or crash in the login screen. Then when you review “my trips” most times the app has crashed and hasn’t records your journeys and they are missing or not as they should be. This particular functionality has been broken for ages and despite reinstalling the app multiple times and even installing on a brand-new iPhone the software bug persists! There is definitely a problem with this app that needs fixing and needs fixing now given accuracy of driver journey data is critical for your renewal.

A dangerous precedent

I remember when the idea of having insurance based on your annual mileage was new. That hot sneaked in. Now, Admiral have made a big deal of tracking your location in order to earn “points” based on when, where and how you drive. If we allow this, pretty soon we won’t be able to get insurance unless we opt-into being spied on and giving insurance companies an easy get-out from paying out (they will always try to find a reason). This is a slippery slope. Do not allow location tracking on your app. Better still, delete it, which is what I will be doing as soon as I’ve finished writing this.

Worst Website & App ever.

Whoever designed the website & app should be shot. The scripting is so bad that it takes several minutes just for a screen to load, despite having 200Mbps internet connection. You begin to question if it’s even responding, but given long enough something will finally happen.
I’ve managed to download my proposal document but after 15 min I’ve given up on trying to access any of the others. I’m not going to spend an hour or so to navigate different pages. If I need anything I’ll phone up Admiral and hassle them over the phone as the website is beyond useless!

Useless

I’ve just purchased travel insurance and wanted to use the app while I’m away to access my documents if necessary. I downloaded the app and tried to login, I know my details are correct because I’ve just used them on the desktop site to buy the insurance. All I get is “your details are not recognised”!!! I tried 3 times but no luck. Absolute waste of time. From looking at the reviews it seems I’m not the only one. Completely useless app as I can’t login. I downloaded it and deleted it within a couple of minutes. I’ve now downloaded my documents to my files on my phone.

When works it’s good

I can never seem to go into my account to look at my driving score which is a pain if your like me and have a black box. The app saves time when it does work to look at my score but when it doesn’t (only managed it once or twice through the app) I have to look at it online which sort of defeats the object of having the app

Great app and saves money, time and sanity

I’ve changed my car with a private plate, so on the app it cost me £5.50 for the plate change. Then sold my car, got a more expensive one and once I changed my vehicle on the app…they gave me money back!!! This isn’t normal for an insurance company, kudos to Admiral!!! No awful calls and automated choices that make you want to blow your brains out

Low points for Night Driving

Can’t log in sometimes on the app. The telematics dashboard on the app doesn’t work, always have to log in online.
Now my main issue is why I get a poor driving score just for driving after 10 pm. I work night shifts four days a week. My shifts starts 11:45pm. Rather than focusing on the time I’m driving, why not focus on how I drive at night. Am I staying within the speed limit or not? How’s my steering? Am I braking too hard? You’d think that’s what would be important but no. You are driving after 10pm so you get low marks regardless of how excellent your driving is. I find driving at night generally safer than driving during the day because there are fewer cars.
Do something about this because it’s not fair to night shift workers.

Now can’t use app because of unhelpful update

Was using the app but now it seems I HAVE to buy a new phone to please my insurance company , my perfectly functional iPhone is no longer good enough as it doesn’t have the latest software on it , I can’t log in and if I try it sends me to do an update which it won’t do because my phone is an older model , 😡 is Admiral going to subsidise a new phone purchase ? Probably not 🥴 may be it’s time I changed insurers like the rest of my family that’s had enough of them 🤨 I’m not happy and this is VERY inconvenient

Great potential but

I really do see the value in the app however I have to question how it measures my driving performance. The only trip where my driving was marked down for not being smooth/careful was on a trip when it was snowing heavily, hence I know for a fact that I did not accelerate or brake hard. Everyone was crawling along.
In future iterations I’d like to be able to select the vehicle I am driving, we have a multi car policy so it would seem reasonable to be able to confirm which car the trip is being conducted in.
The app seems to be able to identify when the phone is being used as a satnav, which is good.

Rubbish

After numerous attempts I am still unable to sign up to this app. I have sent an email to app support which has bounced back. I have called to request a full run down of what I am covered for and was told it will come in the post, plus via email. I wanted this so I could decide whether I want to continue with admiral or go with a different provider. I have still not received a full run down. You haven’t forgotten to take the money out my bank though???

Pointless and misleading

This is basically just a web portal for the already poor website, you can’t actually do much with it.
Near the start of my policy the app gave me the option to allow Admiral to track my journeys with the promise of a lower price at my next renewal, so I decided to allow it and despite achieving all of the stated goals there was no offer or even mention of a discount when my renewal date came around. I essentially allowed this company to spy on my movements for an entire year and got nothing in return, I hate to throw around the word “scam” but if the cap fits.
Since there was no discount forthcoming I looked elsewhere for car insurance and managed to get it at almost half the price Admiral were going to charge me, this is where the real fun started. Trying to cancel has been needlessly difficult, there was no contact details in the app or on the website when I log on, I eventually got to a different page where I was able to use the web chat, but it took more than 30 minutes for me to find it. I asked to cancel my policy, at which point the agent said she wasn’t trained to do that, and that I’d need to contact them via webchat Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, I pointed out that it was Monday and only 7.30pm, to which she replied that there were technical issues…how convenient.
In summary people should avoid this company, they will steal your data and spy on you for no reward, then they will make it needlessly difficult to cancel your policy and get away from them. Look elsewhere there are always better options.

Can’t make changes

The app is ok for checking your policy and what is covered, but if you want to make any changes you cant.
My policy states that I still have a child under 18 living with me, but she is about to turn 19 and left home to go to university. I went to change this and was greeted with a message saying this function was not available on “my account” within the app and I should use “this form” which is not even displayed or contact them on (no contact details given)
Surely this function should be available as I don’t want to spend ages on the phone just to make this simple change which can simply be done in just a few seconds instead of waiting ages to get through while your call is in a queue.

Needs work

Has potential, but My Trips doesn’t work (despite giving the app permanent access to location services). I’ve now disabled this, as the only purpose it serves is to drain the phone battery. Also requires repeated log ins and even says the password isn’t recognised (even though it’s using the same keychain password that worked a few seconds ago). If you try enough times it eventually accepts it. I have been able to view my documents though. Think I’ll just stick to the standard website that seems to work much better.

False advertising

You cannot add a car or remove a car via the app or online account - you will be charged a £25 admin fee for each change you make in this respect when you have to call them. I removed a car and added my new car and was charged admin fees for both changes in March and April. There is very little point in having an online account if you are unable to make these types of changes and only discover you are being charged admin fees despite being a loyal customer. I personally think Admiral provide great value for multi car insurance but misleading customers into believing apps and online accounts will save them money and stress is false advertising

Truly Awful and Unworkable for Car Insurance

Constantly requires you to login in again and when using the app. Then around 8 out of 10 attempts it doesn’t recognise your login details. Changing vehicles is an absolute nightmare. Spent several hours on it and ended up having to ring up, which requires a long wait, during which you are constantly informed how important as a customer you are and how easy it is to do stuff on the app. This app is not what you would expect from a major insurance provider. Disgraceful.

Average App

I had a few issues signing in to the App originally. However, after leaving it a while, these seem to have cleared.
I signed in partly to view my policy documents and partly to find out whether they had offered terms for next year.
They warn within the App that, “ Digital services may run more slowly within the App ...... due to high demand.” Indeed when I looked for the policy documents I could not see them because, “We’re currently experiencing some delays generating new documents. If your documents aren’t displayed below, try again later. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.” The policy documents were indeed not available.
I do have the outline/ summary but there is no indication what next year’s terms would be. It is less than 4 weeks til renewal.
I am not sure whether this is a problem with the App or just Admiral’s overall service but I think it is disappointing

Frustrating and effectively defunct

I have been unable to log in to the app for several months - I initially thought I had forgotten my password, however I have now attempted to reset it on multiple occasions, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app several times. The problem persists despite multiple app updates and bug fixes that claim everything is now hunky dory.
When the app Does work, it is very simplistic but quite straightforward. The interface is very slow, and not particularly intuitive. From what I remember (keep in mind that the last time I was able to successfully access the app was prior to the start of UK lockdown in March 2020) there is not much internal functionality, any attempts to make changes redirect you to the mobile web browser rather than being able to make changes within the app.

Shockingly bad

Took a policy out yesterday for my car, downloaded app and it is just so slow and unresponsive. My phone is a decent model so it’s not to do with my phone.
First logs in with face ID then when you click on policy it makes you log in again but takes ages to load and I’m talking 3-5 minutes but sometimes longer. Sometimes it won’t recognise password despite it being stored so I have to type it in. This is on the second time it makes you log in. Now it won’t log in at all. Only checking as my policy says pending and I pick my car up tomorrow. Think il go elsewhere in future.
