Wonderful app – but it’s developed a maddening bug

I gave this app five starts because it’s a lifesaver *and* it’s well-designed to be a great iOS/iPadOS app. But ever since the latest iOS/iPadOS versions, Dark Noise has developed a maddening AirPods-related bug.
If I remove an earpiece of my AirPods Pro then the Dark Noise app pauses – this is the correct behaviour. But when I put the earpiece back into my ear, the app doesn’t resume; not only that, but when I tap Play on the Standby or Control Center displays, nothing happens. I have to go back into the app and restart Dark Noise from there – truly annoying. Please fix!

A solid app

It’s a solid app worth the money. There are many back ground noises to choose from including some peculiar ones such as construction sites but whatever works for you, my favourite is the space ship. The app graphics and UI is beautifully designed and works smoothly. Each noise has its own little animation which I think is cool. You can set it to when you it to turn off using a timer or a set time. There’s some themes to fit your mood and also shortcuts for putting things quickly on play. And finally there’s a goose button too, I’ll leave you to figure that out

Beautiful!

I have quite a few of these applications and I have to say the sounds on this one are the best. Especially the rain/thunder. Helps me sleep really well

Beautiful!

Very nice app - beautiful interface and rich options. Only thing holding it back from a 5 star is lack of ability to layer multiple sounds into a soundscape. Hopefully an update later will add that.
