Forced to download an app

Terrible customer experience by forcing people to download an app. There should at least be an alternative non-app option. Then asked to give away personal details including a picture. The user journey isn’t intuitive either, so takes a little while to register.

Lap times not shown

Lap times are not coming up on my app and email on My last 2 sessions at Harlow and docklands

Very Frustrating

You used to be able to easily book and pay for a race. (Without needing to get your wallet out and look for card details). Now you have to log in again every time and wait for an email with a verification code. The card details are not stored and the iPhone doesn’t recognise the fields as credit card fields so you have to type in the card details and address in full every time with no auto fill. It’s such a backwards step from the old app. Also the button at the bottom of the screen is very difficult to press as it’s covered by other content.

Great app, needs tweaks.

Love the app, and most of the features on it. Only slight tweak would be for showing the fastest lap. If you are at a track which has three versions of its circuit. It would be nice for it to distinguish which version you are on and show the fastest lap for each one. So if you go on your profile you would see Club - Fastest Lap, Le Man - Fastest Lap, International - Fastest Lap. This would be nice to differentiate between them.

Needs better payment

It would be nice to have more options to pay when booking, like Apple Pay, PayPal. It’s a pain filling in the details every time you want to book. Apart from that the app is ok, there are times when it refuses to show live times.

Scammed on a session

Got told to walk round the entire track for 15 mins instead of doing two 15 min sessions, this is basically a review for team sport, not the app.

Who designed this appalling app!

It has the potential to be a really fun app. The idea of your times, podiums etc is great, but why does every site need a separate profile. I use Warrington mostly, but go elsewhere as well. But if I go to Manchester for example I need to set up a new profile with pictures etc….

Why doesn’t all of your results from all of the sites go no one chart.. instead you’ve got to keep switching profiles to see how many podiums etc you have a different sites instead did being able to see a total for all the sites.

The booking feature and use of codes is extremely temperamental. It will freeze whilst you’re making a booking. Then lock you out from making that booking for 20 minutes.

Has potential, needs a lot of work. Very frustrating to use. Even the staff on site laugh at its design.

Watford track is not listed where my account is listed. I paid for the membership but now I cannot find the location for the booking and avail 10% discount offerend

Great fun

Great place for a fun day out, been three times, have booked to go again. Helpful staff, clean and tidy environment. Thanks to Andy who is a great chap and helped us out.

Room for improvement

This app started off quite good after a few minor problems to begin with but was soon rectified...

But now there is nothing but problems requires a update and or bug fix and this will be a 4 star right now I can only give it 3 and that is being generous

Poor since last update

Since last update I have been unable to use app as keep getting server unavailable. Shows account but no booking or current activity.

Well put together

Started off when the app was newly out that I couldn’t log in however that has been fixed and the app works almost perfectly. A few features I imagine are for later updates so it can seem a little bare. Biggest critique is the ranking as the top times can easily and quickly be filled with lap times that have glitched. However the rest of the app is pretty well thought out and put together, it has many cool and interesting features and keeps track of a lot of personal stats and driver achievements. Well worth the download

Poor start

Tried to login using my existing member email address, but on clicking email confirmation I get a 404 Sever error message.

Great, now I can’t see my times since the venues no longer issue paper print outs for obvious reasons. Not only annoying but damaged my race experience!

One location?

I can only choose one Scotkart location in Cambuslang, and apparently my account doesn’t exist. I’ve scanned my card several times but it doesn’t work, so I’m thinking that it’s because Scotkart in Dundee hasn’t been set up on there? (That’s where my card is from)

I installed this app to expect TeamSport Karting, but loads up an intro for Scotkart. This isn’t made clear in the description. I thought perhaps my previous login details work after being to a local TeamSport track, nope, didn’t recognise me. Not recommended.
