All labels missing after update
Updated on my iphone in the background and all labels missing since which I used to indicate which days of my trip the activity was and what kind of activity. Now im left with a list of 40 places and all those details gone… why…

Great app for organizing trips
The app is great but sometime the app freezes and turn to grey screen. I have to closed it and open again.

The App concept is next to none, however, it’s unreliable
I have used this app before and planned my holidays with it but I had an upcoming trip and all of my pinboards had been deleted? The system fave is great but at what cost?

A good app which is ruined by easily fixed problems.
I got this app a while ago when it was still called Pluto and although it would lag sometimes, I felt it was really effective at what it was trying to do and I enjoyed creating pinboards on it. Now that it has changed to Pogo, all of my boards which I had spent hours upon hours curating are gone, and even when I try to create new ones, the app doesn’t respond and shuts down. Please fix this and you will have a great travel app on your hands.

A little disappointed
I was really exited to use this app as I haven’t seen one like this before my trip. I wanted to plan as much as I can. A couple days before our flight the app had delegated my pinboard and I tried everything to see if I can get it back but I wasn’t able to. Then some of the pinned locations on the map I am unable to click on they just show a purple screen so I was unable to find out what the places I was red to visit was (we was on a really tight schedule so was unable to keep finding each place out again). I am also unable to click on any of the categories they also just show a purple screen and I had to restart the app each time I had pressed on it. I also would like to suggest to maybe tick off the locations that we have been to.
The reason I gave 3 starts to the app is because if these problems are fixed I know that this app has the potential to be great. I do hope I will be able to use it on my next trip. It would be so helpful to me if I could.

All boards gone
A recent update deleted all of my boards… disappointing. Going to try to find another app that is less careless with user data

All the data lost
I have been building my plans for the last few years, everything was erased in the last update. Deleting the app. Thanks Pogo, bring back Pluto!
Also the name and branding is terrible. Pluto was so much better!

Pinboards were all deleted by the app
This was a great app, I was using it to keep track of places to go and eat until the most recent update deleted every single one of my boards. Everything has been lost. I had a lot saved so I don’t think I can be bothered to manually build up each list again so I’ll probably delete the app for good

So easy to use and handy having Booking.com
Love using this app to plan my trips. It’s so simple and effective. Normally have loads of screenshots and notes everywhere but this has helped stop the need for that. Plus being able to book my hotels without the need of searching around has been a great addition! Thanks Pogo 😊

i think this app is so cool but whenever i make a pin and try to add more than one thing to the ‘see & do’ category and the ‘eat & drink’ it turns the screen purple and i cant do anything but refresh the app

Branding
Please bring back the old Pluto branding…the old aesthetic was so much nicer. The new Pogo name, look and feel is childlike. Would be great to have the option to switch back to the old colour scheme, fonts etc. Other than this major change in branding I have really enjoyed using this app but after next trip I will likely stop using if this is the new look.

Fab app for travelling
Love this app, I use it on every city break and the places I travel for work and it’s become second nature to use it now.
Feature request: could we have the ability to tick off or highlight the attractions/shops/eateries that we’ve been to so we’re not hunting through a massive list?

Auto saving
Great insurance so far, easy to understand, quick to contact. But while submitting my extensive claim (definitely takes more than 10 mins) the app crashes and everything was lost. It should be saving a draft I can return to. This is UX 101 guys.
