I feel like the app interface could do with a bit of a polish, but the content is outstanding. High quality video and audio, and loads of content to work through. Really enjoying this.

Animal Flow is a ground-based fitness program that combines inspirations from gymnastics, hand balancing, yoga-style movements, and breakdancing, along with animal locomotion forms. The program is extremely versatile, and individuals of all fitness levels can tailor the components to their own skill level and goals.
Use the program’s multiple components to improve strength power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination. You can use Animal Flow as a stand-alone workout or integrate it with your existing training plans.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Animal Flow On Demand includes three sections to help you get the most out of the program:
Section 1: The Tutorials section includes individual videos where Animal Flow creator Mike Fitch provides detailed instructions on how to correctly perform each of the program’s movements. You’ll find all of the movements from both Level 1 and Level 2 of the program here.
Section 2: The Classes section includes group classes that you can follow along. You’ll find different styles, lengths, and intensities of classes, including some focused on mobility, some focused on building your flow skills, and some focused on just providing you with a really killer high intensity workout.
Section 3: The Flows section is where we say the real magic happens. This is where you link together the many different individual movements into seamless flows. Our pre-designed flows range from easy to difficult and are just a few minutes long.
We’ll release a new Flow every Monday morning, so you’ll always have something new to try.
WHO SHOULD TRY IT?
Animal Flow is designed to provide benefits for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Some of the flows and classes are targeted to the beginner-level, utilizing only low-impact, easier-to-learn movements. Other more advanced flows and classes incorporate much more dynamic power and stability challenges. You choose what works best for your current abilities and progress at your own pace.
Animal Flow can help you improve your mobility and flexibility and grow your strength and power Whether you are an athlete, or someone just starting to work out, or somewhere in between, you’ll benefit from incorporating some Animal Flow into your fitness routines.
LIMITATIONS
Animal Flow is a bodyweight fitness program which requires spending a lot of time with your hands and feet on the ground. If you have any medical or physical conditions which limit your ability to support your bodyweight in this position, you should consult with your physician.
•If a free trial is offered that amount of trial days are free, cancel within trial to not be charged.
•Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
•Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
•Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

HOW MUCH!!!!!
£180 every YEAR!! Your 5star reviews look made up as well. Sure you’d get more people subscribing if it wasn’t £180 a year!!! Or at least have a free trial period so people can work out whether £180 a year is worth it (answer- no app is worth £180 a year). I’ll watch all the flow instructional videos for free on YT.

Life changing
Animal flow as an activity and lifestyle is amazing in itself. The app is superbly structured from the instructional areas to the variety of flows and classes.
I also like the fact that there is a new flow posted every week.
For anyone new to AF, it’s really worth paying attention to the introduction and following the recommended tutorials. Once you learn the moves properly, the flows are much more beneficial.
Enjoy. Worth every cent of the monthly subscription

The app is easy to navigate, looks great and I’ve never had any issues with bugs or crashing.
Video quality is always superb.

What an amazing fantastic creative exciting app this is and SUCH BRILLIANT value for money - as a personal trainer and animalfow coach this has something for everyone - from the detailed in-depth moves - classes and flows - for beginners to advanced - I use this app everyday for a refresh and reminder for my personal training clients and classes and for just for me ( pre Animaflow nearly 7 years ago my scoliosis was extremely painful but since adding daily Animaflow in my life I now move so freely and feel so much better)
Every week on a Monday I get my favourite email of the week with a new flow to try - it like having a wonderful caring friend checking up to see how your doing !
I just love the new flows and bonus moves added every few months - it’s so great to see and hear the Master instructors explaining their flows and of course Mike flows even my cat has got to know his voice - she come to sit with me when she hears his voice 😻

Through Animal Flow I have fallen back in love with movement and have a better understanding and control over my own body.
On Demand has everything you need to start your own journey and is continuously updated with new and exciting content.
The app is also a great resource for Animal Flow instructors. The tutorials serve as a great reminder for key teaching points and the classes and flows provide endless inspiration.

Exciting new exercise app!
Am loving animal flow! Such an innovative and fun way to exercise. The app is well organised - easy to find flows and classes, marked beginner, intermediate & advanced. Not that many videos on yet, hopefully they will add more regularly. The instructors are brilliant, clear explanations, easy to follow.
My only gripe is this is too expensive. Les Mills and Centr have 10x more videos for less than £100/year so not sure how this app can justify £250/year. Please rethink the pricing!
