The best app I have downloaded WITHOUT FAIL!

Tiimo has significantly improved my life over the past month. As someone who struggles with productivity issues problems sticking to routine, this has helped me plan out my day step-by-step. I’ve started to achieve more and procrastinate less because I’m not as overwhelmed. If you take the time to set it up to suit your routine, it is a god send! 10/10!! Thank you Tiimo!

Difficult to use

I'm sorry but this To Do App seems very complicated and tricky to set up and control. There are numerous options too many of which seem in conflict with others and the supposedly helpful cartoons run too fast to actually see what needs to be done stage by stage

Day schedule function gone

I bought this after searching for a planner where I could assign tasks for the day to time slots and would have been a 5 star but not long after purchase, this feature was removed, in favour of just ‘morning’ ‘day’ ‘eve’ and you can’t even reorder the tasks within the section once entered. So it’s pretty much just like a to do list for the day which I can get anywhere. Please bring back the time slot scheduling. I think they’ve also messed with the search functionality as I’m sure this was better before/easier to search a task Id scheduled but couldn’t remember where.

Fussy and jumpy

Good and pencil and paper more efficient for keepling your list simple and achievable. I don’t understand why you can’t move tasks from
To do list into ‘today’. Also I want sound cues to keep routines on course. Has a long way to go. Lap top version a nightmare when trying to move to dos up and down list. Needs to be more flexible for those who do not wake at a fixed hour, so that if you start your tasks late, all the tasks you have put in diary move backward according to the time allocated. I really hope there is something better out there.

Dismayed. Won't let write own tasks : insists on AI abbreviating everything

Really disappointed in this. Couldn't quite believe it really, there may be a solution I haven't found, but I tried repeatedly. It asks you to say or type your tasks and then extrapolates its own AI generated version of those for a brief list. It doesn't let you customise your task text at all. Honestly Things3 is still hands down the absolute winner as far as I am concerned.

Doesn’t support “mini” iPhones

I want to give this app a chance. However my phone being a 13mini makes the app unusable. Images being cropped, some of the larger texts moving to the next line, pop-ups I can’t close. It’s a shame because I do want to see the hype.
I also understand I’m in the vast minority as most people didn’t buy the mini phone. But for those who do have one, just be aware of that.
I hope this could be fixed but again I understand that it won’t as my phone now is just too old according to Apple!

Some obvious stuff missing

Got this app, looks lovely and colourful.
In the setup wizard it doesn’t include “exercise” as a morning activity. Why?
Also, it messed up my existing calendar. Why did it delete things that I have in my calendar for this week?

What on earth is this. It’s scheduled things in the past!

What a funny app. I downloaded it because of
Good reviews. However, I have no idea what it is trying to do. There’s no guidance. It just gets you to pick a few tasks like drink
Coffee and go to bed. How is this helping me organise my day and optimise work?!
Happy to admit that it’s me that doesn’t understand how to use the app but feel sure I can’t be the only one?!
Update: I have tried to use it to schedule some tasks. It’s first attempt was to
Start my Morning 109minutes in the past. This is pretty fundamental stuff for an app
That’s supposed to help organise things. I’ve now wasted 52mins trying to get a schedule and have appointments scheduled in the last for my trouble.
Think I’ll go back to the calendar in ma phone

When is a developer going to deliver a decent to-do app? Well Timo promised a lot, but I found the setup annoying and couldn't really see what it was going to do for me. Maybe only neurodivergent find this app useful, I'm not and I didn't. Deleted after cancelling the subscription

Incredibly unhelpful

I wanted to see how well it imported my Google Calendar. That function works great. I then wanted to clear everything and start again, to choose what I wanted included. There is no way to wipe and restart, so I had to go in and delete everything individually. Please tell me why it has deleted my actual Google Calendar tasks, from Google calendar itself and now I have NOTHING on either app? Was going to hopefully use this app to help in the new year, however it is now only is it a hindrance where I have to input everything back into Google calendar that I can remember?

Poor design, No tutorial

As someone who both works in the IT industry and has ADHD, I'm very conscious that throwing a bunch of features at people with zero instructions on how to use them is pointless, especially if those people - like myself, struggle with focus. Tiimo just fails from the get go. Of course it quickly asks for money - very good at doing that, but then gives no instruction or tutorial. During initial set up there's a stage to add additional tasks, I had no additional tasks but there was no way to skip the stage. I made something up just to get past this point and then got to a daily planner type view, which was just with blank fields, again with no explanation as to how the app worked or what data to fill in. I should not have to work so hard to figure out how to use something that is supposed to be helping me, and then have to pay for the privilege.

No matter how many times I ask (with different phrasing) to reschedule tasks so that they don’t overlap with each other, it wouldn’t actually fix the issue. I can’t work on a task from 9:00 to 10:30 and then another from 9:30 to 11:00…

Can’t delete a schedule item?

The app crashed on first try while setting up the tasks. There are duplicate tasks in the list and cannot find a way to delete or edit them. There is an infuriating and long winded ai chat that seems to be able to edit the tasks, but doesn’t-even when it has confirmed deletion. Why not a ‘delete’ function and just be done with it in two seconds? The help pages have no search, just loads of confusing sounding videos, and there appears to be no way to contact support.
Does anyone make intuitive, user friendly apps anymore? I tried this because it made app of the year, but I can’t even edit the duplicates in the schedule???

I have had this for one morning, it seems to be more hard work than it should be. It doesn’t link up with my calendar. i am only in the trial bit at the moment but it only gives you so much access so you don’t actually know if it’s going to work for you which is a bit useless and means i probably won’t sign up now. it seems very inflexible and so for someone like me with Adhd just doesn’t work, such a shame as the ADHD CHATTER MAN keeps plugging it and so i was very very hopeful 😢

Love it, but would love a few extra things!

Wonderful and really helpful app, though would love a few changes. You can import reminders from the Reminders app but then you can’t drag and drop them into the today’s section and when you try edit the time on them it just brings you back to the Reminders app. So would love better functionality with this as it would be great to just be able to drag and drop them into a specific time and edit the icon and colour. A habit tracker with a monthly score would also be a great addition as well. Also when you click off a subtask, it doesn’t immediately react and you have to exit the app and open it to see the strikethrough. The AI planner is amazing and the app looks so cool. I’m sure you’re already trying to do all of the above, but just thought I would write down anyway. :)

Not all it’s cracked up to be!

I opened this app, signed up for the free trial for this app that’s advertised as being so great for adhd, only to forget about it after I’d set it up, and then discovered that the trial had ended and I’d been charged with no warning that the trial was ending, and then when I tried to request a refund and explained that the way this happened went against peoples struggles with adhd, I was refused said refund twice, and had to call Apple before a refund was granted. For something that’s advertised as being great for adhd, there’s many reasons why it’s not adhd friendly at all, and not reminding people with object permanence that a trial is ending is just one of those reasons! A big one, but only one! I highly recommend you don’t sign up for the trial until you’ve done some thorough research on this app, and also remember you need reminders for the reminders cos this worked no different for me than any other calendar, and they’re all bad for adhd!!

Good potential, don’t see it worth it yet

This app is basically what I currently do on excel manually. I have also used ChatGPT to dump everything on my mind to help create a schedule. So this app combines the excel and AI element, BUT it really has a long way to go on design for it to be a paid product. You can’t order your tasks by categories, you can’t define custom categories, you can’t differentiate between one time tasks vs longer term projects where you can define the period for completion and time the various subtasks in your calendar (recurring or non recurring) during that period. Right now, I can still do a better job on excel!

Used to be fantastic, now it’s disappointing.

I’ve used this app for nearly 4 years now. I really liked the routines feature, my school had a really odd timetable format and Tiimo could accommodate that. When they got rid of the routines feature earlier this year, I was bummed. It was almost the only thing that set this app apart from the others and I know it is missed by many users. I’ve left school since and just kind of put up with it (so now all of my days have many, many tasks which used to be condensed into one routine), but one thing that irks me now that didn’t happen before is the fact that I can’t have a task start or end in anything that isn’t a 0 or a 5. I can understand why, as that’s most anybody would need, but for example I take a train at 7:23 every morning and have had to compromise on being precise.
I am also really not a fan of the whole AI thing. I don’t like being randomly notified throughout the day about check-ins and supposedly motivational messages, I don’t mean to sound like a right grumpy person but I personally just find it annoying. I’d rather just be notified about my tasks, and nothing else.
I have given it 2 stars and not 1 because the Apple Watch app is a good feature. It breaks… a lot… but overall it is a feature that I don’t see elsewhere.
I don’t think it’s an outright scam as some other reviews claim, but after using it for 4 years I think I might start looking for other options. I miss the old Tiimo, the Tiimo with routines and just a basic but streamlined experience with no unnecessary frills.

This app changed my life.

My mum recommended this app to me and said that she would share her already on-going subscription, I was reluctant at first but I gave it a try. I set up my morning routine and used the AI planner and OH MY GOD, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE.
I have extremely bad ADHD, and it affects how I act, my temper and (most importantly) how I plan my day and school life. This app basically decimated my planning difficultly. And the implementation of Liquid Glass makes it even more fun to interact with.
The only thing I would add into the app is a travel time feature, just like in Apple Calendar. It would be seven better and would help not just me but millions of other users with ADHD. Please add it, it’s a good feature! :)

Good App But Icon Looks Tacky In Marketplace & Too Many Messages.

A great app for neurodivergent people, especially those with ADHD, but recent cosmetic changes to the app is honestly not doing it any favours. It now looks really tacky and amateur and If I hadn’t already used it before I honestly think I’d be completely put off using it and look for another more professional looking app instead. I am an adult and I take my life seriously after all. I mean what’s with the goofy face? It looks like a kid draw it. This is not an indie app in its early developmental stages anymore. Come on devs. You can do better than this. In a marketplace, aesthetics are EVERYTHING.
Also: please don’t spam me with messages unless it’s really necessary and relevant to tasks that need doing or I’ll just become completely desensitised by it and ignore them all without actually reading any of them because that’s just how our brains work when many of the messages are neither important or relevant, but are instead just random pointless trash. I think it’d also help if messages would cut out all of the fluff and get straight to the point too. It’s just extra waffle to read.

It was great before they changed the interface

This used to be a really useful app for me for keeping track of what I need to stay on top of, which is difficult for me as I have ADHD. It was so good I paid for the subscription which I never do, but it was such a useful tool for me. But I went into it again recently and the interface has completely changed and for me this is incredibly jarring (I am also autistic) and far less intuitive. I have to put that much more effort into deciphering the main layout, I can’t use some of the icons I previously did, when I add things to a to-do list they don’t appear on the main “today” screen which I need it to do so I remember it exists, and I can’t find a way to revert back to the previous interface or ask the developers about it. I feel like I bought myself a useful tool, but I lost it. Gutted.

I need your help.

I really want this App to work for me. I’ve read all the great reviews and been recommended it at a Dyslexia talk but it keeps going wrong. It asks me to open it every morning to plan my day, which is great. But when I do nothing happens. I am tapping away at my screen and it is frozen. I have reinstalled it a few times. Please can you let me know what I need to do to make this app work. I am prone to procrastinating and an app that needs fixing is just another distraction for me. I never write bad reviews and have only written this as I need your help to resolve the issues. Thanks in advance. EC.

Blimey… all of a sudden, someone is all grown-up

I had found Tiimo a while ago, in fact, not long after being diagnosed with ADHD at nearly 58. I was desperately trying to find that ‘magic app’, that’s would solve all these new found features, I never knew I had… but we’re now stopping me from, staying focused, getting on with things etc…. I’d never ever been a procrastinator… but I guess my masks were military grade. Anyway, I have recently re-discovered Timo, and whilst I can still see the toddler, as the app then was, here we have a young adult, cool, polished, and definitely showing signs of being g a high achiever. The app takes all the significant worry events away, it’s gentle in its approach with reminding the user, and it’s very much; ‘come on, let’s do this together’. Which for me, is what cinched it. Thank you, I’m sorry I waited, but I’m pleased we are together now. Let’s get this wagon rolling…!

Got worse

Initially, this app was really good, but then they updated it and the format became inaccessible. Before, if you added a note to an event, you would be able to view the note without clicking on the event. This feature was removed. Another feature that was removed was the ability to glance at to-do lists without clicking on to edit the list.
The app is now really buggy. When I go on it, whether on my iPad or iPhone, I can only touch the screen once and then the app freezes. I can no longer edit or delete events. It’s really frustrating, especially because I subscribed to the premium version, so I am actually paying for this. I am currently looking for an alternative app.

Just for me

Where were you Tiimo? Why didn't you find me when I needed you before? This app is life-changing. I'm trying to use it on a daily basis. It occasionally has bugs, but even those help me manage my tendency to overcontrol situations. I loved the motivational notifications. Especially, '' A plan a day keeps the forgetfulness away (maybe) '' It sticks to my mind and brings me a smile whenever I think about it. Just a brilliant app. So obvious that it came from a clever neurodivergent team.

Wanted to love this so bad

Has such good potential, I love the way this app is designed although there’s still a few pretty major bugs that need to get ironed out. I love the aesthetic feel of the app and the confetti when you complete a task makes me feel motivated, the timer is so helpful and sub tasks make things seem so much more manageable, generally super helpful. However, in my experience sometimes when I go to check off a task, particularly after I’ve just checked off another, it doesn’t register it and I have to close the app and open it again to be able to check off the task. Also when setting a task I find that the sliders for setting the time get stuck and I’m unable to set the correct time, I have to open up the more tab and do it through there which is frustrating. If these bugs were fixed this app would so be my go to for planning as it’s the only one I’ve found that actually keeps me on track, hoping the team sees this and can help me out. Thanks :)

ruined a great thing

I’ve used this app for years and am so sad to see it destroyed. I held on after the removal of routines in the hope it would be replaced by something better, but that never came and now they’ve also removed the ability to batch move your tasks to a different day. How does it make sense in an app marketed towards autistic people to remove routines, and to ADHD people to remove the ability to move a bunch of missed tasks at once?
I also echo the frustrations in other reviews about how the app rattles on through your day even if you haven’t actually started anything. It used to be a truly unique app but it now has basically no difference to any other organising app you can get. I hope the developers are really listening to these reviews and don’t see it as just a vocal minority. You have made some serious mistakes here and it’s time to admit it. I’ve regrettably cancelled my subscription and will be seeking alternatives.

One App To Rule Them All

Tiimo is an absolute game-changer for time management, planning, and productivity—especially for those with ADHD and other neurodivergent minds! The app’s visual, intuitive design makes it easy to structure my day without feeling overwhelmed. Features like gentle reminders, color coding, and a distraction-free interface help me stay on track without the stress of rigid schedules.
What truly makes Tiimo stand out is its understanding of neurodiversity. It’s designed with flexibility in mind, making it a fantastic tool for those who struggle with executive functioning. Plus, the customer support is phenomenal—responsive, kind, and always helpful.
If you’re looking for a planner that actually works with your brain, rather than against it, I highly recommend Tiimo!

Finally an adhd friendly

I like the confetti you get when you tick off a task. Good that tasks can be anytime or specific time or all day. Maybe add repeat until-option? Maybe a Due date-option so it would count down while repeating? Great to have tasks already made for adhd people on mind(suggestions). Wish the website version was good but it seems quite glitchy and doesn’t allow reminders to be imported? Why can’t they sync from the mobile app at least? But great that the rn option is on the Apple Watch. If you keep on developing this app without breaking what doesn’t need fixing- you’ll be a THE BEST APP EVER x

Used to be my favourite app but updates changed core functionality

This app was my absolute favourite - I bought an apple watch just to use with this app, and used the routine function with the visual timer to help with my morning routine with ADHD every day. I recommended it countless times. However, the new update completely did away with the ‘routine’ function, it seems you only have one task at a time with bullet points, completely ruining what I loved about the app (and set it apart from others) showing me what task I should be doing in my routine at a specific time (without adding them all as separate tasks every day). I have a paid annual subscription and really disappointed the core functionality was changed so much and won’t be renewing. I can’t even use it for the intended purpose anymore. Please bring back the same functions to the new layout- now it’s the same as any other planner app (and I’ve tried many, and there are others available with cleaner UIs).

Really wanted to like it but buggy

This app has so much potential and I was really excited as I have adhd and autism. But it’s full of bugs that did nothing but frustrate me.
Using AI to add subtasks was great but there was nothing to tell it about my specific needs like I can with chat GPT I.e factor in doing my hair or makeup in the morning routine.
For trying to repeat a routine I.e a morning routine, I have different ones for different days- I couldn’t copy one to use the same format so had to write the whole thing out again removing the bits I don’t need when I wfh-and then it just wouldn’t repeat. It would randomly repeat on some days and not others despite saying clearly repeat Fridays etc.
I basically got so fed up of this as it’s so frustrating I just abandoned and I’m back to using my notes app

Stealing and ripping of other businesses

I was looking for an app to assist me and came across Tiimo. I’ve used it but really didn’t like their lay out, colours and presentation so I searched for something else and came across Thruday. After a few months I received a notification from Tiimo and I was surprised to see they copied the design, colour scheme, lay out of Thruday. In a world where people like us already struggle to get help or recognition seeing a neurodivergent business copy and steal another’s ideas is just making me sick. In my opinion they do not deserve the funding they received and clearly they aren’t here to help. They are here to profit of our backs which shows when you see how many businesses they hold and how they rip off other people’s ideas

Great Idea

Found it quite overcomplicated and hard to transfer to after using reminders and calendar app on my iPhone.
I like the fact you can just write a task and that’s it in reminders. With this app it starts a time straight away. Setting a time should be optional not default in my opinion. I also tend to be a night owl doing a lot of tasks or working till the earlier hours and the app treats this as a separate day which is complicated to I find. So moving pressing do tomorrow moved the tasks do the day after. A option to move it later in the same day might be good instead if it’s early in the morning.
On the flip side it was a really good way to manage your time and I love the AI features putting in sub tasks for you. Need to figure out how to import reminders and calendar still.
The 7 day trial isn’t enough time for me to figure out if it’s worth buying the year for my needs though. I don’t think I’ve given it a fair chance.

Free version isn’t clear

I heard about Tiimo from Dr Alex George and downloaded it for tasks and organisation for my ADHD (if somethings not in front of me I don’t remember) but I couldn’t work out what it actually did. I had the free version and although it was good for reminders, I didn’t see much more support. I clicked on the features and there wasn’t any guidance or direction on what I was meant to do.
I really wanted to understand but my focus couldn’t stay on the app long enough to work it out. Reading the reviews I can see lots of positive responses for people with ADHD, but for me it’s proving tricky.

Used to Love It, Really Don’t Like the New Update :/

I used to really really love this app and it’s helped me organise my life with ADHD very effectively for a few years now. However, I have stopped using the app as frequently with the new update. It’s clunkier, harder to use, the UI looks somewhat cleaner but adding and managing tasks is a lot harder than it used to be. I especially miss how it used to show you how much time you had in hours and minutes between tasks. That really helped me plan my less consistent/one off tasks by finding time between my other tasks to complete it. This is no longer spelled out and means I have three extra steps to plan my day (something that can be too overwhelming for someone with ADHD). There is also a significant number of glitches when trying to add and edit tasks. I personally feel like this completely change of the planner was unnecessary and that more energy could have gone into improving the previous format. I hope they decide to go back to the old format soon or give users an option to switch back as I cannot see myself using this app for much longer without it. :(

I loved it, but the new update has put me off

I absolutely loved this app- the format, how it was displayed, how you could create tasks and everything but I do wish the new and recent update was optional. I really don’t like the new layout or the new way to add tasks especially since there was no warning and it updated itself and as someone with autism who struggles making and keeping a routine and can’t handle changes easily it was really disappointing for the one thing that has helped for so long, drastically, for me, change like this. It would help a lot if there was maybe a way there was an option to choose the format?

Most helpful app thus far.

I’ve tried a lot of apps and keep coming back to this one because it is genuinely a well thought out design. So far I’ve only used the free version and I’m tempted to purchase the lifetime access as I truly see the benefits. (Will update once I do.)
I’ve seen that it works on Apple Watch as well, as my model is quite old I find there are a few glitches which I cannot really blame App developers for. It would be helpful to if there was a way to know what generation Watch’s it would be compatible with.

I like the premise, not the price & business

This would be an amazing app for me. Has all the things I need in one place, instead of having to keep track of 5 different apps for the full experience.
But I cannot afford subscriptions like this. Maybe a one time pay off when purchasing the app following a trial. But I’m a student, a disabled student at that, and I just can’t justify it.
I also find the page with all the ‘suggestions’ for what to add to your day very confusing. It’s overwhelming. I’m just trying to find the routines I have already set up so I can edit them but I’ve got all these suggestions for what I should book in next. I wish I could turn them off, they’re not helpful for someone with processing difficulties. It makes it feel very ‘full’ and ‘cluttered’ to me.
Finally, it would be cuter if you could download another kind of emoji for the task symbols. The ios lookalike ones aren’t as cute as my brain wants them to be when setting up a routine, and they’re missing things (like certain household items), so you just have to pick something random. Routinery did this (the emoji aspect) well.
Otherwise, although it’s a great app I just… can’t justify it. It’s not in my budget, especially if it’s gonna have a penchant to overwhelm me - the thing I am trying to avoid!

So cluttered that it's unusable

I just wanted a minimal space to visualise my tasks. That's literally the point of this app. But it's so bloated with "suggested widgets" and "tips" and whatever else that I had to stop using it (after paying for it) because it wasn't fit for purpose.
I'm giving it two stars because I like the idea and I always like more apps specifically for neurodivergent people, but it's kind of like this was designed for ND people by a NT person (even though I'm sure that's not the case).
If we could do well with processing a lot of information, we wouldn't need a specific app to help us manage our day. This needs to be revamped to show us only what we need and not clutter things up with widget suggestions and other superfluous information.

This app so so good and one thing I love abt it is that it is easy to use and at the same time it is nice and athstetic . Good app, but could do with more options

I think this app is really good and I like the way you can set out a daily schedule or just put in tasks that can be done anytime.
A few things I would like to see though (if possible) is the ability to set tasks/habits to do multiple times a day, or the ability to split a task into chunks so you could do 15 mins in the morning then 15 mins later.
Also, the ability to set tasks to do in the morning, afternoon or evening but not at a designated time.
Other than that it’s great

Incredible results, would recommend to everyone

I have ADHD and have always struggled with organisation, prioritising, motivation and getting distracted between tasks and this app is literally like a cure, i have tried multiple daily planners and todo list apps like this and they have never actually got me through a productive day but with tiimo i can customise each day or keep my same routines and at the end of the day I always complete everything that i set myself to do.
I would recommend this over other planning apps because it is really motivational and i struggle with time management, it has a feature where you set the amount of time you want to spend on a task and that helps me to stay on track!
thank you for this amazing app and i would recommend this to anyone whether you have adhd or whether you just want to take control of your life and want to have an organised productive day which you can build into a routine, this app is definitely one I would recommend!

The perfect solution to my chaotic scheduling

I have finally found the ultimate solution to my chaotic schedule! This app has truly transformed the way I manage my time and tasks, making my life so much more organized and stress-free.
From the moment I started using the app, I was impressed by its intuitive interface and user-friendly design. The layout is clean and visually appealing, making it a joy to interact with every day. Adding tasks, events, and reminders is a breeze, and I love how I can categorize them with different colors and icons. It's like having a personal assistant right in my pocket!
One of the standout features for me is the ability to set both short-term and long-term goals. The app guides me through breaking down my larger goals into actionable steps, helping me stay focused and motivated. The built-in reminders have been a game-changer – no more missed appointments or important deadlines!
In a world where life can get overwhelmingly busy, the Tiimo has become my steadfast companion. It has brought structure and harmony to my days, enabling me to achieve more while enjoying the journey. I can't recommend this app enough to anyone seeking a reliable, intuitive, and feature-packed planner.

Love it but….

I love this app so much and as someone who suffers from ADHD, this app has really helped me stay focused and kept me updated on tasks I need to complete throughout the day. However lately, the app hasn’t been functioning well at all, there are days where I miss tasks because it does not notify me!! It’s so weird because it picks and chooses days it acts up. I don’t know why and I hope those in charge of fixing it do so ASAP because this is a BIG issue as that’s sort of the main purpose of the app, so if it’s not doing what it’s suppose to do then what’s the point???

I downloaded this app after seeing it recommended by people in an FB group I’m in. Finally I am organised, I know what I need to do next, my dithering and zoning out is now next to nothing and consequently my anxiety has reduced.
I have paid for the premium version and have no regrets. Love how it functions on my Apple Watch, love how simple it is to use on my iPad/iPhone.

Helping me get my life together

I grew up in a dysfunctional household so I struggled a lot with routines once I moved out. I still do, but Tiimo here has been an incredible source of help. It allowed me to see the possibilities of routines and to create my own in a fun visually pleasing and easy way. I give it 4 stars and not 5 simply because when I create a routine, It automatically marks the activities of the routine as “completed” once their time has passed. Sometimes I don’t do my entire routine and I would want to unmark some of the activities so I can keep track of which ones I did and which ones I didn’t do, but as soon as I unmark them it just automatically marks them back. This doesn’t happen with separate activities where also their time has passed I can easily unmark them. This is really important because as someone who is trying to build a life routine and keep track of progress, tracking the parts of the routine I missed really helps with seeing where I can improve. I hope Tiimo fixes this issue (it almost feels like a bug or something) and honestly with this I would give it 6 starts not just 5!!

Can we just talk about the Functioning of this App?

This app is good for making plans, yes. But when it comes to scheduling a Routine, Or adding a Checklist for someone who is NEURODIVERGENT AND CONSTANTLY FORGETS, it's terrible. I am Severely Neurodivergent with ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Anger Issues, And struggle day to day, I got this app to help with my Day To Day life but instead of being a quick 10 minute task, It had Taken me that last 30 minutes because Its not successfully moving around my routine when hold down on the 3 lines and moving it, as soon as I get to the top, it doesn't let me place it. I don't think I should pay for an app that is meant to help me with a Schedule because of something that I already have to live with in my life (making me struggle). Many Thanks and Apologies, Mars.

Amazing app

Very useful app for creating routines. However, the watch app is a bit buggy. When you add a large tiimo complication on a watch face like "Modular Duo" the complication doesn't actually sync with the watch app. Separately, it takes a while for the watch app to sync with the phone, making it even slower. Would be amazing if this could be fixed!
Another suggestion would be to be able to drag and drop routines/activities between already existing routines/activities and to be able to show how much time is between routines/activities like on the app Structured. The app would be then simply perfect!

Routines

I really struggle with sticking to routines when left to myself, but really need the structure of them to follow, so this app seemed perfect for me. I created a great morning and evening routine for myself and really enjoyed using the app. However- the app keeps automatically skipping over parts of my routine. I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve run overtime elsewhere in the routine, or if it’s because all the timers for the different parts start when the overall routine starts. This needs to be fixed because it otherwise defeats the point of the routines. The timer on the next stage of a routine shouldn’t start until you have moved on from the current activity.
This really is a shame as the app seemed great, but this does just defeat the point for me. I need to do each part of my routine!
Also it may be worth improving the notification system for when the time for an activity is up. Maybe a timer sound?

A lot of potential and doesn’t centre the neurotypical brain

I’ve never written a review before but this one felt important.
I downloaded this app because I have autism and since going into the world of work, I’ve had a hard time keeping track of everything I have to do both at my job and around the house. Also finding a balance between work/life isn’t easy because I tend to run headfirst into one or the other.
A friend I met in my nurospicy group recommended this app so I thought I’d try it out because it looked super cool when she showed it to me. I downloaded it, not realising that my friend had premium and was a little disappointed. You miss out on most of the features with the free version which is somewhat understandable and it’s not super expensive by any means but definitely something to keep in mind, if like me, spare money isn’t something you have a whole lot of.
Anyways, I ended up deleting this but it looks super cool and works really well for my friend and I think a few other people from group who tried it out. If I ever see the other end of this cost of living crisis I’ll definitely be coming back but for now, it’s an awesome concept for an app that doesn’t focus on making nurodivergency more digestible for the neurotypicals.

Unreliable

This app regularly just disappears in the sense that alerts for regular tasks just stop appearing. Documentation is also inadequate: for example the app on my phone is all of a sudden not synced to my watch. On opening the app on my watch I get a message that says “Open the Tiimo app on your phone to sync”. Opening the app on my phone neither automatically syncs the app to my watch nor does it show any obvious way to initiate a sync. Searching for information in the help only produces a guide to choosing watch models. Given that the app is meant to be useful for neurodivergent people it would be really helpful if of the app would not silently log you out and stop showing alerts. Don’t tell people they can rely on this app only for it to silently stop functioning. No app is better than an unreliable app that lulls you into a false sense of security.

Wanted to love it but…

There‘s much to love about this app. Unfortunately there were a lot of things that I didn’t appreciate though.
I found it way to easy to accidentally “complete” a task, when what I wanted to do was wake up the screen. This would start the next task or routine early even if it was scheduled for a later time and mean I would have to go into the app to go back and untick the previous task/routine. I read that in the desktop version you can choose whether something can be started or completed early but even if I wanted to use it in the desktop version this is an essential option for me and until this becomes available in the mobile version this is unfortunately just does not work for me.

Life changing 🌟

I’ve never written an app review before because an app has never changed my life as much as this one!
After going through some considerably hard times at the end of 2021, I realised I was procrastinating, wasting my days and likely a little depressed. I just couldn’t get myself going with household tasks, work tasks, or even things I really enjoyed.
I decided to look for a task management app and saw Tiimo was recommended on the App Store. I downloaded it and was immediately drawn in by its sleek, colourful, organised and fun interface! It was so pretty that it made me want to write in my tasks immediately.
Surely enough, I woke up the next day, opened up my cool new app and excitedly began my chores. It’s been two months and I’m still writing in the next day’s tasks and activities every night.
This app has literally changed my life. I now have a very clean and organised home, all my work completed and everything in check. I’m back to a better version of my previous self, that’s for sure!
Thank you so much for creating this wonderful app! I’m forever grateful x

It’s good but…

I like the app and it’s really useful but I don’t think it is worth money as I may as well write on a price of paper what I have to do and time my chores on my Apple Watch- stopwatch. It’s very useful and does remind me things but after the 14 day trial I will delete it. Are there any other apps you can recommend like this where I have an option to not pay? Or can you make a function where I do have to watch adds and things like that but have an option to not pay. I would recommend this app if you want to pay but if you aren’t don’t get it! Thanks for reading my review.

Life-changing app

Been looking for a routine design app for such a long time, have tried them all out and this one is the one I keep coming back to. Initially had the two week trial and loved it but was reluctant to pay for a subscription. Stopped using for a while but I found my life crumbled back into chaos without it which proved to me it’s worth every penny. It takes away all the decision making for you in your daily life, it’s like having a second brain nudging you to do all your tasks. Absolutely perfect if you have ADHD. I use a combination of this app, Todoist and google calendar and it’s working pretty well! The setup, however, is rather fiddly and I have found myself frustrated with how long it takes to set up the routines. I sent a message to the team asking if this was going to be improved and they got back to me within minutes with an estimated timeline for updates. Feels really nice to support a small team of developers and to know they’re listening to users. Makes you feel like you’re part of it, creating a real tool that can make a big difference to people’s lives. Never felt like that with an app before! Perhaps I’m over dramatising, but after such a long search for something that can genuinely help me, it feels pretty special to find something that works.

Only just got the app and...

Where to begin? I like the app a lot. Took a little working out but have figured things out. One thing I find kind of frustrating, is when trying to update a recurring activity it bugs out and won’t update.
Also, being an Apple Watch user I would like to see the complication be more useful. Like being able to see what’s up next for example with some way to represent how long to the activity and how far through the activity you are. Also, would be nice to get support for larger complications such as that on the Modular Compact face that could show both the date and the upcoming activity and the time until that activity. Also, while the activity is in progress how far through it you are.
Add these and it would be a 5* from me.

I think everyone should have this app

Judging from old reviews about glitches, I assume this app has definitely developed and gotten better! I’ve had no trouble using it & it has really impacted my day to day life. I wasn’t too sure if it would be worth the subscription but after my free trial I’ve come to realise it is a bargain tbh. You feel an increase in serotonin each time you check something off a checklist which really helps me wake up in a good mindset. I strongly advise anyone with adhd/autism to download this app but I think a lot of teenagers or young adults who have grown up in the era of phones would benefit from this app aswell! Well done to the app developers I can’t wait for new updates & to see what you do with the app.

Exactly what I wanted

This is exactly the kind of app I was looking for. I have downloaded so many apps before this one as I didn’t want to have to pay a subscription (if I’m going to pay I would rather pay a one time fee) but this one is the only one that has what I want. I wanted to be able to set activities for certain times and make a to do list for each one - that’s exactly what this does.
I do, however, wish they would improve the widgets as the current activity is not centred when there are no tasks to display - there is just a blank space where the tasks would be. It would be nice if the circle was central when there are no tasks or at least a little text saying ‘No tasks’.
I also wish you could have a global to do list for tasks that aren’t associated with a certain activity or to view all tasks for all activities.
But nonetheless I will be using this app as it is better than any others.
