About Sticks’n’Sushi
At Sticks’n’Sushi you get a unique combination of traditional hand-rolled sushi and freshly grilled yakitori sticks, as well as satisfying salads. And for those of you who don’t love fish, we also have a large selection of meat dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Our kitchen is Japanese-Nordic fusion, where we mix the best from Japan and Denmark – and, of course, use only the very best ingredients.
With more than 25 years of experience, Sticks’n’Sushi is a safe and tasty choice when you’re hungry or in need of takeaway that’s a bit special. Our salads are ideal for anyone who needs lunch on the go, while our sushi and freshly grilled sticks are perfect for an extra-delicious dinner. You can also order drinks and desserts with your delivery, so you can sort out a whole dinner from one app.

Sustainability
At Sticks’n’Sushi, we are very committed to sustainability and responsible restaurant operation. Our attitude towards sustainability is home-spun, but ambitious. We know that you can’t run a restaurant without leaving traces. That’s how it is. But we do a lot to reduce those traces. And we chase a goal which is in constant movement. But we move with it, and find new and better ways. Alone and in collaboration with others.
For example, we are currently looking at alternatives to using plastic for our takeaways in collaboration with some of our biggest competitors. Until we have the right solution, we use packaging that consists of recycled plastic, and that can be melted and used again and again as long as it is handed in for recycling.
