Not working Black Screen with New Update
The app randomly gives you a black screen on the mobile app after a few hours. Has been going on for a few days with no fix in place. Spoke with advisors who advised to keep deleting and reinstalling the app until a fix is available. People could lose a lot of money if this isn’t fixed. Advised they should do a roll back and reinstate the previous version, but was ignored and told it is what it is for now.

Extremely fast and convenient crypto trading
I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I so much really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 180,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But I didn’t realize I was dealing with a scam company until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all in avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford it let go. So I tired all possible means to make sure I recover my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search of help, and tried to see if there were other people who had similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptography forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptography funds with the kindness help of Cyberspytech1 @ Gmail. com so I file a report on and he was able to get back all my lost funds within 2 weeks I feel indebted to him. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who want to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam to reach out to Cyberspytech1 @ Gmail. com

My favourite app to trade
I have been using Bybit for a while and overall, I'm impressed with its range of trading options such as perpetual contracts, leverage, margin, and spot trading. It also offers diverse assets that you can trade. App is easy to navigate and user friendly. It would be fantastic if the platform could introduce the option to trade certain assets with perpetual contracts while simultaneously holding the same asset as leverage. This would eliminate the need to constantly convert holdings into stablecoins like USDT or USTC, making trading more convenient and efficient. I think it would give traders more flexibility and control over their strategies. I believe this was an option in the past but I haven’t been able to find a way to use. I'm excited to see how it evolves to meet the needs of traders like myself. Keep up the great work! Khangal

A great app and lots of benefits
Having taken a break from Crypto, I came back to the market looking for an Exchange to replace FTX that I used to use. This was recommended by MTC and has been great. Im able to use the trading view with ease and set up trades easily. They have some great rewards for new users too which engages you to set everything up. Only feedback would be to be able to customise your view and get rid of some boxes that you dont use.

Two areas it could be better:
1. Ability to write a note against a price alert, I.e. ‘Consider Take profit now!’

A seamless interface & quick control Ap
I’ve used a couple of exchanges and have now chosen two I trust, and BYBit is the one one I kept reverting to for my trades and my investing. Spot purchases are very low fees or free on BTC. PERPETUAL trades are easily controlled and you can adjust your risk, which other exchanges don’t let you do. (Subject to some criteria) withdrawals are also at market rate and very cheep compared to some who charge their own fees to prevent you from moving your capital around. It updates almost immediately and generally gives me confidence in the app.

My Crypto Exchange of Choice
Bybit are constantly innovating, they look at the whole crypto space and make sure that they are up to date with all offerings. After the FTX issues they have implemented and let users know about reserves and making sure they are proving they have them, this is in the form of Merkle Tree. At this point I am not sure what more Bybit can do, Bybit are my top trusted exchange for both spot and margin trading! Keep up the great work.

Can’t withdraw my money
When I signed up to Bybit I was able to deposit fiat very easily. Didn’t need instructions or help from anyone. Now that I want to withdraw my fiat it seems I need a degree in rocket science. I just want to withdraw my money but all the instructions are on how to withdraw crypto to a crypto wallet address. Really bizarre I been trying to do this for months but I just give up. Your live chat is the worst things I’ve ever come across. It’s not a live chat it’s a dumb bot.

I don’t understand why I can’t log into the app using same login details as on a browser on my desktop computer. Very unclear and google doesnt seem to know.

After over a year of trading way over 5 million of volume they decided to terminate my account and keep my balance for what they say is ‘bonus churning’ And no I was absolutely not ‘bonus churning’ and they refuse to provide me with any instances of doing so, they will not talk on the matter. I have received in my time with the exchange maybe 100 dollars of non withdrawable bonuses and ‘coupons’ to offset their own fees. These were rightfully earned for completing tasks they set and encouraged me to do. Plenty of good exchanges out there folks. All the good I can say for this one is it has a nice functional UI and plenty of alts if you like trading them. Just watch they don’t STEAL your money.

The worst support ever. Took 8 days to sort my situation and they never took care of my losses or answer back explaining away. Never gave an answer or justify why the app had a glitch and made me big losses. I’m still waiting for a simple email exposing what happened but the only thing received was a threatening one saying I had the guilt. Very bad support and attention to a a customer

So far this app rates right up there with the likes of Binance. Friendly user interface and clear tabs make it easy to navigate the app. Clear instructions on where to go and what to do for all that you’re looking to do. As a newbie:
First and foremost bybit is Very user friendly, which for beginners is just ideal. Secondly, it has never been down during big crashes/volatility in the markets (unlike others…). Spot and Derivatives are well explained not overcomplicated. Lots of pairs are added constantly. So more choice :).

Best crypto exchange, best app!!
I absolutely love this app and exchange, it’s the easiest and most straightforward app to use out there. It’s clear to navigate through and the customer support service is superb. I recommend the bybit exchange and app to everyone who wants to take trading Crypto currency seriously. There’s no need to worry about missing out on any market movement knowing I have immediate and easy access via the app.

Good exchange. Poor latest app version
The exchange itself is a great platform for derivative trading. However the latest app version is a step backwards. So many silly UI problems shows that this hasn’t been used properly by traders:
- can’t see positon profit in $ anymore
- the graph current price is obscured by the maximise button
- can’t select favourite time intervals
- can’t fix graph scale

Terrible
They manipulate your positions by changing it from isolated to cross and liquidating your trades when it never reaches your stop loss price on bybit on any other exchange. Poor customer service and always say their backend is correct when confronted about losses due their platforms mistakes. Currently going through legal process to recoup £197k Stay far away plenty of other exchanges who will value you as a customer such as Binance and kucoin.
Stay far away but the FCA has done us a big favour by banning them from the Uk.

Smooth user experience
Very smooth in mobile App and useful when on the road. It’s a multi exchange trading platform that continues to add useful new features on a regular basic. Support response is fantastic fast interface that really works. Web version also great, highly recommend everyone to try!

Best app for trading crypto!
The app streamlines what is important to the mobile trader so the user is not overwhelmed by too much information. The strategy alerts are also an excellent way to remind the user when their indicators are producing a signal, so I don’t have to keep looking at the screen anymore. I also really appreciate the frequent updates that introduce new features, fixes bugs, and ensure higher and better compatibility. I hope to see an iPad app next!

Solid App
Great app with strong functionality. My favourite to use when trading btc/eth/eos/xrp on perpetual contracts. Customer support is great and the app works seamlessly. Only issue I’ve ever faced was getting rid of the keyboard sometimes when trying to navigate away from setting a new position. Otherwise, it’s stellar. Cheers.
