Reminders on friends and family’s special days
Connect your phone's contacts so that you can send a gift to someone, no matter if they have the Prsnt app or not. We’ll let them know you’ve sent them something via SMS and direct them to download the app to unwrap your gift!

Redemption anywhere in the UK
Prsnt is available to anyone with a UK mobile number and a smartphone. All gifts can be sent to any UK mobile number and gifts from high street brands can be redeemed in-store, online or delivered to the door depending on the brand. In fact, some of the food delivery services can have your gift to the lucky recipient in minutes from receiving your gift.
Gifts are wrapped
Just like a real gift, every gift is wrapped in gorgeous digital wrapping paper when sent. With a scratchcard style animation, the gift is revealed, from there you can see who it is from and be able to view the message sent along with the gift.
Send with a video, using AR filters
After making your selection you can choose to send a video or text message along with the gift. Once received, they’ll be able to reply with a thank you message back. Video messages are a great way to connect, and just like your favourite social media apps, you can use AR filters to personalise the message and make it more fun.

When signing up to Prsnt you’ll have a gift, from us, to send on to anyone you like.

Send small gifts easily

This has been a life saver. My sisters gift didnt turn up on time due to post issue, so I gave this a try. Sent her a dress from M&S on here and the gift was sent instantly to her mobile with instructions how to get it delivered. Super simple x

It just doesn’t work

Downloaded it as tempted by the o2 Percy pigs offer. The person I sent it to, nothing opens when they click redeem. I am now also unable to log in.
The mass of 1 star reviews says it all really.

Not impressed

Downloaded the app as I had 02 freebies. Sent one and the person receiving it couldn’t redeem it. Then the other 3 I had disappeared.
I was then sent a bag of Maltesers, these too disappeared.
Contacted Prsnt but no reply from them being waiting 2 weeks now.
I have no confidence in this app. If the freebies disappear, I’m hesitant to pay and send gifts.
Not impressed with this app so far.

Cool idea

Received a gift off my friend and was skeptical at first but all works so well, been sending friends and colleagues bits just for fun! Love the connection you get between each other. Look forward to the future updates.

Poor app, numerous bugs need fixing

Whilst the concept for this app is good, it is not fit for purpose. People receive gifts and can’t register to accept them. URL error message on gifts receive, checks back and they advise have been redeemed when they haven’t.

Great app, reminds me of birthdays and suggests gift! Sustainable gifting and organised me. Love the fact you can send small gifts like a slice of cake instantly to friends, brilliant!

Great app

This app mitigates the risk of forgetting your close one’s birthdays. It will notify you when there special day is as well as being environmentally friendly by removing the need to wrap and send presents. There’s no excuse now, download this app and carry on your generosity!

Love it!

So easy to use and super helpful if you’re too busy to hit the shops or want something a bit different. The meal for one was a nice treat for my brother when his Mrs was away as he certainly can’t cook so made us both laugh!

Game changing!

Where to start...
Quick description of how I find the app.
I really like the simplicity of the app that is so easy to navigate I’m sure my Nan can do it! The idea behind this app is incredible as well. Basically you just pick the person in your contacts and you can send them a code to go redeem a coffee (as an example) at costa and you can record a little message to go with it. It can be small things like congratulating someone on a special occasion and getting them a little gift to go with it.
There is a really fast developer team as well that’s making sure there are no bugs as well!

A friend told me about this so tried it...wow! No more posting £3 birthday cards...sending a friend a small cake or coffee is so so much better....why has it taken so long for someone to do this!!

Excellent

What an excellent concept for these uncertain times. The user journey is intuitive, quick and smooth, just a couple of clicks and you’re done. The really clever bit is recipients don’t need the app to receive a gift as it initially uses text message (SMS) to prompt them to download and redeem they’re present. Also when receiving a gift it’s super easy to claim in store, the cashier just scanned the code and I walked away with my coffee! Would highly recommend you give it a try.
