Hello, I paid money for the subscription in which I still have available through my apple subscriptions. However it isn’t saying I have not got a subscription and have to pay to upscale my videos. Please can you fix this. Thank you

Is there a way to get a preview of the results like a test run before paying a whole months subscription? I can’t see what I’m paying for and there is mixed reviews on here if it works or not, thanks.

It’s a good app but if if it was possible to be put in portrait it would be much better also when it’s squared it cuts half of the video out
