Great app!
Clear and nicely presented app. No nonsense. So easy to read your savings, loans etc. super easy to withdraw some of your savings, two clicks of a button. One of the easiest apps to use. And as always, credit union in general is great.

Can’t withdraw
When you try to make a withdrawal you can get as far as inputting the amount you want to withdraw but when you try to scroll down to continue it won’t let you. STRANGE!

Horrendous
1 hour putting my correct details, still can’t get registered.
A disgraceful app and the people involved in making it are completely and utter failures.

Great Credit Union, however app has stopped working for me
I’ll preface this by saying that Glasgow Credit Union have been excellent in all my interactions with them. It is no wonder they are the largest credit union in the UK. Decent people doing decent things by their members.
The app itself is great, however it has recently stopped working for me. I have tried uninstalling and re-registering. Whenever I get to the pin code screen I am met by the message:
Network Error: JSON parse error: Unrecognised token ‘<‘
Would appreciate any pointers from GCU or any other users to help me access my accounts. As mentioned it worked okay for a couple of months and now I’m constantly met with the above.

Finally!
I’ve been with the Glasgow Credit Union for a couple of years now and I always sing their praises. Any time that I’ve spoken to someone they’ve been friendly and helpful and contact via email is always prompt. I’m so glad that there is an app now and best of all it works! I’ve been using it for a week or so and have been regularly checking my balance and various areas of the app - so far no issues! Really pleased.

Hi there. Using an IPhone 6 Plus. Going through the set up stage and the app is stuck on ‘communication preferences’ it won’t let me scroll down to the next button. Please advise.
