PastePal is a native application written in pure Swift that allows complete control over your clipboard history.
The app is universal and available across Mac, iPhone and iPad devices. You can manually enable iCloud Sync in Settings and all data will be securely synced across devices

Performance problems
When I purchased I was enthused. Great UI and functionality. Under the hood, though, there are performance issues that build over time.
After a while, it takes several seconds for the window to appear when the icon is clickedd (and seconds more to be dismissed). Same goes for other windows, such as Preferences.
So I find myself regularly quitting and restarting the app, to reset the lag. But I know it will inevitably happen again.
Uninstalled and using an alternative. But this would easily be 5 stars if the memory leak was sorted out.

Love this app and its my most used app of course, as i do a lot of copy and paste in my daily work.
Not sure i can work efficiently without it.

Too many glitches
I like the app/concept but using it is not easy in the sense where there’s so many glitches. I try to edit a collection, it won’t save. I try to add a link or pin to a collection, it won’t do it. Just in general the app has too many glitches.

Much better than Paste, without the subscription
A clipboard manager is essential for me, I'm surprised one never been built into Apple OSs at the system level.
I'd been using Paste for years, until they switched to subscription. Pastepal is just better - more comprehensive feature set, (the main app window is really useful in addition to the slideover panel) constant updates, a developer who clearly cares and keep improving it. It is a little more complex, but that means options.
As a feature, I'd actually love to see some way to import my old collections from Paste, I have no idea if that'd be possible.

Incredibly useful
I do a lot of web design work, so I am often copying & pasting all day long. This app is so incredibly useful. It makes my life much easier, being able to easily access copied items through a simple keyboard shortcut, then scroll to select the right item.

So much better and fairer than the competition
I’d been using Paste for years until they ent subscription only. This does all that app did and more. The iOS app’s keyboard extension makes it very useful on iPhone.
The price includes the MacOS app. If you’re on the fence about clipboard apps, get this and support a developer who has made the best one!

A Clipboard Manager for all your Apple Devices
I spend far too long looking for what I wanted before I found this app. Should be much more well known and better publicated - spread the word! Having spent years having sync problems with a simular app (won't name it, but it's on Setapp ;p) I finally got round to replacing it. Found this which ticked all my boxes re: syncing between iOS/iPadOS and macOS as well as out performing my former app in terms of organisation and extra functionality. Been in open communication with the creator who responds quickly and with interest. Well worth the money.

Really impressive!
I've used many clipboard managers in the past, but this is easily the best I've found so far.
It's really well featured - with more improvements / features being added with surprising regularity.
It's nice and visual too. None of those text-heavy (and actually quite hard to decypher) displays that many clipboard managers seem to reply on.
It's easy to customise in really interesting ways and when using the side window mode, having your clipboard history laid out clearly is a real help.
I personally love the way that you can sort 'Clips' to collections, give them meaningful names, edit them where necessary and then lock them from accidental deletion - turning what is billed as merely a clipboard manager into a powerful snippet manager at the same time.
The developer is really active too, which is a real plus. Overall, I'd say PastePal is brilliant and does far more than you'd expect!
