Anonymity guaranteed - no registration
There is no connection to a telephone number and no collection of user identification data. The TeleGuard-ID is your very personal identification number that you need in order to connect with your friends. Every TeleGuard user receives an ID number and a QR code, which can be sent out to get in touch with others.

TeleGuard's focus is on protecting privacy and confidential communication. TeleGuard is the secure messenger from Swisscows. Swisscows has set itself the task of protecting its users from data misuse in every situation. As the smartphone is the most widely used medium in the world nowadays, a secure messenger is indispensable.
Highly secure and modern server
All servers are located in the data centers in Switzerland. A complex encryption system is used for all transmitted data and absolutely no user data is stored on the servers. Everything is absolutely anonymous.
That's why TeleGuard is better than the others
TeleGuard encrypts every message and voice call with the one of the best encryption algorithm currently available: SALSA 20. Since our servers are in Switzerland, we are not subject to the data protection laws of the EU / USA and do not have to pass on any data.
How is my privacy secured?
HTTPS, end-to-end encryption, deletion of messages from the server after reading. No user data, neither IP address nor other, is recorded or stored.

To many bugs...

and support is totally useless
Tried this since it first was introduced..
Even my contacts didn't like it, but I told them to keep using it.
eventually, I too, have deleted it.
App hasn't even functioned the same when compared between Two DIFFERENT IDENTICAL iPhones !!!!
Apple Service informed me that the bugs are in the APP coding, and that nothing is malfunctioning in one of the two phones
Teleguard "support" Never provided ANY assistance.
and we even received one quite Rude reply which demonstrated that they do not Care about English Speaking users!!!!

Excellent & still being updated

Excellent out of the gate and more developments to come.
Everything you’d expect of a chat app with the the added security of anonymous sign up. Works well and reliably.
Club feature looks promising (more of a Telegram style channel/blog at present).
No way to verify security claims as no third party audit and not open-source but Swisscows, the company behind it, is a well established and trusted brand.
Anonymous registration, minimal transient tracking, group chats and use their own servers (which is a bonus if you trust them over AWS and a worry if you don’t!).
