Nowhere I’d it state during the purchase process that their return window for purchase son this app is reduced to 14 days.

Love Adidas but this app ruins it!
The app was great when first released but has since gone down hill, none of the notifications work and they do…..gives updates 2 days later, raffle drops have become a nightmare with no real tangible notifications…..you enter a drop and unless you check your order history, you won’t know if you been selected or not.
Real shame to be honest and Adidas should be embarrassed!

But I won’t be buying anymore from it because I used it to get Yeezys. Please rethink the partnership.

I bid on 1x pair of Yeezy slides £60, 2x pairs of Yeezy rnrs £80 & 1x pair of Yeezy 500 £180 this was Thurs 01/06/23 ..Not received one notification even tho the rnrs have now ended, the slides are still drawing and the 500’s end tomorrow, again not one notification yet 3x £60 has been withdrawn from my account?! Clunky App, Dark theme ruins App
I find the app is just generally very terrible. The whole UI feels clunky and it’s definitely trying to do too much despite the attempt at making it simple it definitely ain’t simple. An when jumping from one screen to another there’s no consistency. Just calm down and simplify things from the ground up please. Also give us the option to set our own theme, I don’t like the app looking all dark and dingy.

It’s either a terrible app or a deceitful app.
I just tried to enter a drop which I have woken up at 6:30am for and once I tried to place the order it tells me that my card cannot be verified. Ok well if that’s true then explain to me how the money was initially deducted from my account and then reversed by adidas themselves. So someone is lying. I then try to use a different card and it INSTANTLY tells me that my new card could not be verified. So it’s either a terrible app or what is really happening is that Adidas Confirmed have already a select number of accounts that can purchase the drop hence those account which can’t have their orders immediately refunded and their account is made void. Problem is I want the drop and I have had to wake up at 6:30am for this. Not just this but they claim that my card cannot be validated which hence would waste my time as I have done through speaking to customer service who then blamed it on my bank. Instead I put two and two together went on Reddit and read this has been a problem for 1 year now. So don’t be fooled it’s not a fair drop app where anyone can enter.

Without question one of the worst apps I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. 3 hours the other evening trying to get just one acceptance into the raffle for the new Yeezy Boost 350 dazzling blue … consistently thrown out at the end with an error message that couldn’t be looked up or rectified. People are being paid good money to put this app together … either they’re incompetent beyond belief or they’re utilising a similar model adapted by a well known ticket company to ensure that genuine end users get the absolute minimum allocation and are forced to shop elsewhere at ludicrously marked up prices. Avoid this app like the plague ….

Stripes over Checks Forever!
Adidas is by far my favourite sport brand , if not one of my favourite overall brands. Everything Adidas does is of the highest standard. As someone who plays a lot of sport, I can attest that their products are superb, whether it be clothing, footwear or equipment. Adidas’ website and apps are also exceptional for the entertainment, information and shopping. I also love that Adidas is striving to make their products and practices as environmentally friendly as possible, more so than it’s competitors. We’ll done Adidas. Keep up the good work.

Great idea - if only it worked!
Great app - but sadly I spend more time trying to sign up to launches dealing with error msgs than actually enjoying the content! Probably the worst app for bugs and if you happen to want to sign up for a limited release - forget it! I’ve personally run out of patience to the point that I don’t use it anymore. Went back to it to sign up for the Gucci collab show, and guess what - yep - “error please try again later”. (Clearly I really believed they had sorted this issue out). Needless to say never got it to work and missed it! Im at the point of deleting the app and just sticking with Nike SNKRS app! Not many wins - but at least I can view the content and the app actually gives me something more than just stress and a headache this app does!
I know Adidas won’t even see this but, if on the off chance someone does, for the love of God sort this app out! Or continue losing customers to Nike… 🤷🏾♂️

Why is there no option for language on the app but when you’re on internet browser there is? I’m based in Germany but I’m not very good with German. Would be helpful if there was an option without changing to the UK version as I cannot order from that.

First and last experience with this app
Fed up of battling the scalpers on the likes of footlocker early in the morning I tried to enter through this app hoping it’d be better odds than fighting all the bots everywhere else. The 7am draw never even finished for me, glitched out and stayed at 95% selecting for a good 12 hours before just completely disappearing, no indication of win or loose although it’s pretty obvious it’s a loss.
I’m not sure what they were thinking with an app that was surely designed to handle the strain of launch traffic?
Awful experience, waste of time, won’t be using again.

Location Service Issue
Unable to enter raffle draws (which is the whole reason of downloading the app) simply just doesn’t let me turn on location services. Can’t enter raffle draws without turning on step 4 location services. Absolute shambles of an app. Checked all iPhone settings and the app doesn’t even show in location services, so how am I meant to turn them on for the app. I think I’ll stick to Nike as they seem to know what they’re doing.

Bots and silly people with thousands of accounts could be easily be stopped by using identity verification such as a driving licence or passport but NO. This 100 IQ app is so clever they just put in place phone verification which only hurts the average Joe as bots can then create millions of accounts but me and you can only create 1
To make it worse the site crashes on any decent shoe drop so you can’t even get the 1 ENTRY that you have against the thousands of entry’s bots have.

Good app in function but terrible with getting releases
This app is so easy to use and runs well. Only bad experience I've had from this is its now impossible to get any new releases. I used the old Adidas app for a year prior to the confirmed app and got every release without any problem, but ever since the new app took over, ive not been able to get a single order.

Really flaky app
As usual adidas dangle an exclusive release, you set a reminder and eagerly await the drop date. As the release goes live the app can’t log any orders and just gives out error codes. Then when it settles all the stock is sold out. What’s happening, certain individuals are buying the stock and then selling it straight on eBay for double the original price. Really poor that adidas are happy this offers their genuine fan base the service they deserve. Especially when they offer a range that’s exclusive to this rubbish app.
I’ve been a fan since I was 7, I’m now 48 and no longer a fan.

Really confusing
Tried to enter raffle for 2 pairs of yeezy slides but I have no idea if I won or not as it doesn’t say anywhere (I therefore assume I lost), however it would be nice to at least hear either way for some clarity. I’m also really unsure how the app works as it doesn’t say, online websites say it’s down to speed but the sheer existence of a raffle implies it should be randomly selected among all those who enter? I literally cannot find any information, app needs to be way clearer.

Great looking, shame you can’t buy.
Tried to order a pair of limited edition trainers from here. The server clearly couldn’t handle the demand and I was left an error message every time I tried to put anything in the basket for 10 minutes. The shoes then sold out and I was left frustrated by this app. Luckily the people who sell these shoes on at a massive mark up on eBay managed to get theirs. Well done Adidas. Deleted app and never using again.

Easy to use
I’ve found this app to be very intuitive, simple and straight forward. The only down point is the lack of information available regarding how the countdown clock and queue work. I always wait on the screen and can use the phone for anything else.

Worst raffle application ever!!!!!!
I’ve received nothing in over 20 raffle entries. This application requires you to earn points before you receive anything and to receive more points you have to purchase products from Adidas or download their other apps. Consequently I prefer their rivals applications. The confirmed app is also very slow, doesn’t stop bots and requires extensive financial verification.

Can’t even sign up
If possible I would’ve rated this zero star as I can’t even get signed up as I had to join the collectors club something which the app just doesn’t let you do, decided to sign in with Facebook and it bypassed this and asked for my phone number which I entered. Unfortunately when I was asked to enter my number to verify I did, then the keyboard would not go away and I couldn’t submit my number, I just want to sign up for the towline shoes and you are now making it impossible for me to do this

Glitchy and unstable
Adidas must surely lose sales by restricting them to this glitchy, visually-convoluted mobile app that crashes at every juncture.
It genuinely took me 10+ attempts to complete a bug-free purchase, and every failure had me searching online for alternative sellers.
The Confirmed experience is fine for those that want it, but I’d rather just buy from the regular website without being forced to endure this mandatory portal of aggressive branding, unstable interfaces and faux-exclusivity.

Creators club points seem pointless! You can’t do anything with them, it’s just a reminder of how much you spend on adidas.

Why did they bring this app back it was better having everything on the Adidas app, it’s so bad.
I woke up at 6:30am today to enter my first Adidas confirmed draws. There were two shoe colours available that I wanted to enter, I was only able to enter one with literally a minute before the draw closed because of this experience:
Pressed the participate button: internal server error
Selecting my size: internal server error
Selecting my address: internal server error
Selecting my payment method: internal server error
WTH are you guys playing at it’s a disgrace that you waste customers time like this, I should have been able to enter under a minute but it took me 29 minutes.

Whenever there is a drop the app seems like it’s playing games it is dreadful because it happens only when there is a drop and I never couldn’t participate in a drop because it is so buggy. I’m really disappointed.

Sheer incompetence
Compete incompetence from every member of the dev team from engineering to management on this app.
You’re building an app that does just one thing and the whole thing falls over as soon as it has to do that thing. Selecting a size, needs a server response. Showing the purchase details needs a server response. Showing addresses needs a server response. Selecting an address needs a server response. And each one of these responses starts to fail the second the app has to do it’s job. Took 15 minutes of pressing the same buttons over and over and the draw was only 30 mins. Someone out there will have missed it purely because adidas dev team incompetence.
Like you let me enter all my details why not let me set billing and delivery addresses before the draw so I don’t spend 8 minutes of the 30 minute draw trying to change my billing address.
Complete trash. Honestly a website would be better but yeah everything has to be an app now for some reason.

A LOT OF WORK NEEDED
I’ve been a big fan Of adidas and purchased many drops for my collection, however since introducing the CONFIRMED app, it’s been nothing short of an awful experience.
I tried to join a queue for a drop, it held on ‘please wait’ and stayed like that for an hour. When I pulled down to refresh... the shoe just vanished and later came back as sold out.
This is very poor and is no way to treat loyal customers.

If I could give it zero stars I would
App is totally and utterly useless. I don’t understand why they didn’t just leave it on adidas app, was much more efficient. With this you can’t even get through queue or selecting your size. I’ve tried three times already and page just doesn’t load and I’m left in queue for 40 mins when raffle has already closed. Reminds me a lot like footlocker releases. Disappointed with adidas, even SNKRS app is better than this as at least you get the L confirmation. Fix this app.

line for new drops is just atrocious
I entered the line at 9:00:01 and literally kept me waiting with the app opened for 45 minutes unti I just gave up (no message or communication). Why dont you just do a regular raffle instead of keeping people looking at their screen hoping for a win?

Dreadful App - needs work
Been a fan of the Adidas app for years successfully managing to get my fair share of Yeezy and Adidas drops.
Confirmed comes to Europe and so far it’s been a dreadful experience -
Week 1 - first queue drop - sat trying to access page for nearly an hour - error message every time, why bother getting up?
Week 2 - raffle style drop - entry in as soon as it was available, kept checking the drop progress, one minute no progress for my size, next minute page drops off completely, I am left wondering what happened as no “lose” or “win” notification was received - very poor.
Needs work urgently!

The app claims to be fair to everyone, but very little people even got in. The rest couldn’t even enter the queue. So much for making it fair. Just bring back the old way.

Premium drop don’t bother
If you are trying to get a premium drop dont bother the app just stays in the first screen just TRYING to get you in line for 36 mins Then told me it sold out
Your other app worked fine I would be able to get a chance to enter every time now not sure why change and reduce our chances waste of time !!!
At least on SNKRS you get a chance to enter I guess another thing Nike is ahead of adidas

Stuck processing queue entry
The whole point in this app is to allow people to easily and fairly purchase the more high demand products that Adidas sell, so it is a shame to see that this high volume of traffic that is to be expected prevents me as a user to even join the queue for a product. The previous system Adidas had in place did not have this issue and if this is expected to be an on going issue for them then they may as well scrap this all together and return to the previous system they used.
